The restaurant is spacious and well organized. The service wasn't anything exceptional, but it was friendly and efficient. As for the ice cream, it's good. It's not among the best we've got back in Argentina, but it's still worth trying if you're in the mood for dessert. The restrooms, however, were a different story. They were quite dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell, which definitely took away from the overall experience.

I think it is the cheese and it makes a huge difference. The dough was very chewy. The pizza was ok. I ended up eating most of it. The rolls were disappointing. I like a lot of garlic on my rolls and that is another thing that changed. They don't put much on them anymore. This is from at least two locations I have eaten at somewhat recently. Maybe I need to ask for more garlic? The rolls did not taste that fresh. They were okay. The lady who I picked the order up from was pleasant. The restaurant looked nice and clean and appealing.

I convinced my husband to try them and order us some pizza for pickup (almost $30 each) since i was in the area. when I went to get it, the lady gave our order away to someone else without even checking for receipt! When I showed mine, she kept shrugging her shoulders and acted like I was the problem and it was MY problem that we paid $65 for pizzas that she decided to give away!!!! I had to show her a picture of my husband with our kid to prove it was our order because it was not the same person who she gave our pizza to. Meanwhile, I'm the one who had a receipt?? After some back and forth using Google translate (the person spoke very limited English) she remade the pizzas, but the whole thing felt like I had to accommodate for her error and anger when we were the ones who paid. Honestly, if she had just accepted the receipt once i showed it and didn't continuously keep shrugging her shoulders or make me feel like the problem, I'd go back to my 5 stars but this type of service and behavior to me is unacceptable. For how expensive these pizzas are, they need to do better. I'd recommend it for the pizza, but definitely not for the service. What a disappointment. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was not okay. At least Blaze pizza will give you a free cookie or something to compensate. All i got was an attitude and shrugging shoulder. I'm so disappointed because i thought i finally found a good place with truffle pizza. So back on the hunt. Advice to management- put in some policy to CHECK for receipts!!! I attached a pic of the sad pizza i got with the ingredients looking like they were thrown on. You can literally see the difference in the one they gave me 13 days ago vs being mad at ME for giving away pizza to a random.

I was reassured that they had neither, so I placed my order for takeout. Then while waiting I saw they had pistachio ice cream. I explained that I saw they did have pistachios, yet I was told that somehow didn't count as having them in the kitchen even though they use kitchen utensils to scoop the ice cream. I left without my order even though I paid because I have a life threatening allergy and can't risk it, which is why I clearly explained and asked ahead of time. They never offered a refund and responded with a lot of attitude when I followed up with questions.
