I think the rude lady that other people mentioned took my order. No greeting, no mask, no gloves. Yikes. They also ran out of the croissant that I already ordered and weren't very accommodating about substituting my order with a sandwich that costs $1 extra. Dunkin is a franchise that throws away leftovers at the end of the day... but anyways. If you are working behind the counter with food it's absolutely essential that you have a mask and gloves on. This Dunkin Donuts has the worst customer service I've ever encountered! Today I went through the drive-thru and the woman working the window was so rude, impatient and disrespectful. She forgot to give me my coffee so I had to go back through the drive-thru. Once I drove up there was a different woman working the window and I told her about my experience with the woman that helped me previously. I shared with her that I didn't think they should put people up front if they had no customer service or people skills. She just smirked at me and gave me a thumbs up. I'll start off by saying that I've been a regular at this dunkin for nearly 2 years now. The staff that used to be here was amazing (Joyce, Bishnu, Luke?). They knew me as a regular and often had my order ready by the time I was at the register. Nothing that I expected but I, at the minimum, was always welcomed, the establishment was always clean, and I felt comfortable sitting there and doing work with friends. This was a sentiment shared by me and most other patrons. Fast forward to a few months ago when the staff changed (other than Joyce, whose last day was yesterday). Ever since then, the quality of service of this establishment has plummeted. The staff is not nearly as friendly, the tables are wiped down a lot less, and I am often greeted with cold, gruffness at the register. Is that annoying? Yes. Is it a deal breaker? Not really, I can still do work and the coffee is still a dollar. However, I come to Dunkin today and find that most of the tables are dirty and sticky from coffee stains. I proceeded to ask one of the staff members if they could wipe down the table I was sitting at. I was not rude, I was not demanding. It was simply a request. From there, instead of wiping it down, one of the staff members (Rizwana) handed me a paper towel. Pretty rude and inappropriate, but I left it at that. I asked for some water to wipe it down and did it myself. Fast forward 30 minutes and Rizwana asks me to come talk to her. She starts scolding me and telling me how its a busy day and that she had to eat her lunch behind the counter. That it wouldn't make sense for her to be able to wipe down the tables as its a busy day. And finally ended it by adding that I should go elsewhere if the tables are too dirty. Wow. SO uncalled for and disrespectful considering I showed no hostility and have been a welcomed guest for literally years. It is not my responsibility to make sure the staff does their job and it is so unreasonable for me to be talked to with such contempt for making a sensible request from a staff member. I cannot fathom why the staff is so impatient and rude (specifically Rizwana) but I know for a fact that this sentiment is not shared by me alone. This is my fav Dunkin EVER. I get Dunkin almost every day... scratch that I get it every day. I'm addicted to the iced coffee (oh well!) My favorite part about this is the manager is SO sweet! He knows me by name, smiles and waves every time I come in, and often starts making my drink before I order it. Sometimes on busy days with long lines he even has it ready for me before I get to the counter! Also, this iced coffee tastes a lot better than the iced coffee from the Dunkin locations near my house (Chicago area) so they're doing something right! Love the deals here but they are alway so rude to me. Every time I place a order they are never smiling and they never seem to be paying attention. If I could give this place a 0, I would. One of the employees, Shanra, is the rudest ever. She makes the place feel so unwelcoming. She does not smile, say good morning. She just takes your order. Lmao Dunkin' Donuts is a mess. Straight up everything here tastes awful from the coffee to the non-donut foods and especially, especially the donuts. I think my hatred of donuts arose in part because of Dunkin' (and Krispy Kreme). Donuts in general are nasty but Dunkin' goes above and beyond on this one. Everytime I've gone there the food has been very disappointing. The employees just slap the food together with no care of concern for the customers.
