I frequent this dutch bros, & there is the sweetest young girl with darker hair & beautiful tattoos. She is one of those people who makes you smile on your worst days just by her conversation. She makes the BEST drinks & never makes me feel crazy for my wild drink order requests. People like this really make or break a company, & dutch bros is beyond lucky to have her. Whether it's absolutely slammed or dead, she treats each interaction with so much care & kindness. This was our first time ever at a Dutch Bros Coffee! We were driving through Oregon and had seen a few of them. The cute building caught our attention several times, so when we decided to get coffee and my husband suggested we find a Peet's or a Starbucks I said, How about we try the cute drive-through shops we have been seeing while driving? So I looked it up and drove to this location which is located a couple of min off the I-5 freeway. The line had a few cars so this was a good sign! We had a Golden Eagle (Vanilla & Caramel) and I ordered a mocha (I always try mocha's at all the coffee shops I go to and I tend to compare them among each other). The service was very friendly! I LOVED my mocha, it was less sweet than Starbucks and more chocolatey, just the way I like it! My husband's drink was also excellent! Next time we are in Oregon we will definitely be back to try more Dutch Bros Coffee! Highly recommended. read more

First of all, more information needs to circulate regarding employee treatment. In Jackson County Oregon, all the DB locations are owned by TY Sullivan as a franchise owner. These are run differently than other Dutch Bros owned stores. I can just say this, there are no raises at all, stores are run by managers that don't know how to be managers, there is favoritism and a disregard for policies. Their Regional Team does nothing to correct this. More employees, ex-employees need to step forward in this franchise area and speak out, their treatment of young folks having their first job is not great. As consumers, I know I like to go places where employees are treated well, times are tough and folks have to work hard without being treated unfairly. read more

Omg!!! I couldn't wait to write a review!! I've always wanted to try their coffees and I finally did!!!! My sister-in-law and I pull up behind another car being helped so we had time to figure out which yumminess we wanted. When we pulled up and the barista was very helpful and friendly!!! We were so excited to pay but then she told us the car ahead paid it forward! I love the kindness out there! Thank you truck out there that paid for our awesome drinks!!!! Nice people and good drinks. You can bring your own cup. I recommend the hot cocoa with orange syrup. I ordered it by mistake one time, I said "Italian soda with orange syrup" and they heard "hot cocoa with orange syrup" so that's what they made. They have kids drinks and other special kids things to keep my gremlins happy. And the adult beverages are pretty tasty themselves. Great place, and very convenient for me, since I currently work in the plaza. Since it's right in the middle of the parking lot, though, it gets really busy, so if you're going for the drive thru... Good luck. You're just creating more of a cluster for everybody else trying to get around the lot. You should just park and go to the walk-up window. Much faster. The people that work here are always super fun, nice kids. Always quick at work, too. Never have to wait long at all for your drink. Great place to go for your coffee fix or a smoothie! This is also the only one in Ashland. There is one at the very end of town by the dealership, but it's totally out of the way. This one is the way to go! read more

Customer Service goes along ways with me, in fact it often can make up for a sub-standard product. So it's early afternoon, I have an appointment at 1300 it's 1200 now that's an hour to get all the way to White City from Ashland and I drive like an old man. With little sleep and feeling a little tired, I need a pick me up. Dutch Bros, it's close, not my favorite, however they have a drive through so.... a little out of my way, but not much, however it can be a risky move, because this place can be busy up to three cars deep and folks standing at the window, but worth the risk. When I roll up I am in luck only one car on my side, and one on the other I take the side with the fewest passengers, I am in a time crunch after all. The other side quickly fills up and out runs the girl with the IPAD taking those orders. It's my turn I ease up to the window, the place is jumping like three or four employees inside busting their butts jerking coffee as fast as they can. I place my order Med. Latte with an extra shot, I really like caffeine. About one minute two at the most out come a drink, sweet very little time lost, I got my coffee and I am going to be on time for my appointment Awesome! So I start the tricky maneuvers to get out of the parking lot, it's not well marked so you kind of have to guess and do the best you can, beware of errant drivers and wandering homeless. Anyway I figure it out and about to exit when a bearded Dutch Bros employee chases me down with MY drink, they accidentally gave me the wrong one but went the extra mile to get me the right one! 5 Stars!
