Stopped in for lunch with a friend. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant itself had a very nice calm vibe. Beautiful windows overlooking the greenery outside in a very calm area. Food was great, we ordered a few of the appetizers such as the corn, the dumplings, and the wrap dates which were delicious and not overly sweet like it's some locations. The drinks were also very good and had wonderful presentation.

I've driven by this restaurant several times and finally had time to try it on my day off. First of all, I love the name and had a feeling it was going to be an Asian-themed establishment before it opened. I was right but this place is certified Kosher so expect clean and delicious food. I just sat at the bar because I like to watch the bartender make cocktails. I got Autumn in Japan made with Roku Japanese Gin. Impressive presentation and it was potent but very refreshing. For bites, I ordered the Baked Crab Hand Roll, Corn Ribs, Crunchy Spicy Tuna Rice, and Beef Yakitori. Everything tasted very good. I could tell they were high quality but my favorites were the Spicy Tuna Rice and Yakitori. I was going to order more from the main "Kitchen" menu but I ran out of time. I really wanted to try some dessert but will save that for the next visit. I had a good experience here. Gorgeous modern restaurant, attentive service, and high-quality food. Just expect to pay a premium. The bites I ordered were about $20 on average and portions were on the small side. Maybe someday they'll offer happy hour bites, hopefully :) Pro tip: Parking is free in the garage for 2 hours.

Also customer service! Pricey but the quality of everything is unmatched! Keep in mind it is a kosher restaurant. I love the decor and ambiance. My favorite was the corn ribs and the branzino, chef kiss! My husbands favorite was the sliders. My least favorite were the green bean fries and the mushrooms. I would rate this restaurant a 7/10. Check out the photos of all the items I ordered.

The preparation for continuity in service and the way the food was prepared were exactly opposite. Without detailing what we had for dinner, I'll just say it was pretty darn good. We all agreed on that. Now the service. By the time the 3rd was served, the 1st person was completely done with eating. I was right in the middle but same. By the time that 3rd was served, the 1st two were completely done eating. Awkward service (not the server). After that, I'd go back.

Fantastic experience. Very busy for a Monday night. But the reason we had such a wonderful experience was Elena at the bar. Her knowledge of the menu was unparalleled Jimmy credit great recommendations. My friend and I just had a fantastic time. The Robata mushrooms and eggplant was awesome. As were the shrimp and the crab rolls and the crispy rice roll with tuna. Haven't had shrimp in 30 years but they tasted like the real thing. Thanks Elena for doing such a wonderful job.

2/10/22 Heard about the hype and saw the fabulous videos. Had to check this place out. It was hard to get a reservation so we came by late in the evening to see if any tables were available. Fortunately there were. The place was still quite busy. We started with Turkey wrapped dates and corn ribs. The dishes were beautifully presented and very delicious. I also ordered the Crunchy Spicy Tuna Rice appetizer but it never arrived. We then shared the Hot Pot Rice. It was prepared tableside. The dish was really delicious. The longer it sat the crispier the rice on the bottom became and the flavors became more integrated. Although it's an entree on the menu it's probably better as a shared side dish. For dessert we had Matcha Lava Cake. It was brought out with a brief birthday song and a candle to celebrate my birthday. It was lovely and tasty. No one offered us drinks until we were ready for entrees. Although I wanted the Negroni Imperial because of the videos I'd seen the waiter discouraged it. He said "It's a strong drink". I wanted something with a similar presentation. (A ball of smoke presented above the beverage) It seemed nothing was similar. I opted for the "Spices Route". It was presented nicely in a circular bottle with lovely fruits and flowers, but it was disappointing considering the other presentations. Overall: The food here is beautiful and very delicious. I would love to come back and sample more of the menu. The service was lacking. It took a long while for someone to take our order, the food took a long time to be brought to the table, we were not offered drinks until halfway through the meal, and our dirty dishes was not cleared. This could improve with basic training.

If you are looking for kosher Asian fusion dishes, this is the place for you! If you don't keep kosher, there are a million better restaurants in Miami to try at this price range (Komodo in Brickell, Zuma in downtown Miami, Takato in Fort Lauderdale). The best part of this restaurant is the plate presentations. Portions are small. I wasn't a fan of the turkey wrapped dates but I did really like the tacos and the toro tartar. The burger is also great.

