One of the best locations, staff is awesome and though the parking lot is a little bit of a pain to get in/out of without planning, it is worth the stop. I'll be the first to admit that I don't really "get" Dutch Bros. Where is the full menu? Are all the drinks frozen? Is there any actual coffee in the drinks? Does anyone else prefer their baristas snobby? Nevertheless, this location is conveniently located in Sandy right off the road. They have both a walk up window and a drive-through. The youthful staff are as friendly as their reputation suggests. And the drinks are packed with sugar, as I believe is the intent. Points for consistency, convenience, and quick service. read more

Drinks are always on point. Service is sincerely friendly and efficient. Convenient location to stop for a coffee drink coming and going from Mt. Hood. 10/10 experience! My boyfriend and I always come to sandy to stay at his grandparents cabin and we always drive by this dutch. I always want to come by but never get the chance too. Today was different. No long line, fast service, the build is very beautiful! Along with very good small talk! I got a medium Iced Golden Eagle. Normally back in my town they don't always make it right is what it feels like to me. Once I took a sip of my coffee I was in shock! It tasted different but a good difference. A year later and we were driving past and as we were sitting in line I read my last review and it definitely said how this is one of the best locations and lines. Same great coffee and drinks all consistent. Great location, same great service and coffee. More of a line this time but it's super busy coming down the mountain so definitely not surprised the line is long but they do a great job getting through it quickly. read more

Visiting Oregon from Southern California and we're told that we had to try this establishment. We were originally looking for coffee beans to bring back as a souvenir. Zana was super friendly and personable and we decided to get smoothies since we were already in line. She then told us since it was our first time that they were all on the establishment. What great customer service! We pulled up to the window and Calvin was also so friendly and personable. We talked about Christmas music haha. The smoothies were fantastic! Our drinks were delicious both times! But my god the wait time! Staff is super friendly but being only two cars in like I waited 15 minutes for my tea while the employees all came out to pet a dog and talk to the person in front of me. Even after a solid 5 minutes after having their drink. Second time was the same thing. They spent ten minutes talking to the car in front while another employee walked the cars in line their drinks. I get it if it's a big order. But damn the car in front had ONE drink. Had to ask the drink runner wtf was up to get the window to let the car go. read more
