Referred by Tim C. I had my 2 regular mechanics before but at one place, every time they touch my…read moretires, one lug nut goes missing and they replace it with a rusted old one. The other place keeps raising his rates. So I contacted Tony. He responded with a very reasonable price, $80 cheaper for two cars than my one of other mechanics. Came here twice in a week shortly after they opened and both times I was in and out quickly. Both places I've been to before are slower. One would take an hour, the other would take a 1/2 day because they're always busy. Even though Tony is about 15 minutes away from me, vs. the other two that are just a few minutes away, it's worth the drive for the efficient quick service and reasonable price.

First time here, I requested a quote on yelp and received a response promptly. When I arrived, they…read moretold me to pull up my car after the person ahead of me went in. When I pulled my car in, they told me to wait on the side. I was a bit confused at first, I thought they had to ask me what I was in for. But then I saw them bring my car into the lift, and when I saw and heard the mechanics, who are like your average Asian uncles, I knew my car was in good hands lol. Not sure if they remembered I was coming in or everyone who comes in just gets full synthetic oil changes, but I confirmed with the uncle and he said "Yes yes I got you the good kind" I realized I also needed a tire rotation so I asked him if they could do it and they said no problem 25 bucks. And I said ok no problem. Everyone was super nice and friendly, and Tony was very informative. As soon as my car was lifted, one mechanic worked on the tires and one mechanic worked on the oil change. My car was back on the ground in 10 minutes. I've never had an oil change done this fast. Not sure if I actually even waited? Lol Everyone was very quick and efficient and I loved it. I don't live in the area anymore, but live about half an hour away. but I would definitely come back for my oil changes now.

My husband and I stopped by SGV Bimmer after a tire shop accidentally stripped the lug nut hole in…read moremy wheel hub. Every shop we contacted told us they couldn't fix it and that I'd need a whole new wheel hub assembly... except Clement at SGV Bimmer! Within FIVE minutes, he fixed what no other shop would even touch, topped off my fluids, and then told us, "No charge." We were honestly bewildered. It was our first time there! If that doesn't win our business, I don't know what would. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and they clearly know what they're doing. It's so refreshing to find a shop that's both knowledgeable and genuinely kind. We will absolutely be back for all of my Bimmy's future needs.

It's been two years since I had work done here on my 2020 g20. I had carbon fiber mirror caps,…read morepassenger side mirror motor replaced and front splitter installed here. They charged me $500 for this work. Originally it was $400 but I asked for the front splitter installed and that was another $100. I just felt like I was taking advantage off. To top it off the mirror caps wasn't installed correctly and I had another mechanic fix it. Anyways I found another mechanic that has been working on my car and wife's car that I fully trust. Not a rip off like this place. I didn't want to write this review but it's been nagging the hell out of me for how much I was charged for. He also suggested I should change my oil filter housing at 48k miles with no signs of coolant/oil leakages. Yes these are known to fail but no issues yet and I'm at 60k miles now. He said $1600 for OFH. My current mechanic can do for $1100 OE parts. My current mechanics has 8 lifts and are always busy, so no not some run of the mill shop that is low quality. Hope this helps someone out there. Edit: The owner sent me a fake invoice saying the job was $200. It was not $200. I was charged $500. I paid cash. Very petty man, now I'm super glad I posted this review.
