We spent a week in Venice visiting our girls and grands. This place was our go to stop every morning! Coffee was always on point! Breakfast was hot (sandwiches) and donuts were always fresh! Great example of the way to do it right! read more

Dunkin' - Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Venice, Florida

Stopped in before checking into our hotel. Ordered 4 drinks and 4 donuts. Donuts were good. Not 1 of the drinks we ordered was made correctly, checked the receipt and what we "ordered" is not what was "rung up", so in theory we got what we paid for, but that was not what we verbally ordered. I HIGHLY recommend ordering via the app, to ensure you at least have a correctly placed order. read more

literally don't even bother. I have given every dunkin in the area countless chances and nearly every time they make my coffee wrong (it's just a stupid latte), I wait an absurdly long amount of time for the wrong coffee, or it's something along the lines of them being out of milk or straws. If you don't care at all about your customers or the way you're serving them, why are you even in business? and i've reached out to customer support, they do not offer anything. Save yourself the money and go to one of the local shops. I only stop here if I don't have time to go elsewhere and every single time i wonder why I even bothered because it's a WASTE OF MY MONEY read more

Who doesn't need a little pick-me-up these days? A cup of coffee and a donut is a terrific place to start. Dunkin' Donuts provides plenty of incentive for consumers to try their treats. To accompany your coffee, there is a huge assortment of their famed donuts to choose from. There are so many flavors, but I like the Boston cream today. If you need a little dose of sugar and caffeine in the afternoon, they have an amazing deal... A medium iced latte for $2. That price includes a flavor shot. The medium is a pretty big cup of coffee and the flavor shot makes it a tremendous value. That latte in itself is like a delicious dessert. Since I'm on a Dunkin' Donuts coffee high right now, I'll take this opportunity to let you in on the DD Perks Rewards loyalty program. You can download the app and get all kinds of added-value offers - some really good deals on their food and beverages can be had, plus members earn points for every dollar spent. I'm going to go back Dunkin' Donuts today and redeem some rewards. Salute! read more

Was in the mood for a Dunkin iced coffee this morning. I ordered on the mobile app just before we arrived there. Then we pulled in to a very long line at the drive thru. The reason the line was so long was each car seemed to be at the speaker and/or the pickup window for 3-4 mins. We sat so long without moving that my husband actually shut off the car a few times as we inched our way along. By the time we reached the window, we had to ask them to add ice as the original ice had melted as it sat waiting for us! All in all, getting that coffee took over 30 minutes. Something very wrong there. I'd skip it unless you have lots of time to kill! read more

Love this place, by far the best Dunkin! Terrific staff! Everytime we come in we are well taken care of. read more

Dunkin' - two cups of dunkin donuts on a table - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Venice, Florida

This is absolutely the BEST Dunkin' ever! Great employees, great service, and great food!! I have been " runnin' on dunkin" for years in both Florida and NJ and have frequented many in my travels but none can compare to the quality of service I receive from the wonderful team of employees at this Executive Dr, Venice FL location. Appreciate you! Thanks! read more

They may as well be permanently close. We stopped by at 8:30 on Friday, Nov. 8, 2024, and they were out of donuts! Wow, we should have eaten the meager hotel breakfast. read more

Call first because they close earlier than their posted 3pm closing time without notice, just a handwritten paper sign hastily taped to the door. The employees don't seem to know that a regular coffee has cream and sugar. Ice coffee was also old and burnt with not even close to enough cream or sugar. Not sure if it's poor training or bad employees. Maybe a bit of both. There is a big "For Lease" sign in front so I assume they are putting this location out of it's misery read more

TERRIBLE. Waited 20 minutes for microwaved bagel, stale and burnt croissant, nasty tater tots. I spit it out. The latte was pure sugar. Disgusting. Waste of money. read more

Dunkin' - The food I spit out. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Venice, Florida

Well. To start, they didn't know how to charge me for the new refresher. I got two of them and they both came out not even the way it was suppose to, I also asked for two donuts. Strawberry frosted, and vanilla cream filled. Well apparently a Boston cream is their idea of a vanilla cream filled. To be honest. I don't even think you should work at Dunkin' Donuts if you have no idea what the difference is between a Boston cream donut and a vanilla cream filled, they are two totally different donuts. Tear this Dunkin' down and start over. Maybe hire some true new Englanders to run a New England fast food chain. read more

