And the checkout used to be a huge ordeal. Now - more registers are open and things seem to move along Trader Joe's style. This is a far cry from the bottom of the barrel Lowes experience where surly "employees" ain't seen nothin' and ain't talkin'. The kind lady who runs the store found me the correct tap and handle to secure the tap and turn it. Without asking, she instructed me on how to cut the threads, telling me to use WD-40 and cut a little at a time, back it out and spray WD-40 into the bolt hole to clean out the metal shavings. The project was a complete success all because this kind lady didn't just sell me tools she told me how to use them. If you need tools and expertise Tool Mart is the place to go.
