Bacon donut

I got the donuts half an hr before the store close, it was cold so I didn't expect it will taste good, but surprisingly it's amazing, melt in the mouth. I tried bacon, cinnamon, and coconut flavors all amazing! Just make sure double check gps, we didn't look and only click from yelp address and gps took us to residential area Lucky for those always take the train here!

Great selection of inviting doughnuts

Support your local businesses! I did not know Donut Crazy was at the train station so it would not surprise me to learn others don't as well. IMO, they are a steal at $2.09 when the same jelly donut at Dunkin Doughnuts was $1.49 for more half the size and sub par ingredients. The jelly donut here was massive, fluffy and filled with a wonderful artisanal style blueberry compote. Such a lovely spot! Glad they provide another cafe type option in Westport.

We've been to Crazy Donuts several times and they never disappoint. These aren't your average donuts. No way ! These are donuts taken to another level of deliciousness. The place sits adjacent to the railroad station and has a good amount of space inside to stop for a quick bite and must have donuts. Super friendly staff and good selection of tasty donuts. If you need to cheap once in a while like us go there you won't regret it. We definitely recommend !!!!

Excellent. Stopped by on my way to the cape again....and again, didn't disappoint! The line moves quick but go early so you have the best selection!! We grabbed 6- PBJ, vanilla sprinkle, peach cobbler, maple bacon, French toast and death by chocolate. Our favs, French toast, bacon and all chocolate! I also prefer the yeast donuts vs cake. So delish! Stop by - highly recommend always!!!

I was expecting these donuts to be over-the-top sweet and simply too much... I was pleasantly surprised to find the tastes & textures to be way more sophisticated than I initially thought. I mean, yeah, there are cookies crushed on top of donuts but hear me out. I love donuts. I know a good one from a bad one. What is truly important at a donut place that is literally marketed as "crazy" is that the base donut can stand alone. What I really mean is that you should be able to eat their plain glazed or chocolate glazed & say wow this is a great donut. This is true here. So, once you start experimenting with creative & delicious flavors, the outcome is going to be exactly what you get here: ridiculous, over-the-top donuts that are pretty damn good. My favorites: coffee cake, Nutter Butter My husbands: birthday cake, Cookie Monster

For someone crazy about donuts, Donut Crazy is my jam! I used to walk by all these trendy donut shops in the city while working but just wasn't in the mood for a donut. Having a donut place here in town is fantastic! The mix of options is legit, most days there are close to 24 different donuts, a mix of "regular" and premium. They are all outrageously good. I'm pleased to also mention they have cold brew on tap, and iirc a pour over system for coffee, albeit not proper light roasted Ethiopian beans. Location is inside the train station.

Worth a 2 hour drive from NJ. You don't know donuts until you've been to a Donut Crazy. The best part is, not only are the donuts amazing, but the environments and decor actually have character and flavor unlike most donut spots. The only downside to the donuts are that they aren't fresh and hot out of the oven...thing is, you can't have it both ways...Crazy and Hot...hot melts crazy unless you want to wait 20 minutes for one crazy donut. I do-nut wanna wait 20 minutes for a donut. Walked out with half a dozen in under 5 minutes. That's what I want.

I'm not sure what the name of the donut I trued was called. It was a plain donut with blue frosting and cookie crumble on top. My husband got a plain glazed donut. I'm not a donut lover so if you love donuts you should probably stop reading. The donuts were too sweet and too dry. I thought the frosting did not go well with the donut at all. Overall it was just too much for me. I had a couple of bites and I was already too high on sugar to continue.

What is there to say other than that these were the best doughnuts I've ever had? They're fantastic. The service was great and they had other good stuff...blah blah blah but the DONUTS! They're amazing. I got six flavors. Sugar heaven, sugar pinnacle, sugar nirvana, sugar paradise, etc. They were superb. So many different awesome flavors. If you like donuts, go here. Do it now! And enjoy.

Quick and go service right by the train station. I came here to pick up a dozen as a gift. Love all the crazy dailies and seasonal flavors. The ambience is cute and homey. Quality is great and prices are super reasonable. My fave so far is the birthday cake. Will be back to try the rest myself. Dailies- $2 Crazies-$3.25 Deal: buy dozen, get 2 dailies free.

Donut Crazy is leading the pack when it comes to Donuts in Connecticut. They have a menu of staples that essentially never changes as well as a menu that changes monthly with all new specials, usually jiving with the seasons and holidays! Their donuts are creative, fun and delicious. They also serve great coffee and some decent breakfast options like sandwiches, avocado toast, etc. The Westport location is actually a part of the train station, so it's not huge, or your typical coffee house atmosphere. You will also leave always smelling like frying oil. The staff is always super kind, especially in this location. My only wish is that Donut Crazy would dive into the world of brioche donuts. Deviant Donuts in Mystic, CT, PV Donuts in Providence, RI and Grindstone in NY, as well as a number of other shops have been doing this for some time and it is a far superior donut. But for now, Donut Crazy is killing it in terms of the traditional yeast raised and cake based donuts.

As a life-long Krispy Kreme and other local donut spot lover- all classics and delicious, I can confidently say that these are the best donuts in the WORLD. I used to go every day just to try a new flavor donut until I pretty much tried all of them- my health thanks me for dialing back on that. If you don't know how it works- they do 5-6 different flavors a day, there's no phone number or website, there's only an Instagram story that will be posted the day before with flavors. My favorites: Aztec cinnamon (like a cinnamon bun but BETTER), raspberry vanilla jam, brown butter vanilla, Wilton Cream, and the Misfit (brown butter vanilla glaze w Aztec cinnamon drizzle and dark chocolate sea salt drizzle). If you are fortunate enough to get: the apple fritters and peach fritters are out of this world. If you go on a weekend- there may be a line. Their vanilla matcha is also delicious (house made vanilla), hot chocolate is really good, and iced coffee slaps. I love a good toast from there or oatmeal- pricier, but delicious nonetheless. They'll sometimes do barbeque pop-ups, those are also worth waiting in line for and checking out. Overall, so glad that CT has this family-run gem with quality items.

This place perfectly encapsulates how a notch above mediocrity is absolutely thrilling to the…read moresuburban Connecticut person. Look, it is a cute shop. They spent the money and they have a nice espresso machine. Which of course is ultimately the only thing that matters to me - the coffee. But let's talk about the donuts. Because this is a donut shop. They are large. Like Americans. They are not particularly inspiring. They are cake-like - with the exception of the apple fritter one which was a gooey greasy mess. None of them are really donuts. I got four of them to go. I took a bite of each and that was more than enough. Even my high school aged son passed them over after a few bites. Now for the surprise, and the reason that this is not a more scathing review. The coffee was surprisingly okay. I ordered a Cortado. Of course it was served in the only sized cup they have so it wasn't properly presented, but it was reasonably good and I drank the whole thing. So, doughnut shop: coffee - good, donuts - meh. Add to this the inexplicable hyper-popularity that causes there to be a line around the block and I would say overall - not worth the time unless you catch it at an hour when there's no wait.

No I'm going from a five-star to a three because of the sudden disgusting increase in pricing. And yeah you can't blame COVID cuz yeah that was 6 years ago and that story is getting old. So what is it? Why did I just spend $10.27 for a tuna salad sandwich on a toasted hard roll with lettuce and a medium hot tea with just sugar? How disgusting is that? Now I know that just coming to an establishment like this shows that you have disposable income but come on now.... Does the owner of this establishment of this chain really need to financially rape their customers to get ahead? So maybe it's time for a boycott of this place. Maybe it's time to send a message to the owner that you can be replaced.
