The technician secured the exhaust piping and stated he would take it to the garage I chose and he would fill out the paperwork for me and drop off the key at the garage. This happened on a Sunday. This saved me from getting a ride to the garage and completing the key drop off paperwork. The technician treated the vehicle with care and was very courteous. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation based on this experience.

I eventually found a real mechanic who does work on drag racing cars. I watched him diagnose my problem in 45 seconds by attaching a jump pack to the fuse panel. the car started and it turned out to be the wires connecting the battery to the system were bad. cannot stress enough: the grease monkeys at seasonall are useless. are they dumb or do they have no pride in their job? They are perfectly content changing out brake pads for mechanically inept customers......was it that they didn't want to waste their time solving a real mechanical problem?? no passion for cars... very sorry situation.

Total cost at Irondequoit: $26.95 Total cost at Webster: $137. 47 WHY?? I was informed by the service representative that all 20 lug nuts needed/should be replaced because they had been damaged by weather and parking. Anyone park on the left side of the street (NOT ME) and the curb would have to be at least 12" high to make contact with a lug nut!! Ridiculous! He showed me one damaged lug nut and two that were not damaged and said that the mechanic was having difficulty trying to remove some of them. He also said it was a "safety factor" and the decision was mine. Cost: $4.95 each I've asked at least 6 qualified professionals if they've ever heard of such a thing. NOT ONE had. Oh yes, he also recommended that I change the type of oil change I've been getting regularly (at a higher price). I declined. I should have been smarter and said "no" to the lug nut replacement and that's my fault. But, I want to warn others (especially women) to be aware of what I feel was a scam and find another Service Center!
