I was so worried, but their customer service was fantastic and it helped a lot to reduce my blood pressure :). I would definitely recommend them! Details: Claudia came to our rescue from nowhere. I was very skeptical in the beginning, but she was professional and knowledgeable, so I decided to give it a try. We signed a PA agreement and surprisingly everything went very fast. Proliance did all the work: negotiated with my Insurance to ensure I did not pay from my pocket too much, got permits, brought roofers and fixed gutters. All that was well coordinated and at every moment I knew what is going on. For example, Kim (from Customer Service) called me when quota from Insurance arrived to inform about the next steps; Faraz (from Production) called me to schedule roof and gutters repairs. Claudia was a charm - answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They also gave me a gift card for my neighbor referral (after I asked about referral program). The whole process took less than 3 weeks without a headache and minimum involvement from my side + a gift card (as a bonus). What can be better?

Home owner of home i rent had me reach out to contractors to get estimates and after calling Proliance, first thing i did was state that the HOME owner has me calling around to get esitmates for rood damage. So after calling Proliance on our First initial visit we set up, that was cancelled due to guys car not starting in the morning, Than after receiving him on 2nd appointment he left without leaving me the estimate so that i can provide home owner with, but had me sign a keypad stating that it was only stating that he showed up and given permission to contact home owners insurance to discuss damages. While still waiting on estimate we come to find out that it wasnt covering entire siding of home so the home owner wanted to get an estimate for the entire siding and After 4 other missed appointments, and again home owner coming here and waiting for them and still not receiving an estimate the home owner moved on. I got 3 phone calls within a 2 week span from 3 managers of Proliance after all this mess trying to apologize and that there is a guy around the corner that can come now, but i told them the home owner moved on after they failed to show up on 4 missed appointments. Now the owner of Proliance after apologizing multiple times turns around and says "you signed a contract and well you owe us 10% and if you dont pay us I'm going to go after you and put this in collection". I told her i am not the owner or this home. and I never signed a contract, never looked at paper work, never saw estimates, i wasn't the owner and have no legal right to be making these decisions, she still said "i don't care, you signed a contract, you owe us". WOW, This is crazy for a company like this to be threatening people especially after they broke the contract by never showing up to any appointments and or providing anything to the homeowner than going after the renter. Just contacted a lawyer about this and he put me at ease and will be waiting to see what comes of this.

His team of very hardworking roofers came and finished everything in one day! Very importantly, a few things really to Matt's credit and all the people that work for him. Phone calls promptly returned, usually within minutes. Start to finish in one day. Took proactive steps to protect the landscape, central air, garage doors, etc... Cleaned up! Did a really good job at cleaning up. Several of my neighbors commented to me as well that they were impressed at how well of a job they did. I also had 1 piece of aluminum fascia that needed replacement which they replaced and matched very well to existing that had been put up about 17 years ago. I sought out bids from multiple roofers, with Matt's being the most competitive, despite 1 of the other bids using exactly the same materials. Matt also has a greater detailed contract, spelling out clearly what's included, so you don't have to guess. Some of the other contracts I reviewed were not very complete, nor as professional looking. He has a very well rounded approach from start to finish and respectful as well. My efforts to have Roofmasters and Masonry complete the work we paid for has been a nightmare…read more I see now why they have gone from 4-5 stars to 3.5. Since we moved into our house, there has been a leak in the roof in our unfinished attic area. Additionally the attic vent fan stopped working. We received a reasonable quote to have the fan replaced and the leak repaired. That was in November 2022 and the work was done in march 2023 for weather safety reasons. They came and did the work in a timely manner. Since that time, the leak has continued. They have returned several times without being able to find and actually fix the leak. Now it is winter 2023 and once again, the leak has returned. Roofmasters returned several times. This time they have narrowed the leak to a lack of pipe flashing. The problem with this? In November 2022, I sent a picture of ice and water to roofmasters calling out the pipe as a possible root cause of the leak. Either it was ignored or they attempted to fix and failed, or they repaired the wrong area. Regardless, I'm easy to work with. Things get missed. But I expect a business to make it right when mistakes are made. I would have been thrilled that they may have actually found the original leak, but now Roofmasters is treating this as if it is a new problem unrelated to the previous work order to fix our leak. Apparently they consider it a new job. ITS THE SAME LEAK! And they have GHOSTED me completely when I asked them to make good on the work we paid for. It's the same leak. Same amount of water, same location. Since November 2022. In fact, we left the buckets in the same place all year by a happy accident which meant it collected most of the water to avoid damaging our ceiling. Moral of the story, expect Roofmasters to need to come back several times to fix leaks and when they finally find the root cause, don't expect them to make good on their promises and stand by the quality of their work. They will probably treat it as an entirely new job/problem. What a scam! I had originally recommended them to many other people. I've been sure to reach out and withdraw my recommendation.
