You know that Katy Perry song in which she lists a bunch of instances and their opposites? Hot and cold? Up and down? Kissing and making up? Kendrick Lamar and Drake? Something like that... Well she's got a song for extremes, but if she made a song for how I felt about this particular Dunkin, it'd probably be just like "You guys are lukewarm, and floating midway in-air". T.I. wouldn't approve of their mediocre. The customer service varies from visit to visit, I guess because the workers tend to live out their daily moods? There are some days where I walk in and I'm their best friend, then other days where I'm just like, "Damn, can a brotha get a smile... And a SOFT croissant?"... Segueé into the food... Nothing out of the ordinary. Other than the fact that donuts and other bakery items tend to not be very fresh. Not sure if they even bake stuff on the premises, or if they just have another nearby store cook their stuff. But my donuts are usually hard and drier than British humor. Drinks are usually a hit-or-miss. Sometimes I wanna just kiss whomever made my iced latte, iced tea, or pumpkin coffee. Other times, I have the urge to put on one of my old green aprons (from my tenure at the "other" place) and show them brewing proportions. I think some of the employees don't understand coffee-to-water ratios, so the finished results end up being weaker than Miley Cyrus's cup-size (what's it, like an A-minus-minus). Best time to come is when they first open. Or at night. At least in the late evening they'll give ya something that's getting tossed out before it reaches ultimate hardness and can be used to take out Goliath. read more

I'm not one to leave negative reviews often however, this Dunkin was so unpleasant that it requires a closer note. 1st, I had to explain my order several times, I felt hurried and the mechanical responses made it difficult to understand. I've never been to a Dunkin that the replies were giving so quickly and trained for speed rather than service oriented. 2nd, I can understand a business for the high-volume needing to expedite order taking but this was just ridiculous. 3rd, I ordered the iced latte which they made into a pumpkin even though I wanted vanilla. The pumpkin flavor tasted artificial and chemically not at all good. The wrap looked like a small soft taco, and he looked slapped together. They forgot the baking egg cheese in the croissant. And when they handed the food over it was practically thrown at the pickup area just 30 seconds later. The only thing they got right was the 6 donuts, but that's because I pointed and called them out. So disappointing. PS, there was no line. read more

Stay away, far, far away. I actually ordered a doughnut, something a rarely do at Dunkin Donuts and it was RAW inside! Gross, horrible, horrendous. I'm probably going to die now. read more

The worst and has gone even more down hill. Today the lady asked me 4 times what I wanted, and I repeated it 4 times. However she was too busy listening to the other workers conversations to listen to what I was saying. She did get my order processed after the 4th time. Thank goodness I moved away and only have to come here sporadically. read more

'Oh my god' is an understatement. Got both the egg bites, and they were completely SOUR. Veggie ones I spit out and my dog wouldn't even eat it. Bacon one, I got two bites in, tolerable at first, but off. If I wanted my whole day ruined by running to the bathroom, I would've at least made it 'worth it' by going to White Castle or Rut's Hut. read more

They are too lazy to work and losing business just because of that. I asked for a bagel twist with cream cheese and she said she can make it while all other Dunkin's are able to what I wanted. read more

If I could give them half a star I would.I went in to get three coffees with my sister ,while we were waiting the man at the register did not give back the right change to the customer in front of us and the customer was mad.when it was our turn to order We said our order up to the second coffee and he than stuck his handout without telling us the total and asking if there was anything else I then proceeded to order the third coffee Pay and walk to use the restroom. When I tried to shut the door the door Swang open because it was broken and it had no working lock. I had to have my sister hold the door shut while I used the bathroom .when I sat down I found that the toilet was not bolted down .it than shot water out of it when I flushed making the whole bathroom floor soaked .when we went to go get the coffees there were only two and then he tried to say that we did not pay. After explaining that we paid and did not get the third coffee. He crapply made all three coffees and threw it on the counter almost spilling it read more

