The problem is simply the 3/16" fur weatherstrips becoming matted from use over the years and needing to be replaced. They just slide out and you insert a new strip. The strips are literally $10 for 25 feet or $30 for 100 feet if you buy in bulk...Feldco wants to charge thousands of dollars to replace entire windows when the weatherstripping on the entire floor (7 windows) would be under $60 and take maybe an hour to do. Record keeping also may not be not up to par as they seem to be missing records for the building. They are beyond greedy and prey on customer's ignorance. Avoid them like the plague.
