I have to know there was a sale going on, but you wouldn't know it from inside that store. There were no posters about the sale or anything unlike all the other locations I've been to. I asked if they were doing the promotion and was told yes. But I shouldn't have to beg to get the discount. What's worse: there are no prices on anything! You have to ask a sales person to get the price on even the smallest items. What kind of store does that? Is the price determined by how much he likes me? What I'm wearing? How rich I look? It's ridiculous. I ordered multiple sample size paint and one of them was mixed incorrectly. Skip this location.

He was so helpful with my swatches for the interior of my house and even helped me choose the best finishing. The paint was ready within minutes and he helped me bring it to the car which I appreciated since it was so heavy. They have everything from brushes, wood stains, tape etc. to help with the process of painting. I also really like how all their products are really high quality. I intentionally waited an hour before coming in, but I still had to wait while my order was put together. It honestly would have been faster to walk the aisles myself, grab the item, and pay at the register. What disappointed me even more was the customer service at the front counter. The staff I interacted with came across as dismissive and unfriendly, which made the experience feel less welcoming than I expected. I genuinely want to keep supporting Cole Hardware because local businesses matter. I just hope they can improve the online pickup process and provide a friendlier customer experience. Benjamin Moore always has terrific colors and texture and great durability. Any time I've hired professional painters, this is the line they use. We need to keep this business thriving so we can always get a same-day gallon of Chantilly Lace (if you know you know). Second, they have everything paint related under one roof. Your time is valuable and you can't go to two stores looking for the wide painters tape or that butcher paper stuff to cover the floor. Third, their service is above and beyond. You order online and your stuff waits for you on a shelf outside for immediate grabbing. You walk in and someone asks you what you need. Amazing. I put their service to the test today by ordering a sample size of Dark Taupe paint, placing it on the roof of my car while I loaded other things, then driving off. When I realized what I had done (and I did it -- you can see my Dark Taupe paint splatter in their parking lot), I returned to apologize and reorder and found they had REFILLED MY ORDER and placed it on the shelf without comment.
