Such a nice interior, but my orders been messed up every time. Won't be going to this location anymore.

Beautiful location on the inside. The outside appearance from the road hides the inside size well. There are two entrances and two eating areas. One is a lounge area complete with fire place, flat screen tv, small granite tables and leather chairs and couch. The other area looks like your typical Dunkin' Donuts eating area complete with bench table and bar stools and smaller tables with regular chairs. I had a Turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant with an order of hash browns and cold brew with the sweet cold foam and cinnamon in top. Everything was perfect. My only complaint would be that they move a little slow. But other than that if your ever in the area I would say pop in and take in the ambience for yourself. read more

Located in a strip mall this location is easy to pass. The interior is large and modern with a window wall letting in lots of natural light. There was a line throughout our visit and the two cashiers kept it moving. The restrooms are clean, there is a very comfy lounge seating area, a bar area and tables so you have seating choices. This was the first stop on a long drive. My butt was sore from sitting too long, my bladder screaming to release morning tea and tummy ready for some food so all in all it was a 'spur of the moment' stop. Not a frequent DD patron I opted for an english muffin sandwich with turkey sausage and egg and a decaf-tea because I love tea but caffeine has it's limits. The muffins are not toasted and there is nothing on them (butter for example). I expect the whole sandwich is popped into a microwave which makes the english muffin a bit rubbery. All in all, an unsatisying breakfast. DD has their own tea bags. The decaf brew is not at all robust, but the worst thing, besides adding mik to tea before it has steeped, is they use tea bags that are made of plastic. You know the kind: they look like a tented triangle, have a silly texture. Ya, those are made of plastic. Add hot water to plastic and you get melted plastic in your tea. No thank you. The shop itself is large, clean, modern. The staff well trained and quick with your order. It's not the shop, it's the food. read more

Worst experience I've had and have seen customers have at any Dunkin Donuts location in the area. The girls working were talking about their evening plans instead of making my food which was the only ticket on the board. Took 10 minutes to be asked "if i was waiting for something". Manager had stepped out so i had to wait to be refunded. 2 other orders were incorrect during my 15 minute waste of a "quick stop for something to eat". read more

This location has become awful. Place an order, and you're lucky to get your food in time or even correct. The past several times we've come here, they forget part of our order. Today, we've been waiting for, literally, over 20 minutes for a simple BEC. They haven't even started making it because their "system isn't working." Another customer, who ordered a certain item and PAID for it, was waiting longer than us. She goes up to ask about it and it was gone. They sold it to someone else. Unbelievably bad service here. Receipt says Catherine Z was our cashier. (8.2.19 at 8:51am) She needs customer service training. She was super annoyed with our questions. Ex: "Do you have maple donuts?" She huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes before saying no they don't have them. This was our first trip to Dunkin' (passing through on a drive.) Also not impressed that their pink sprinkle donuts literally had exactly 6 sprinkles nothing close to what was advertised. The worst part: she placed all of the glazed donuts ICING DOWN so when we took them out of the bag, all the icing stuck to the bottom of the bag. Incredible cup of coffee! Extremely pleasant atmosphere and very attentive staff who know their regulars and treat new customers with a high level of service making sure to get their orders right. They also have the largest variety of baked goods around, still making the pumkin muffin (a classic that should last all winter long). Probably the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to and Im from Wilton. Both times I went late two guys fucking around. One didn't know what an americano was. Second experience I was door dashing and the dude took his sweet ass time putting donuts away before making me the shittiest tasting matcha latte I've ever had. And when I first arrived he was flirting with a customer for almost five minutes before he asked what I needed. Took every ounce of my energy not to punch him in the fucking face. Cool dunkin location. I actually think they really surprised me. In general, I always say the dunkin should stick to coffee, bagels and donuts. The attempts to offer sandwiches and breakfast alternatives ended in ridiculous results. So take my advice, stay with the basic. Hell of a Dunkin donuts. You walk in. You order. They get it right the first time - what else can you ask for? Because if you take a look at my other Dunkin donuts reviews - I always have a problem. Not sometimes. Always. Including but not limited to the time I asked for an iced green tea and they asked "you mean you want a green tea bag in a cup of ice water?" Spoiler alert: it won't brew. This is a very clean, comfortable and spacious Dunkin donuts. Here's the thing though - it's huge. I mean, massive. Why is this place so big? We're they expecting more foot traffic? Whatever. From outside it does not look like much but once you step in you see that this place is huge. There is seating to the left, right, and the middle. Counter is also huge. Every time I visit here there are two people behind the counter and one or two people cooking. When there are long lines they move quick. Food and coffee always taste fantastic. My only wish is that we had a place this big in SONO. read more

Best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been in. It has THE BEST and biggest seating/lounge area. I've been coming here almost 20 years, and seen lots of updates in recent years. I love the fireplace and couches section! And the sunshine really comes and lights up the place. Very large selection of donuts, muffins, bagels. Very fast service. And extremely clean place. I've continuously traveled all over Connecticut and I've never stepped foot in a better D&D than this. read more

A fantastic place for eating breakfast on the go. My friends and I Pop in, order, and walk out extremely satisfied on how fast they served us. It's also not as crowded at times. Bought a half dozen donuts and a Tailgater (sp?) sandwich. Donuts were not fresh. Very hard. The sandwich was extremely cold. I was happy to have found a place open so late as I'm traveling from out of state. Young man at counter acted like me ordering food was an inconvenience even though I was extremely polite. Stopped here so many nights on the way to danbury bars .. probably one of my favorite DDs, but in the end its still just another 24 hour Dunkins. overall, pretty clean, ok bathrooms, ok parking lot except if it's rush hour and you need to cross rt 7. read more

I lived in Wilton for 10 years... Close to every day I was in that Dunkin Dounuts. I went back to visit and the staff recognized me after 6 years! The Munchkins and doughnuts are to die for! It is conveniently located on route 7 and there is almost always a parking spot out front which makes take out so easy. read more

A few years ago I would go to this Dunkin Donuts quite regularly when I was working up in Wilton but haven't been there in at least 3 years just went this evening and was pleasantly surprised and reminded of what a great location it is quick accurate orders by a pleasant staff no drama no headaches no grief really glad I I went there and will be back much sooner read more
