3Legged Coffee Brewery is one of those places that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and genuinely inclusive--it's the kind of coffee shop where everyone feels comfortable. The barista was incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the coffee, and a great conversationalist. Between the warm environment, excellent service, and great coffee, it's an easy place to relax, catch up with friends, or spend some time on your own. Definitely a spot I'll be returning to. read more

We discovered 3 Legged Brewery at our local farmers market and decided to visit the coffee shop. Since then we frequent the shop with our pup! I have been on a matcha kick and love trying all of their seasonal matcha drinks. But my favorite is seeing all of their cold brew and teas on tap. They even have them in cans. The menu options are endless, and they even have freshly made waffles, empanadas and various pastries. The waffles fill the air when you order one so you know it's made fresh and you get to pick the toppings. I've also tried the beef empanada and the breakfast one, they both come with a sauce that has a slight kick but the perfect treat when you want something soft and savory. In the cooler they also have various sweet treats. The Portuguese egg tart and the ube brownie are delish! This coffee shop is also pet friendly! We love to bring our little one and our pup to hang out and they love the attention. Overall we have a great experience every time and you can tell they care about the drinks they put out. I gotta make my way back to try one of their flights! read more

I've been to 3 Legged Brewery quite a few times and am always happy with the service and drinks. I got a nitro cold brew - caramel cheesecake flavored with sugar free coconut and it was very good. I just wish the drink was colder. I paired this with a GF sugar cookie that was fabulous - thick and moist. read more

Desperate for coffee in the area and not wanting to stop at one of the usual chains, I found this place. Stopped in on a Saturday morning and it was pretty quiet. I hoped to grab a drip coffee and run, but didn't realize that is not really what they do. I asked the person behind the counter if they just had a drip coffee and she said no. But any of their taps could be hot or cold. I felt overwhelmed (and was under caffeinated) and feared that the nitro from the tap heated might not be the end result I hoped for. I ended up with a pour over coffee that took much much longer than I had hoped. The coffee was good, but cooled down in temp very quickly, likely because of the slow pour over process. The cafe had a lot of seating area and lots of games to play. It would be fun to spend extended time here with the kids playing games. We also saw another family come in and order ice cream - didn't even realize that was an option but great to know! I think I really just didn't know what I was getting myself into and I'll go in next time more prepared. read more

As for food and coffee, the empanadas are great!! Totally recommend! Salsa as an option would be suuuper! Honestly, the coffee is not that great. In my opinion I find it watery, not very strong. This was my experience getting a latte and the cold brew. I do find the menu overwhelming but I ordered a coldbrew. My coffee wasn't sweet at all and what seemed to be far too much cream. I asked for regular cream and regular caramel, too watery and not to my liking. Also a small but this photo makes it look quite large. We tried the biscuit for the first time and do not recommend. "Bacon egg and cheese" couldn't find the bacon, there was a sheet of something that could have been bacon but not sure. The seating area is quite tight, would be hard to get in and out with some dogs/ more people but I loved that dogs are allowed inside! We've been here and had good service but today they were really on top of it. Definitely recommend trying out this local business - I hope there are some improvements in the future but I am so glad we have a local coffee shop In Lindenhurst! read more

This was a great place if you want a personalized coffee, tea or whatever gets you up in the morning. Our barista was so welcoming and helpful. Our drinks were absolutely delicious and amazing read more

Was excited when we saw a coffee shop open nearby, but was disappointed pretty quickly. I got one of the specialty drinks from the expansive menu, the pumpkin chai. And chai is usually my go to so I was excited to see it as one of the fall items here, but when I got it, it tasted like nothing. I asked the barista to sweeten it, and it sounded like she pumped a few pumps in, but still no flavor and still not sweet. There was also no hint of pumpkin. This place is a coffee brewery, fine, but if you're going to offer other drinks to people that don't drink coffee, I would expect the drinks to be quality checked before being placed on the menu, especially when I paid almost $9 for it. My boyfriend got a specialty ice latte and also said there wasn't much flavor or sugar to his either. Staff was nice and the ambiance is cool. There are games throughout and lots of seating, but just wish the drinks were better. Just not a good first impression when they've just opened the location a couple weeks ago. read more

This place was recommended to me, and it was quiet enough to study, and really nice people. But the prices are high even by coffeeshop standards. read more

Very VERY over priced. I had a 'large' under brewed bland Moroccan mint tea which costs $6.45. My husband had a 'Nitro' cold brew $7 which tasted more like an iced coffee. These same type items from Starbucks are more robust and consistent in taste. Wasn't really impressed with their food display which screams 'we are not fresh'. This place falls short. The place is charming and comfortable with ample seating. And i absolutely love the story behind the business but was Just so disappointing to see them make Starbucks look like a bargain read more

