I visit this location sometimes twice a day and only recently started having problems, the morning crew is ok except for continuously being over charged and it being blamed on the owners, it's only one employee there that the price varies and her name is Kaitlyn. I plan out my money very carefully every week and dunkin is a treat for me but lately it's been a bother. Not to even mention night crew ! I will not go there at night anymore because every time that I have, my order was wrong, the employees are immature and no customer service. This is the ONLY Dunkin Donuts I have gone to that hasn't messed up my order in some way. Even when other customers are being rude, the staff always treats customers with respect and a smile. They work as a team and many seem to actually go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience on top of fast and excellent service. I was gipped of $1.00 the other day...the cashier made an honest mistake but refused to consider that she had not given me the appropriate change...I asked to see the manager...satisfaction was not forthcoming...the cashier gave me the website to take a survey and lodge a complaint...I did so...I was told by the compliant dept that the manager of this store would call me...yesterday...I waited...no call...This morning I filled out another survey and lodged the second complaint. I am waiting for (1) a call from the manager, (2) a response from the complaint team and (3) my voucher for a free cup of coffee.. Ugh....I'm going to a local coffee shop next time where the ambiance is more friendly, the dark roast superior and where I can hear music and poetry recited on Friday nites...what ever happened to the "The customer is always right"?