Staff has always been friendly and coffee drinks have been well-prepared and fresh. I have no complaints about this Dunkin, which is very convenient to my home. read more

This is the best Dunkin I've been to and coming from New England I've been to a lot. They are always polite and efficient. The manager is absolutely amazing. Even though they are short staffed and have to close the lobby due to staffing, she goes above and beyond to get my daily coffee to me. I order in advance on the app everyday. She knows me by name and vehicle. When the lobby is closed and the drive through line is long, she sees my on the go order and will still take the time to bring my coffee out so I can still get to work on time and skip the line. Her service and positive attitude why I go out of my way to go to this location each day! read more

I'm not sure what was going on with this Dunkin Donuts but the drive-thru line was super long! I was in the line for 10 minutes before my order was taken. I should have gotten out of line but I was in desperate need of some coffee while I was on the road. The staff that was taking the order was friendly enough but you can clearly tell that she was frustrated. I'm not sure what the problem was. The coffee was awful! It tasted like it was sitting in the coffee pot for hours burning. I have NEVER had a bad cup of coffee at DD. I just can't believe it! I ordered the Bavarian cream donut but when I got to the window they were out. I got the cream filled donut instead. It was tasty enough. Maybe a bunch of people called off for Memorial Day because that wait in the drive thru was crazy! Bad coffee AND I had to wait a long time for it. No Bueno :-( read more

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go here for your coffee stop need! In fact, I URGE you NOT TO! The WORSE customer service ever - Rude & Disrespectful management and employee by the name of Chloe and Alicia! They are wry disrespectful individuals who slams drive thru windows in the face of paying customers when they got the order wrong not you! All LE please STAY AWAY from this location who knows what else they are capable of! read more

I stop here early in the morning sometimes on my way to work 5-6am . Whoever works here hates there job , this morning she huffs first and then says do u wanna try such an such in a very annoyed type of tone . I say no thank , then she says ok what can I get u . This isn't the first time Iv come here an they act like they completely hate you on the speaker for showing up. Before this I asked for extra caramel for a coffee order and they were talking to each other and to me on the mic basically making fun of I wanted more in my coffee . Saying oh wow etc etc . It's my only dunkin on the way to work so unfortunately I have to stop here . read more

Definitely not worth the 45min wait in line. Poor service, poor quality. I'd suggest avoiding this one and going down the road.

Closes too early! Who closes at 6:00? Last time I stopped (less than 2 months ago) I was told you closed at 7:00. And Yelp has you closing at 8:00! You won't earn anyone's business closing early. read more

Dunkin' - Wrong closing time - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Venice, Florida

I have been there several times. Unlike one of the other reviewers, I've gotten my orders right, however, I feel that they give just tolerable customer service. Today, I went there and order 2 iced coffees and paid with my debit card. The girl at the drive thru took my card, swiped it and gave it back. She gave me the coffees and told me I was all set. Actually, I wasn't all set. I didn't have straws and she should have never assumed I didn't need or want a receipt, but she did. read more

They definitely got my order spot on and I will be coming back to this Dunkin for sure. On top of that they were pretty quick and rather friendly. Must be the workers on Sunday. read more

Used to go there when they first opened and was always impressed with service and the freshness of the donuts. NOW unfortunately since many months and again today I just have to say this DD is terrible!! Staff is soooo unhappy to be working. Cant even remember a simple order such as a donut and coffee??! Selection around noon is scarce. Last time we stopped there the hashbrowns were given to us COLD. In short avoid this place. read more

Drive thru traffic in the AM here is ridiculous. If you want to be late for work, stop here. The lobby has been closed for nearly 2 years, with occasional exception, making the drive thru situation only viable for snow birds and vacationers. I guess COVID fear is strong with corporate. I buy Dunkin ground coffee and creamer at Publix now and my coffee actually tastes like it came from a New England Dunkin's vs the Florida crap. read more

i go to this dunkin a lot because i'm so much more concerned with caffeine than customer service (necessary for this location) and they get my order right probably 70% of the time. this morning, however, my friend and i ordered two of the beyond sausage sandwiches and specifically ordered them without cheese or egg, considering we do not eat dairy cheese or eggs. this just made me chuckle. they literally made these with egg and cheese and said "dang i made this wrong", peeled off the egg and cheese, popped em in the bag and sent them out the door. neither of us could eat our sandwiches this morning, 'preciate it guys. read more

