I recommend their medium size option if you are getting an iced drink as they always get the coffee to milk ratio correct for me. My only complaint is their iced coffee drinks aren't always cold enough strangely (I have not experienced this with other coffee shops and I love iced coffee). A few times now I have ended up with lukewarm iced coffee with ice that's already halfway melted. I come here often and always hesitate for them to remake it due to this but it really takes away from my iced coffee experience. Due to the inconsistency I'm taking off two stars. I still recommend to try this shop but be prepared for a possible hit or miss experience with their iced beverages.

It's not rare for Mexican grocery stores in the area to sell hot food in the back of the store, but it was very unique to find this super cute, black-owned coffee shop located right in the back. After looking over the menu, I decided on the Ube Matcha and my mom chose the Banana Rum Caramel Latte! Both drinks were a 10/10!!! My drink had an Ube horchata base, which tasted like the perfect mix of vanilla and cinnamon. It was absolutely amazing and paired perfectly with the matcha!!! My mom thoroughly enjoyed her latte as well! Next time I'm in town, Drip and Culture will be my first stop. I ordered a large smoothie but was given a medium, and she never asked for my phone number for rewards or account information. The line was shorter than usual, so I expected a quicker and more pleasant experience. Instead, I was met with poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail. Unfortunately, this visit left a disappointing impression.

The shop is very artistic and has a lot to take in (in terms of decor, things for sale, etc.). It was overwhelming. There is a lot of seating area and separate rooms to congregate in, but even in poking my head in to look around, I received looks that felt territorial and unwelcoming. My coffee was fine, but really nothing to write home about. Not at all interested in trying this place again.
