    Beer/drink menu 8/17/25

Can't tell you anything about the food, but it does look a little expensive. Very limited menu. The service from the Bartender Chris was phenomenal as was his suggestion for a cold beverage blend that he made himself. The place itself is big, Open, loud and clean. It's definitely worth a stop by but, I would think a slight expansion on their menu would definitely be in order.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and happy to have this place right across the street. We had some drinks and a few small food items. It was nice to have food cooked there instead of a food truck like a lot of breweries. The space was nice and open with lots of tables. Great outdoor space too.

    My flight of four.

The nachos and grilled cheese were second to none. Service was great and beer was cold and tasty. Would go back again in the future!

Cuban sandwich is a go to for me and theirs is the best i have ever had. The local pork loin is delicious. Chicken Caesar wrap is also really good. Light but filling. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a flight (because decisions are hard), and let me just say: A+ for beer names alone. I went with the Negative Flux Given sour and Tiny Bud Home Pilsner, and I'm still giggling about it. Bonus: both were legit delicious. He dove into the IPA lineup and gave it a thumbs-up across the board. The space is deceptively big--with a chill side patio, upstairs seating, and a roomy indoor area. The only thing that felt tiny was the bar seating (aka my natural habitat), but since it wasn't too crowded, we managed to snag two seats and felt like honorary employees eavesdropping on what seemed to be a staff meeting. Honestly, we loved the inside peek at brewery life. We grabbed the app sampler for a snack attack--you get three half-orders of any apps. The pretzels with "cheese" (pimento fire magic) were the MVP. The fried pickles were solid but didn't quite steal the spotlight. And the cheese curds? Light, flaky, and fried in a batter that gave off fish fry energy--in a surprisingly good way. Add in friendly faces, laid-back vibes, and great beer, and you've got a spot I'd absolutely frequent if I lived nearby. Shelby, you're lucky to have this gem.

This visit didn't ruin Jekyll & Hyde for me--but it definitely confirmed that consistency is not…read moretheir strong suit. I'd been here once before late night in the taproom with the smaller bar menu. That experience was fine. Not amazing, not bad--decent food, decent drinks, decent service. Very low-key and very different from this visit. So when we were nearby again before heading out to see Christmas lights, it felt like an easy, familiar option. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different story. Service was extremely slow from the start. It took nearly 30 minutes just to get drinks and an appetizer, and water refills were basically nonexistent. I eventually got up and refilled our water myself while watching the server refill other tables. We were there for almost 2.5 hours, which felt excessive given the pace and crowd level. Food was all over the place. Three meals had to be sent back. My BLT showed up with maybe two strips of limp bacon, soggy toast, wilted lettuce, and red peppers instead of the onions I asked for. Rather than remaking it, they just brought out two more equally limp strips of bacon. Two burgers ordered medium/medium-rare came out well done--even though the menu clearly shows doneness levels with photos, which made that miss even more confusing. On the bright side, the potato soup was excellent--probably the best thing we had--but it arrived lukewarm after a long wait. Other dishes like the scallops, Cajun Alfredo, and chicken sandwich were genuinely good, which just added to the confusion. A manager did drop off food and briefly acknowledge the issues, but there was no real apology or follow-up. I don't expect comps, but with this many problems and slow service, the lack of accountability was noticeable. Used plates from appetizers and sides that were clearly finished sat on the table for most of the meal. When dishes were cleared, the server often asked people who were still actively eating rather than removing the empty or stacked plates that were ready to go, which only added to the overall lack of attention and awareness. Between the inconsistent food, very slow service, and an overall lack of attention to detail, this visit just didn't work. It seems like one of those places where you might get a great meal--or you might spend hours wondering what went wrong. For now, it's firmly in the meh, proceed with caution category for me.

I love a place that lives their motto. "drink good beer, do good things"…read more The place: wide open with plenty of seating inside and out. I feel even if it's packed, there's still ample room to not feel like sardines. The food: delicious in all of their offerings. Fries were perfectly crisp and not oily. The hummus was well balanced and tasty. The beer: my initial only reason to visit. But tasting their offerings had me sold and ready to give them all my money. So here's why they live their motto. The cans we bought started leaking, we went back and asked if the leakage was a problem. They asked a few questions and profusely apologized and gave us two six packs of their beer with no charge. I tried to pay but they refused. They could have just said "sorry to hear" and sent us on our way but they made us whole. Plus, their code of conduct is awesome and should be a standard for all businesses. We're fans forever. Not only of their food and beer, but their values. Thank y'all so much!!

What a cool place! The service was super friendly and the vibe was very cool…read more We ordered a flight, a FLVR! NA mango dragon fruit sour, hummus, and fries. My love was excited to get his fix of Good Morning Vietnam, a coffee-vanilla blonde ale, that was annoyingly delicious. He tried several others and was pleased with the offerings. I was so in love with the FLAVR sour that I just had some shipped to my house. The food offerings were delicious and came out fast. The fries were piping hot and perfectly salted. I couldn't stop going for them. The hummus was delicious and served with crunchy soft pita chips and cucumber slices. It was a perfect snack. We may have to go back one more time before we head back to Texas. And we did! We came back at noon for coffee and snacks during a lunch break. The coffee was perfect and the food was delicious! Glad we made it back within 24 hours.
