Upon tasting the coffee at Black Gold, I immediately cancelled my subscription and will only purchase coffee here. The folks working here will never steer you wrong with their recommendations.

I ordered an iced mocha that was absolutely delicious - you can really taste the coffee through the chocolate instead of it being overly sweet, which I loved. The coconut macaroon I got on the side was phenomenal and paired perfectly with the drink. They're roasting beans less than 20 feet from where I was sitting, and even before we walked in, you could smell the coffee from the parking lot. It adds so much to the atmosphere knowing everything is that fresh. Service was top notch: super friendly, accurate with the order, and genuinely down to earth and inviting. I drank a medium roast Guatemalan coffee, which is known for its unique flavor profile and high quality. Apparently the Guatemalan is one of the most sought-after coffees in the world. I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it to be full-bodied with rich flavors. While I didn't get a chance to try their baked goods this time, I plan to on my next visit. Bottom line...
