Every single time I come here, I place a mobile order and they never have the flavors I add to my order. Today they didn't have Irish crème for our two lattes and then one of my daughters coconut refresher had someone's long, black hair closed into the lid, floating in the drink. Ordered coffee and food for several people order was wrong they assumed iced coffee was wanted which wasn't what was ordered the employee was completely rude about having to remake the correct order. Once received correct order the employee essentially threw food at me and all the coffees where cold. Called up to talk to manager he was useless defended the unprofessional behavior of his employee never apologized or asked how he could make situation right. Long gone are the days of customers being right and these are the people that make your business or break it. I completely understand why this place had 1.5 star reviews. So this location has struggled since it opened. But my experience today was totally unacceptable. Shift manager screwed up the orders and tried to give our drinks to the car in front of us. The lady in the car opens the straw takes a drink out of her iced coffee. Realizes it's wrong and hands it back to the shift manager who sets it on the counter next to the window. We finally get to pull up to the window and she tries to give us that same iced coffee. Said something to Mgr about it and she acted like it wasn't a big deal. Not her fault. Can't give zero stars. We went there when it first opened and it was extremely busy. I thought the wait time was going to be insane but the line was through really quickly and we were able to sit down and wait for our order to be called. Our order was called within a few minutes and was hot and fresh! Coming back a few weeks later it wasn't as busy but the service and quality of food and coffee was still great! So glad to have a Dunkin Donuts within 15 minutes of our house so we can spend more mornings doing coffee and donut runs! read more

This DD is very close to home, but I will not be returning. They are very short staffed, which made the wait very annoying. After giving my order, which was very simple (no cooking involved) the server gave me my muffins and donuts. I paid and she said thank you, but I didn't have my 2 coffees. She directed me to the far left counter to wait. She proceeded to take the next person, I waited. She finally came down my way, made my coffees and started to walk away when I asked for a tray. Food is inconsistent. Donuts have icing that runs off of it. Service is hit or miss. If you get a donut to go and they put it in the bag the entire topping of it is gone when you take it out. Coffee is also very weak and never tastes the same every time read more

Hi. I just wanted express my gratitude towards Mr. George White, the district manager of the Wilmington, NC area. Of course with covid most places are drive through only. So I ordered at the drive through of the DD on college ave. After getting my order I pulled forward to check my order to be certain that I had everything. My order was quite right. So I called into the store an told them who I was and where I was parked. The young lady said to come to the window to get my missing items. As I exited my vehicle a gentleman that was outside by his car asked me if everything was ok. He identified himself as the DM. I told him my situation and immediately went inside and corrected my order. George White was very polite, attentive and beyond courteous. I really appreciate him and kindness.