Found this place on yelp .And we came to try it out.It is a pretty new restaurant with a nice ambience. It is located nearby the Aventura mall just in case you were planning to eat after shopping .They validate parking in the parking lot.I had the AUTUMN IN JAPAN drink and the presentation is just amazing! The drink was not to strong and it tasted good.We had appetizers: Rock shrimp (tastes a little bit like light wasabi)and is served with seaweed.we also had the hot stone carpacio that our waiter Gabriel explained so good to us how it works.:you dip the carpaccio in the sauce to then hold it dor one second each side on the hot stone.I also had the Kimchi side and it had enough flavor and was crispy enough. We also ordered the lamb and we love the bbqed flavor on it. Also noticed:good quality chopsticks

Love it when a restaurant isn't just food but also an experience. The bartender made some of the best drinks I've ever had, the food was delicious and so creative Service was amazing. Really can't wait to go back.

How do I begin. I stopped into this place on a Saturday afternoon looking forward to a wonderful…read moremeal because I heard so much about Rice Asian House. I walked in and it's a nicely decorated space comfortable and inviting. I sat in the bank of booths along the wall. I perused the menu and ordered Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken Lettuce Wrap and Shishito Peppers. Everything for lack of a better word was lackluster! I've had all of these dishes from other places, so I know how they should taste. This food had little to no flavor at all. The soup being the star of my meal was weak and disappointing. Those flavors you expect from "Wanton Soups" were not there. I really like Shishito Peppers and order them every time I see them on a menu. And every one does a little something different to make theirs stand out. But these peppers were just there. They came with Bonito Flakes but it didn't help. The Lettuce Wrap was just as disappointing as the other items. The strangest part of my experience was when I requested some Sambal in a effort to give that Chicken Lettuce Wrap some flavor and a little boost. The waiter said "we don't have that", I replied "really?". He said "yes, this is not an Indian Restaurant, it's Asian" (insert raised eyebrow emoji). I guess it's my fault for going to this place. I should have known as soon as I walked in and didn't see........(if you know you know).

Miami sushi will never be New York, San Francisco, or Japan, let's be real, but this is easily top three sushi in all of Miami for me. The key is non-negotiable, sit at the bar and do the omakase experience. They offer omakase at $50, $70 and $90-ish dollars, which is kind of wild when you consider the quality, the pacing, and how much food you're actually getting. Every piece is thoughtful, beautifully composed, and genuinely exciting to eat. Yes, a few bites lean a little saucy, that's my only critique, but the quality of the fish itself is insane, clean, fresh, and handled with real respect. I believe some of the owners are Peruvian, and you can feel that influence in the flavors and the way the dishes are presented. It adds personality without overpowering the fish, which is exactly how it should be. The experience overall is a straight 10 out of 10. If you keep kosher or avoid shellfish, this place deserves extra love because they offer kosher-style selections that don't feel like an afterthought, which is huge and honestly rare. That alone makes it a standout. One tip I'll give you, and this is important, sit at the bar and do the omakase. I can't really vouch for the rest of the menu, though I'm assuming it's solid, but the bar experience is where the magic happens. Right now, nothing compares to omakase here at this price point. Blind Tiger is special, and I'm saying that knowing full well I might regret exposing it.

Started with what I would consider sushi appetizers before the nigiri. I felt they were relying more on sauces in those dishes- but still solid. My favorite was the "tower" that had a cucumber base, nice chunks of avocado, topped with raw fish. There was a nice Unami flavor with truffle. Truly amazing. The nigiri was fresh- with some fish being preferred over others. Also, they had soy sauce on side so you could add the amount you want. Overall all the nigiri was good except for the shrimp Was my least favorite out of them all. However, I enjoyed each nigiri and trying fish I don't usually get. The last Sushi item was a hand roll. They then served miso soup which I thought was out of place in terms of order. Maybe should have been served first. The dessert in my opinion wasn't good and seemed store bought. In their defense, I am not much of a sweet person. I would have much rather had another sushi dish. However, one thing to note is that with the dessert - they did not give all parties the same type of treats. Therefore, we were a little disappointed when we didn't get the fruit tart and the chocolate macaroon. For drink I got a Japanese vodka drink (can't remember the name) that had a hint of wasabi. Wasn't spicy but you could taste it. The passion fruit mojito was so much better though and actually was part of the main restaurant. Servers were nice! Ambiance was really peaceful and cozy vibe. Sat at the counter thinking we would be able to watch the sushi chefs but instead just saw their heads. Would have been nice otherwise.