If you are a coffee lover stop in. I enjoyed all the nitro choices they had on tap. I had the French vanilla and it was smooth and flavorful. I tried a slice of breakfast pizza and it hit the spot. A nice coffee shop where you can sit and read a book or do some work. Super friendly here. They also have teas 'on tap'. I'll be back to try the empanadas that looked delicious but it was too early to eat. read more

An amazing place to bring your pup in, the owner was amazing with my dog, gave the little one some treats and had great conversation. Very knowledgeable about their product and delicious cold brew!!! 100% recommend! read more

My wife and I decided to try this place because we both enjoy specialty coffee. She ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew, and I went for the pumpkin chai tea latte. Unfortunately, the chai tea latte was one of the worst I've had-it tasted like watered-down chai with barely any flavor. I noticed someone else had a similar experience recently, and I wish I'd seen those comments before going. While this spot seems to be known for its cold brews, if other menu items aren't up to par, it might be better to keep them off the menu or test them more thoroughly. My wife felt the same about her drink: the pumpkin spice cold brew was also lacking flavor. For the $18 we spent, we'd much rather drive to nearby Antioch or Libertyville for better drinks at a similar or lower price. Not to mention, they really don't have espresso as well. read more

$6.65 for a small 12oz americano coffee??? Really? People are nice but this is way over priced. $2 more than Starbucks and $3 more than Dunkin. Lindenhurst Is not Lincoln Park. I won't be back. read more

I met one of the owners at the Grayslake Farmers Market and decided to try their main location, can't suggest it enough. It's not too busy, very dog friendly, plenty of seating, with great food and drink. The selection is better than most coffee shops, and the woman taking orders was very knowable and very nice. All around a good experience, and glad to add another real coffee shop to the area! read more

I came here while my fiance was at a training and immediately was welcomed by the sweetest woman at the register. I hung out here for a few hours and watched Ashley interact and converse with several other customers, always with kindness. Her energy and spirt was truly so refreshing to see. She whipped me up an incredible latte and waffle was to die for. Absolutely 10/10, will be returning. read more

Friendly, inviting atmosphere. I had a tasty cranberry orange scone and a pour over brewed coffee. This is a must visit place for coffee and pet lovers alike. Next I'd going to try the empanadas! read more

I initially went for coffee, but I see that they offered tea so I wanted to try those of course this is my first time checking this brewery out. I tried one of the popular drinks there is an option to add sugar. I opted out of sugar and I also ordered a beef empanada. Something interesting with their tea is it's actually carbohydrate so it taste like a sparkling water, but I would definitely add sugar next time . I did enjoy the beef empanada, I don't know if they provide to go bags because she just gave me my empanada in a a boat shaped container as if I was eating there. Ambience is very cute. It's small. they have different knickknacks that you can buy if you're interested they also have different sweets that were available if you were interested as well .There was a foul smell. It smelled like old standing water. Hopefully they can get that fixed soon. overall, I definitely will go back because I do want to try more things on their menu and now I know how I need to order things moving forward. read more

Staff was friendly and nice. Got the cold brew and caffeinated hot chocolate. Everything tasted like water and it was extremely upsetting to get zero flavor considering how much you pay. The food looks fresh online but it's all in the fridge. Pizza was cafeteria pizza and the cinnamon roll was dry (but had amazing frosting). Overall really disappointing. I don't blame the staff, the cold brew looks like it's on a tap. Also messed up everyone's stomachs afterwards. It seems like a local business which I'm always happy to support. From my understanding they opened this location very recently, so I'm hoping it's just getting in the swing of things, but it just isn't for me right now. read more

I like to support local small business and this coffee shop seems solid and coffee is decent enough....but an $8 latte is kinda crazy

They make their own tea blends that are very tasty, and the management is very friendly!

Fun to have a nitro on tap (and teas on tap too). Must say, the coffee was delicious.

Love going there. People are very friendly. The coffee is very good and lots of choices. I do think it is a little pricey depending on what you order. I will continue to stop bye. Try it, you'll like it. !!! read more

I went and the person working was very nice, she made my coffee perfectly and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Great coffee shop! Discovered them at the Grayslake farmers market. Bought Space Panda coffee to brew at home. Fabulous quality--smooth, flavorful with no bitter aftertaste. Great cup of coffee! We then stopped in at the store for coffees and to stock up on coffee to brew at home. Specialty coffees were excellent-- flavorful and just the right amount of sweetness. I'm now a proud rewards member! Staff were great-knowledgeable and helpful! read more
