For me it's a huge help as I'm always in work meetings and it's hard for me to answer the phone during work hours. - They keep timelines! We worked with LL Flooring on the flooring supplies and had Sky Flooring in Ashland install the stairs and upstairs landing. Rob and Chris did all of the installation and they were outstanding. They stripped the stairs down to the frame and rebuilt them with beautiful grey oak. The workmanship was top notch.
