Pulling up into this location I was able to get fuel easily and then I made sure to pull into a spot near the store to free up the pump. Inside it was busy, but the store ran smoothly. I went over to the drink station, fill up and XL cup and then went over to the register. It took some time here because I wanted an item from behind the counter. I have a feeling that even if I would have used the self checkouts, I would have been here a while. The person working the register had the utmost grave when dealing with people. I do not know how they were able to remain composed, but they navigated the dumb questions and entitlement that some of the customers had. Bravo.

I really liked their fried chicken and would stop frequently for gas and for chicken but no more! The nasty male employee actually was mad when customers came into the store to purchase items. I witnessed him turning off the lottery machine and telling the other employee that he was doing it because people should be staying at home because of the pandemic. He told customers it was broke. Not caring that I was there and could hear that lie. That was the 2nd time I witnessed his disrespect for paying customers, so I go to the Shell in Prince Frederick to use my Giant points. I got my flat on Thursday (Mar 3rd) and had my replacement tire ordered same day. It came in today and was replaced in a little more than one hour from when I dropped it off. Tonight we went with a open mind but sadly it was again a let down the slurpees smelled so strongly of rotten eggs we didn't even dare to even try it. So we just went to the cooler to get bottled drinks. We ended up with Brisk which is 2 for 2 and got some snacks and went to pay. My wife noticed that we got 2 for 2 on one set of Brisk but not on the second pair. So when we brought it to the cashiers attention he didn't understand so we took two/three minutes to explain then he said o but what came out I can't fix. This was the only location that was willing to take me next day. All others were a three day wait for an appointment to do a simple tire patch due to a nail puncture. I get it...why bother with my little $35 job, when you can make way more taking appointments for other services?! Well, that is the very reason why I definitely will return for additional service in the future. They didn't think my job was too little and were happy to fit me in. I definitely recommend giving this location a try.

They tried to tell me that they couldn't patch it because i didn't have enough tread. My tread is fine I barely drive the truck. I was interested in buying mud tires while I was there though so I asked the receptionist if they had any. She said she has no ideas what tires were available and to look on website. Note I was only person in store not busy at all. At this point I realized how terrible the store was so I asked for my truck back to take elsewhere. I Waited 15 minutes still no truck. I asked the 460 lbs sloth of a receptionist what hold up was. She responded to wait longer. Didn't even waste the 10 calories to open door and ask. When I finally got truck back the worker told me I had 90 PSI in my front tires. I had checked before I went to shop and it was 67. Went to another shop called grannadas or something similar down the road. They took great care of me. Would recommend them if you need anything.