I would like to thank the staff for completely ignoring me and attending to the person behind me while I was waiting in line yesterday. And also, offering free donuts to two other customers and not me. It was extremely rude and I will NEVER go to this DD again !! read more

After another DD religiously getting everything wrong, we've had good luck with this one. Until today. Ordered egg whites and ham on everything bagel. Heavy set woman wearing a head wrap asked if I wanted egg white with veggies and I said yes. Girl is making my food and I see cheese going on bagel. I said "excuse me, there's no cheese on that." The first woman was nearby, shakes her head, and said "that's not what you said." Uhhhh. Ok. Girl making my food asked couple times what I wanted, even a woman next to me repeated it. Egg whites and ham. Got home and sandwich was regular egg and ham. read more

The Ice coffee here always taste stale and bitter. Don't know why I even bother. Seems like they don't use real DD coffee or mix in decaf coffee. Ugh. read more

I really think this location needs to be inspected and workers need to be trained. Came in tonight to an empty place with the kid working cleaning. He stood up with wet gloves asked me my order and entered it with those gloves on. I figured he would change them before he grabbed the donuts but NO. He used a tissue paper and handed me the bag and realized it was wet, so gross. Then he changed his gloves. Bagel was made after he took another order. Handed me the bagel forgot about my latte. I wish I had forgotten it as it was disgusting. Burnt almond milk with horrible espresso! If they are going to offer lattes they need to train their employees. Each location is getting bad. #dunkindonuts read more

The other night (Wednesday 13th), I was craving a pumpkin latte so bad so I just had to complete my cravings and stop by. I did however, keep in mind that closing is 10pm, so I came around 9:10pm just so I did not interrupt "cleaning time" or anything. I walk up to the door, and it is locked. The young lady opens the door up and informs me that they are closed but I then reassured her that the time on the window does state 10pm closing and shortly let me in. I then asked for 2 iced lattes and she tried telling me her latte machine is off. Sorry but if closing time is 10pm, you should not shut your machines off at 9pm... She then tried telling me that it would take 10 minutes for the latte machine to kick in and honestly, I did not care. If I am going to pay $8 for 2 lattes, then I will wait. If it was going to take 10 minutes for the latte machine to kick in, how come two minutes later, my lattes were done? I ALWAYS stop by around this time, and never experience a problem with my man with the glasses. He is one of the nicest employees in that joint who would never give me a bullshit excuse. He always puts customer first, the owners should really, REALLY value him and his kindness! read more

I have been to so many DD before but never been treated such as what happened last night at the drive thru. On June 26 around 10:30... Went for coffee with a friend of mine there was a femal with a very deep voice was taking the order she seemed like she's yelling at us and when we asked for a smoothie her reply was we don't make it at this time with a rude reply. We did order four different coffee drinks as we approached the window... She said your total is $11.46 My friend was the driver handed his debt card she tells him step out of the car and give it to me I can not reach where she can but she was giving hard time for no reason and we were surprised of what she is asking.... He tells her I'm sorry mam I can not step out to hand you the card I had a surgery not long ago... She closed the window and said I'm not helping you. I got out of the car and gave her in cash $15 and took the drinks she give us back the change only 59 cent and receipt and with a swearing verbs mumbling and shuts the window... I was waiting for the change back.. Then we left as we were leaving the latte that order tasted so nasty and not what I have order ice Carmel latte with no sugar. Before even leave far from the place we went back on the drive thru there was a vehicle ahead she didn't pick up the phone from the Order so we went by the window as she saw us and refused to open the window and heads to the back somewhere as we waiting few mintues I beeped the horn few times and still did not come for us to tell her. This employee is very disrespectful, rude with no professionalism what's so ever treats customers very badly doesn't give back our change, I mean I always like to leave Change in the tip cup but she has no right not to give back my full change.. I surely will tell all my friend and family about this Dunkin who there employee treat their customers... read more