This is the worst location ever. Customer Service does not exist at this location. Trying to get a cup of coffee and donuts from this drive thru will take you a minimum of 10 minutes if it is NOT busy. If it is busy just turn around. It will not be worth it. I waited out side one time for 13 minutes waiting for a bagel. I finally went inside and told them and they said oh its sitting right here REALLY!! like it was no big deal. We get coffee everyday and go out of our way to go to another D&D. Just letting you know. I'm not sure what is going on but management does not care. What more can I say. Could be why customer service is so bad. read more

Took 15 minutes to get a coffee and bagel..while observing I watched to cook go outside and come back in without washing his hands start making customers food without gloves with was disgusting! I couldn't even eat my bagel cause I thinking he took a cigarette break or using the bathroom then just came back to make my food read more

Gave us the wrong order two days in a row, didn't follow our order, was rude when we asked for the corrected order, and overall was completely arrogant and unapologetic about the whole situation. We waited at least 20 minutes just to order and when we got to the window it seemed like only 2 people were working on orders and others were joking around. Would not recommend and I will not be going back. read more

Just waited 15 min in drive thru and still had 4 cars ahead to place order. Finally made it to the two labs so we could leave. Did I mention one of the employees was outside on her cell having a cigarette while the drive thru was so backed up??? Wouldn't the manager (if there actually was one) ask that she wait until there were fewer customers? This is the second time I've left because of the extremely slow service. There won't be a third time!! read more

I will never go back after this morning. I've been to Dunkin many times bright and early in the morning (before 6 am) and this morning I arrived around 5:48 am. There was a line of cars in the drive through so all appeared normal. After sitting in the drive through line for almost 15 minutes (all cars in front of us had left) I finally pulled forward to see what was going on. No one was communicating to the cars in line that they still were not open although signs on the window and online all say they're open at 5 am. There were cars behind me still unaware that no one was going to or cared to tell them they weren't going to be taking their order anytime soon. At the very least, hang a sign back there to tell people you're unable to open a coffee shop on time ‍. Both locations in Venice are awful. I thought this was the better of the two but now I think I'll avoid Dunkin' Donuts completely unless I'm somewhere other than Venice. I never leave reviews but honestly the experience there this morning inspired a rare review. AWFUL read more

If I could rate this Dunkin it would be a zero. The cashier that took my order said I couldn't be on the phone and that I'm taking too long to order. Longest I have ever sat in a drive through in my life. Strongly do not recommend. Was in line for 25 minutes with 3-4 cars ahead of me.

Will never return to this location. Staff was yelling at each; wait for service was exceptionally lengthy, and, when finally offered, was curt and almost like they wished you would go away. Staff attire and cleanliness was almost offensive. It was very apparent that staff did not like each and did not want to be there. Worst service ever. read more

This is the worst dunkin donuts ever. It took 30 minutes to get coffee and donut holes. They did not have bagels or chocolate donut holes. The cashier refused to wait in 2 gentlemen in front of me in line. The manager was useless. People from the drive through came into the store to complain. Manager said they only have 3 employees working. Something is seriously wrong with this store. I asked for a receipt and the printer was empty. When they filled it I'm guessing it had to print 50 receipts before printing mine. Just terrible service all the way. read more

I would honestly give 0 if I could. Each experience I have had is horrendous. They have one particular employee who cannot seem to handle a line of more than two people. Each time I have dealt with her the store has been close to empty, the drive thru has not been very busy and she has had help from co workers but will still talk rudely to the customers telling them "hold on" and "we are stressed". If she can't handle basic customer service, she shouldn't be there. I have only had one friendly and helpful employee experience there. I don't know what is going on that the majority of the employees there are so rude and incompetent. If that wasn't enough, they are constantly out of the majority of their food stock. Each time, I have had basic orders and have had to have replacements. I picked up an iced coffee today that had no ice in it and when I asked for ice they said they were too busy (um, they weren't). I would avoid going there ever again except I deliver food and unfortunately due to location, it is a popular spot. I hope some changes are made very soon. read more
