Purchasing the juice cleanse made it so easy. Some of the juices were pretty tasty and I really loved all of the little shots they give you (I could drink that morning detox shot everyday!). I didn't find myself hungry throughout the cleanse, just sort of missed eating real foods. But I came out of it less bloated and with no sugar cravings, which is a huge win!
