The project manager is Erik, and he was very professional and kept us informed along the way. It took quite a while to persuade our insurance company to allow the claim, but 911 Exteriors - Roof presented the case extremely well. The new roof looks great, and I posted some pictures of before and after. Kimberley is wonderful in customer service and making sure we were completely satisfied at the end of the project. I highly recommend 911 Exteriors - Roof.

They replaced my neighbor's roof, but left a mess all over my yard. Both the team leader and the…read moremanager in the office promised they would get someone to clean it up, but they never did. I pulled a few dozen sharp roofing caps out of my yard and driveway - enough to puncture tires, damage a lawnmower, or injure my dog. They put tarps down on their client's yard to catch the mess, but couldn't be bothered to clean up the mess they left on a non-customer's lawn. I got tired of waiting for them, and cleaned it up myself. If you hire them, or even if your neighbors do, keep a sharp eye on your lawn after they're done.

I met these guys when they knocked on my door to talk to me about a storm that had come through…read moreearlier this year. They offered a free home inspection to see if the damage was enough to call the insurance company. Of Course, there was more than enough damage, and they also stated that the roof was quite old. Probably even older than myself. They then helped me to file a claim with my insurance company. They told me that it was really important for them to be present at the insurance adjuster meeting so they could help me get what I deserved for the roof replacement. A few days later my insurance adjuster and Star roofing was there to inspect my roof. You could tell that the Insurance adjuster didn't want to pay anything because he would constantly say that he couldn't find any damage. However, both of the the guys from Star Roofing pointed out the damage and the adjuster all of a sudden started seeing all the damage. I can honestly say that if the guys from Star wouldnt have been there, then I feel like the insurance company wouldnt have given what was deserved. Here is a tip for anyone that is wanting to know if they need a roof replaced. CALL STAR ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION. They will walk you through the entire process, and most importantly meet with your adjuster to ensure that you arent getting taken advantage of. I would like to thank everyone at Star Roofing and Construction for everything they did for me, and if there is anything I need in the future, I will know who to associate with.

Apparently very few roofing companies will do repairs. Metro Roofing respected my property, They specifically made sure not to damage my gutters with their ladder when climbing the roof. The friendly serviceman even caulked a couple of spots that needed it. I highly recommend using Metro Roofing for roof repairs as the value of the service is reasonable. I will certainly use them again for my roofing needs.

I recently received an email from them, offering a 15% discount on tree service. I scheduled a quote for lat Friday, the 28th. Joe arrived, assessed the required work, and presented a quote that was almost $200 more than the previous work performed 10 months ago for virtually the same thing! I asked about a 1st responder discount and he said he'll waive the tax. There was no mention or consideration of the 15% discount. He also stated that they should've charged more for the previous work. In my opinion, this is nothing more than the old bait and switch con. They don't stand behind their word. I cannot continue to recommend Green Pine Tree Service.
