Horrible everything in Winter Haven location usually is terrible service Rude inattentive and unprofessional staffing. You come through the drive-through no cars waiting and you have to scream at the speaker to get anybody's attention. Once you get to the window, you're met with grumpy attitude filled employees that don't greet you don't make sure your order is correct or prepared properly. Staff young and unprofessional would not recommend this location at all. They also overcharged and rang up the wrong order. Several associates passed by the window, failun to acknowledge the customer or correct anything. The manager is just as young and unprofessional, so be prepared to have your order rung up wrong and for them to try not to issue you a receipt. I was not recommended location. read more

I got the Avocado toast on 3 occasions. The fist two times I would describe the "toast" as Luke warm bread. Not toasted in any way. Very disappointed! So the third i asked them to please make sure it is "toasted". I got a black char piece of something that resembled bread. Hardly edible at all. They could do so much better. Worst Dunkin I've ever been too. I go through the drive thru where they get my order wrong, then I went inside the store to get it fixed. When I walk in, there are 3 girls standing around by the drive through window showing each other TikTok's and laughing. While I was standing there, two elderly ladies were sitting at a table and said, "Don't expect to be helped anytime soon" I then had to yell, "Hello! Can yall stop watching your TikTok's and help me?" And wave. One girl walked over to me and said, "What did you say?" Then I repeated myself. She proceeded to fix our drinks when another girl came from the back and said, "Man, I don't even have TikTok" they then tried to charge me more money for fixing the drinks they messed up. I refused to pay extra and she said, "don't worry about paying" These teenagers in there are demanding $15/hr but have attitudes like this. read more

Excellent! Service. Quality of food is fresh; AND, the consistency for accuracy taking the orders, to complete order is worth returning time and again. Especially during period of stressful days through Hurricane Ian, every order was consistently prepared to detail. This shows they have their minds on delivering their customers the order WE place. The place is small, so they move fairly quickly to keep customers from piling up inside. I can make my coffee at home. However, I will make sure I come to buy my coffee at this DD location to support their employees, and business for making my days a little better during hurricane Ian, when I was without power to make my coffee. This is the only DD in the area so it gets all the business. Situated on a busy road it has good access in and out so you don't have to struggle. The store is relatively new so it has the 2015 model look that Dunkin is making or has made all stores update to. Parking is ample and seating is good too. Staff is friendly and greet you when you walk in. The donuts look fresh and are usually well stocked. Staff also does a good job of making the coffee the way you like it and if not perfect than they will redo for you. Coffee Prices were recently raised up $.10-.20 per item so they are no longer the great prices they were....but if the coffee is the way I want it than I'm fine. Their donuts will never be the size of or as cheap as Donut Man in Winter Haven but the coffee is the best around! read more

The Boston Cream donuts were fresh and awesome, and the breakfast specialty sandwich that we ordered for my wife was awesome. The specialty coffee was great as well. The main thing is that it is a very clean store, and I was not concerned bringing my little guy there. He likes to go inside to place his order. The staff was patient and very welcoming to us. I stop at this Dunkin every day on my way to work but 3 out of the 4 days this week I have had to throw away my coffee because it tasted burnt or the condiments added were not right. I stop on my way to work so I don't have time to go inside and complain. I get an iced coffee with 3 cream and 3 Splenda and even though I'm very specific about the condiments, I never get the same combination. The staff is friendly and the service is speedy but the coffee is hit or miss. I pass 2 Starbucks to go to this Dunkin because of value and the coffee (when it's right) but once I use my funds on my Dunkin app I will no longer visit this location. read more

I love the Winter Haven location during the week days. Today was the 4th time I went on the weekend (Sat). I ordered a large frozen coffee with french vanilla and caramel with extra french vanilla, add whipped cream with caramel drizzle. That's not at all what I got!!! I couldn't even tell it was a coffee drink! Only thing I tasted was like a vanilla MILK!!! No drizzle at all on the whipped cream. If I wasn't already late for work, I'd have handed it back to them. There were so many people behind the counter, playing around. Not at all personable at the drive through. I always get exactly what I order during the weekdays. Same crew. The coffee did not come out great the first time so they had no problem remaking it to my liking. Thats the sign of a good staff!
