It is usually pretty busy here and the line gets really long but they make the drinks pretty fast. Also Starbucks is just really expensive in general which is why this is only 3 stars. The coffee itsself isn't the best but the variety of drinks, seasonal flavors, and cake pops make me always want to come back! The union is also a nice place to have a Starbucks because of the occasional live music and lots of nice places to sit.

Highly recommended.

I appreciate how friendly the staff is, especially the folks who walk the food out to the line of cars waiting for their orders. Oddly though, twice my orders were wrong, but I didn't realize it until I'd pulled out so I didn't ask for replacements. One was missing the fries part of the "combo". Another had extra toppings on the burger that I'd ordered "plain. Only ketchup. Nothing else." I have a weird fear of mustard and mayonnaise. Had to toss that. But the other 4 times, I got a simple hearty quick meal for a fairly reasonable price.

They offer the most selection of froyo flavors we've seen in Champaign-Urbana. There is also the option of getting a scooped version of the froyo onto a cone. Many toppings to choose from. You can even choose a color changing cup for your froyo for an additional $1. All of the spoons are color changing (again, major plus for our toddler). Docked two stars because the froyo itself is almost overly sweet. The consistency is a little icy for some flavors (strawberry) esp for soft serve/froyo and the taste could be better. It is, however, on par for taste at the other froyo/soft serve places in town. Bonus here at TCBy is they have more flavor options. While it's not terrible, it's just ok. It will satisfy your cravings and be loved by a toddler but if you're looking for Yogurtland quality or Pinkberry, this is not it. Service was great and the parking is easy to find. We ordered a few of the specials: the "Caramel deLite" (like the Girl Scout cookie), the Homer (pink frosting), and the blueberry special. The CdL and Homer both had plain yeasted donuts as their base. Warm and light, they were soft in the middle with the slightest chew. Like many of the shop's offerings, the flavor and sweetness came primarily from the toppings. The Homer in particular tasted of almond and cherry. The blueberry was a seasonal special: cake donut with blueberries in the batter, and topped with blueberry icing. The flavor was unexpectedly fruity for a donut. A surprising treat! I plan to head back next month to see what new creation the shop has in store.

We live out of state and our other siblings are not local to the Champaign-Urbana-Savoy area. Jeff was a godsend as he knew the funeral home used for our mother's service very well. He suggested floral arrangements to coordinate with the casket and decor at the funeral home, so our florals would look tasteful. We wanted some specific flowers to be included and he made sure those flowers were used. We chose three different arrangements for the service and each were beautifully done. My entire family was very happy with our selections. All flowers were fresh and in perfect condition. Jeff coordinated delivery to the funeral home so everything was set for us. Thank you Jeff and Schnucks for providing this invaluable service to your customers. jeff's compassion and expertise were greatly appreciated during a difficult time for my family.
