I only order here because it's close to work and convenient. That's where it ends. Every time I get a Frappuccino it's always under filled and the whip cream falls short almost an inch below the top. It's very frustrating because, the other locations nearby, fill it all the way to the brim. Also, I order through the app and expect it to be ready when I get there at the time it estimates, which is typically 10 to 15 minutes after ordering. However, almost always when I get there it's not ready and I watch five or six people walk in place their order and get their stuff and I'm still waiting. I have to tell them is my stuff being made, and then they grab the ticket and start making my drink. It's like they prioritize online orders less, instead of making them in the order they come in. read more

We ordered coffee and sat down to drink it. An employee by the name of Steven came to us and said they were closing in 30 seconds, walked to the back and turned off the lights to the store. Mind you I had an elderly person with me. I've never been at an establishment were you order before close and can't finish what you order before having to leave, let alone have the lights turned off on us to force us to leave before closing. This is not my first time at this Starbucks, and it isn't the first time I was disappointed. I gave this location many chances but I will never order here again. I ordered a venti drink with light ice, I received it with barely half filled with the drink, the whole cup was just ice. This is unacceptable , I paid 6 dollars for a venti coffee and received a tall portion. And when I asked for more oatmilk to fill up the rest of the cup so it wasn't just bare ice, the lady was very rude, didn't say anything to me, snatched my cup, and put a drop in. This use to be my favorite Starbucks , no more. Decided to take my son there for his birthday even though he does not have the app because he is disable. Order to cream drinks. Made sure I asked that these was no caffeine in there. He replied no. Get the drink it is hot. My Son cannot have caffeine I did not order hot drinks. Then Marilyn told me she did not take the order. Ok but she was making the drinks. So I told her they were cold drinks no caffeine. My sons drink they made hot with coffee. I don't know why three employees are standing there like no one knows how to Handel anything. So Marilyn gets upset cause things are going sideways. She says to me I don't feel comfortable making your drink, are you kidding me. I don't feel COMFORTABLE you making my drink. See runs off to the back , is this how we Handel things in a corporate setting we just run to the back because we don't like what someone is saying to you. After you messed up there whole order. Ruined my Sons special Birthday. Don't go in Starbucks for your Birthday they will RUIN it. Is this how Starbucks operate. Blame the customer for your mistake and don't apologize. This Starbucks is probably my favorite cafe to go to. All the food and drinks sound so appetizing even if you don't like coffee. I would not recommend it if you are trying to save up your money because some drinks are a bit pricey even in the smallest size. Had an incident there with a likely racist customer (not staff). The manager Eddie was EXTREMELY helpful in the situation, making sure myself and my significant other were ok and even apologized multiple times. He made us feel welcomed. He is definitely an asset to the management team!!! read more

This location has been around for awhile and it always seems busy. It is in a strip-mall location so it does get alot of car traffic, which is good because they dont have a drive-thru. Corner store with lots of windows. Inside is nice with cushioned seats and small table. Staff is attentive and friendly all this is good. Ok I dont like Starbucks coffee so I ordered a tea and lemonade mix. Holy crap, $2.80 for this. Plus $2.00 for the muffin and all I could think was I could of gotten 2 Egg McMuffins and a large iced tea for the same price. Made me wish I would of eaten breakfast before I went to the mechanic. read more

Sorry to inconvenience you for patroning your business during its hours of operation-_- Normally I have An amazing experience here. I've come in once before right before close, equally apologetic because I get how frustrating that can be. THAT experience was still positive. This one was not. Apparently this is not the place to go if you have to work at night and have a last minute chance to get coffee. This is an excellent Starbucks location! No drive-thru, but there's plenty of parking and the inside of this Starbucks is bigger then most other Starbucks locations i've been to. Plenty of space to sit on the inside and outside of this location and the staff are friendly too. The line can get kinda long, but it seems like they have the staff to handle it - I didn't wait more then a few minutes to get my drink on a busy day read more

This was by far the best Starbucks I've been to. I really never feel the need to review a chain. They are supposed to all produce the goods in the same manner. However, the staff here was awesome! They new the regulars by name, how to spell names on new customers, and blended my drink perfectly. Probably one my least favorite Starbucks experience to date. As I was looking over the regular coffee choices I saw a new blend I wanted to try, the sign above the brewed coffee said "pour over available" so I asked for freshly ground coffee using the pour over method. The employee told me that she had some brewed, I replied that I always grind my coffee fresh at home and use the pour over method. She promptly turned around and begun the process... And did it wrong, she did not pre wet the paper filter, did not bloom the coffee, and did not thank me as she did other customers that had ordered other coffee drinks. I want to mention that it was also not busy when I asked for this either. I figured that in a place where people order ridiculous requests for modified coffee drinks, my request would be easy compared to a skinny mocha latte no whip double pump with sugar in the raw type thing that I hear other people order all the time. Bottom line, my experience in privately owned coffee shops have always blown Starbucks out of the water... The small business really care about their customers. read more

Hands down best service I've had in a long time! Shift manager Jennifer S was fantastic! I had no idea what kind of drink to bring my grandpa back home and she suggested one of the holiday spice drinks and he loved it. The staff working tonight was super great and really friendly. I had my puppy with me in my bike basket and she adored him. I'm also very clumsy and dropped my drink outside and she immediately offered to remake it.
