To start I've done business with Nomback Homes and been completely happy with the level of service…read morethat I received. This time is completely different though. The entire month of July, I have been trying to work with the service team to get repairs made to my roof due to all the storms that have happened in the Chicago area. They came out and did an emergency typing for me no problems however I was told that I would have a handheld service to help me navigate the claims process with my insurance company. That was a lie. I have now been calling Nomback Homes the entire month of July and gotten no assistance. I have left multiple messages and gotten no follow up phone call. At this point, I would not recommend anyone doing any business with Nomback Homes since customer follow up does not seem to be a priority.

From the beginning to the very end I was thrilled with the way they handled our claim with the insurance company, saved us a ton of money and our roof came out beautifully with a crew of people that worked hard and cleaned everything up as it was progressing. They even trimmed some tree branches that were hanging over part of our roof that always caused gutter clogs. I highly recommend them and I can't wait till our gutters and facia are installed!
