You know how your visual affects you. lol. My friends recommended AirFlow. They did a great job cleaning the vents and A/C system in my house. The sad truth is, we hadn't clean the vents since we bought the house(over 5 yours). Douglas, the owner, worked with us to give us a quote over the phone and then an in-person estimate. He gave us a really fair price considering my house had over 20 vents to be cleaned. I was impressed with how thorough the team was. They covered all the work space with a plastic. I'm all about keeping house clean :) All in all, I was incredibly impressed with how professional and communicative AirFlow Duct Cleaning Services was. If you need to have your air duct system cleaned, they are a go to people.

The unit is about 20 years old and looks like it was never cleaned. The technicians removed the blower unit and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected it outside while the evaporator coil was cleaned in place. The unit operates much quieter and more efficiently now. This has extended the life of our unit for many more years. - I highly recommend this company to family, friends, and anyone looking for quality service in the Waco area.

I contacted several local Dryer Vent companies looking for the best deal I could. The Service…read moreTech was polite and courteous. He seemed to know what he was doing. My issue began, when he was looking at the length of the pipe. They had quoted me upto 15 foot $119. Now my laundry room is located on the second floor, back of the house, and the pipe goes straight up. I want to know how someone could tell me it was over 15 foot, when the room is only 8 foot and the roof is sloping there? There is no way it is another seven foot. To make things more interesting, I kept looking at the length of the rooter he put up there and there is no way the line was 15 foot, and the brushes on the end of the rooter were largely missing. So I am confused how one cleans a pipe missing most of the brushes? I thought at one point he was going to change the brushes, but he did not. Once he was done, he came down and he told me it was going to be $149 plus tax since the pipe was longer than 15 foot. I told him there is no way and that his company should have disclosed this before the work had been done. The total ended up being $161.29, which is about $40 more than I was expecting. I feel like this is bait and switch to be honest. I did contact their office and let them know I was unhappy with the service in relation to the charges. I thought the Tech was good, I just did not like charges. If you are going to change price, then you disclose this. I would prolly would have cancelled the service had I known this was going to happen. I did let them know, I would be doing this review. Not as a threat, but as a reminder that I am fair in my reviews, but you must disclose changes in agreed charges and you must actually measure something if you plan on charging a fee per foot. Eyeballing something doesn't cut it.

I was told $59.99 to check and clean air ducs and dyer duc. The guys came from Texas force , i…read morethought it was quick air. They look at the A/C unit and said no needed for cleaning the air ducts cause its clean , so he up sold me a coil cleaning cause said it has mold For $199 all they did is spray some stuff on the coils it foam up and made house smell a little better. He did'nt bothered to check all the vents in house which i was told from there telemarketers marketing it will be check and clean with special vaccums they have the best technology for cleaning. So by saying the air ducs are clean without checking all of them just one up stairs he said it was ok. The $59.99 wasnt charge to me, so i ask are you going to check the dryer duc he replied thats $20 bucks to clean which he did, but if i hadnt mentioned it he wouldn't, the service was quick about 30mins. but what suck about it everything i paid $199 to spray foam agent to a/c coils which its ripoff thats not cleaning. And what really sucks is the dirty lint and attic insulation was in my carpet and landry room i had to clean it up. And no invoice was made to me. Call quick air was told they will email me my invoice! nothing Yet! I dont know but i think its a ripoff it should $59.99 for just spraying some agent on the coils! Instead off $229.00 . And i had clean up after them. Sucks!

I'm disappointed with this company. We scheduled them back sept 2019 to clean our vents, they sold…read moreus on a new compressor. We thought we had gotten a deal, new compressor, UV light filter and 4 years of maintenance (2 visits a year). We got not maintenance in 2019, I believe I did ask for it once and to be honest, they either did not come or didn't do anything. Fast forward to June 2021, we notice our ac is not cooling as it did before. I reached out to them for maintenance June 12, no response. AC is working better but then on June 28th, we wake up with a frozen compressor. I spent like 2 hours calling the company. I reached out via Facebook, called all the numbers I could find, even reached out to the Florida company (which directed me back to the Houston's number). I finally sent an email asking for emergency assistance and threatening to file a BBB complaint. I got a call back within minutes! The person that called me back was super nice and said that I should call him directly and ask for him and that he didn't know why the phones weren't working earlier in the day. (I gotta add that when I attempted to call him back and request him specifically, he never got back on the phone for me.) Anyway, we were able to schedule someone for same day visit and this technician diagnosed the issue OVER THE PHONE. He stated that the line had a leak due to the frozen compressor. after i clarified that THEY had installed it, he changed to "I'll see what the issue is once I get there." My husband was there and he tells me that it took him ZERO time to diagnose. He stuck to the "it's a leak narrative" and once he went in the attic he said it was the coil and that it would be $1500 to replace a coil under warranty. um, what? I'm so glad I asked my neighbors for assistance. They recommended a wonderful local company that sent someone same day, the new technician was SUPER professional, he checked ABSOLUTELY everything. He stated that there was NO issue with coil. He recommended an expansion valve replacement. after he replaced it, he noticed that the blower motor was also out. He replaced that as well AND refilled the unit. all for $500. I can't imagine how much more we would've spent if we had agreed to Quality Air of America's coil replacement. The issue wasn't even the coil, it was the blower motor and the valve. sooo I imagine we would've had to pay for the coil THEN pay for the other 2 things. I'm so disappointed with this company. I feel that if they had done the maintenance that they promised we would've figured out there was an issue with our system before it went completely out and burned the blower motor, we could've saved on repairs. Not only that, but they were ready to replace a working component and overcharge without even doing a proper diagnosis!!! They have no values. I regret having our compressor replaced with them. We could've gotten a better company with better values to do our hvac work. I would advice to always get a second opinion, I highly recommend Thermal Heating & Cooling instead. Local company, extraordinary service. HONEST AND FAIR. Ask for April Bella.
