This is my fav Dunkin EVER. I get Dunkin almost every day... scratch that I get it every day. I'm addicted to the iced coffee (oh well!) My favorite part about this is the manager is SO sweet! He knows me by name, smiles and waves every time I come in, and often starts making my drink before I order it. Sometimes on busy days with long lines he even has it ready for me before I get to the counter! Also, this iced coffee tastes a lot better than the iced coffee from the Dunkin locations near my house (Chicago area) so they're doing something right! Lastly... happy hour is still well and alive here despite the nation wide halt. It's AMAZING. Love love love Green St. Dunkin read more

The air conditioning is broken and it's so hot. I feel so bad for the workers it is 90° inside. Please get it fixed. I was doing homework and I couldn't even do it because it was so hot. read more

I think the rude lady that other people mentioned took my order. No greeting, no mask, no gloves. Yikes. They also ran out of the croissant that I already ordered and weren't very accommodating about substituting my order with a sandwich that costs $1 extra. Dunkin is a franchise that throws away leftovers at the end of the day... but anyways. If you are working behind the counter with food it's absolutely essential that you have a mask and gloves on. Even if you're the manager. Those rules aren't only for the other employees doing most of the work. read more

Horrible service, cancelled my donut order last minute that was supposed to be for the covid testing workers at the University of Illinois. Don't give them any money. read more

LADY AT REGISTER WAS RUDE AF. She didn't give me my receipt and then I was waiting at the pick up and she stands at the register and just glared at me raising the receipt in the air and pushes an employee aside to come over to me to say "if you don't have your number you don't get your coffee. Honestly they should tear this down to make room for a Starbucks inside of Target... read more

This Dunkin Donuts has the worst customer service I've ever encountered! Today I went through the drive-thru and the woman working the window was so rude, impatient and disrespectful. She forgot to give me my coffee so I had to go back through the drive-thru. Once I drove up there was a different woman working the window and I told her about my experience with the woman that helped me previously. I shared with her that I didn't think they should put people up front if they had no customer service or people skills. She just smirked at me and gave me a thumbs up. It's unfortunate because I have been a customer of theirs for about 20 years. So very discouraging and disappointing! They both were just extremely rude! read more

This location is filthy, Gnats flying over everything. The employees are extremely rude and don't wash their hands after sitting there playing with their phone. Watch an employee wipe his nose and never washed his hands. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. The lady at the register is so rude, she has no manners and doesn't know how to talk to her customers. After she took our order, she made rude comments about us in Hindi. She's done this to multiple people. She doesn't even wear a mask read more

I'll start off by saying that I've been a regular at this dunkin for nearly 2 years now. The staff that used to be here was amazing (Joyce, Bishnu, Luke?). They knew me as a regular and often had my order ready by the time I was at the register. Nothing that I expected but I, at the minimum, was always welcomed, the establishment was always clean, and I felt comfortable sitting there and doing work with friends. This was a sentiment shared by me and most other patrons. Fast forward to a few months ago when the staff changed (other than Joyce, whose last day was yesterday). Ever since then, the quality of service of this establishment has plummeted. The staff is not nearly as friendly, the tables are wiped down a lot less, and I am often greeted with cold, gruffness at the register. Is that annoying? Yes. Is it a deal breaker? Not really, I can still do work and the coffee is still a dollar. However, I come to Dunkin today and find that most of the tables are dirty and sticky from coffee stains. I proceeded to ask one of the staff members if they could wipe down the table I was sitting at. I was not rude, I was not demanding. It was simply a request. From there, instead of wiping it down, one of the staff members (Rizwana) handed me a paper towel. Pretty rude and inappropriate, but I left it at that. I asked for some water to wipe it down and did it myself. Fast forward 30 minutes and Rizwana asks me to come talk to her. She starts scolding me and telling me how its a busy day and that she had to eat her lunch behind the counter. That it wouldn't make sense for her to be able to wipe down the tables as its a busy day. And finally ended it by adding that I should go elsewhere if the tables are too dirty. Wow. SO uncalled for and disrespectful considering I showed no hostility and have been a welcomed guest for literally years. It is not my responsibility to make sure the staff does their job and it is so unreasonable for me to be talked to with such contempt for making a sensible request from a staff member. I cannot fathom why the staff is so impatient and rude (specifically Rizwana) but I know for a fact that this sentiment is not shared by me alone. It really is making me consider taking my business elsewhere. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts wouldn't let me in with more than 10 minutes to close. I walked more than 15 minutes to get there and left empty handed. Don't go to this store. read more

Love the deals here but they are alway so rude to me. Every time I place a order they are never smiling and they never seem to be paying attention. Also, every time I order a iced coffee with flavoring, they never stir it and leave spilled coffee all over it. Good place for fast and good drinks, but be prepared for not so good service.. read more

Good for a snack and always got treats at my job. Wish they have powdered sugar donuts without the jam filling in it read more

If I could give this place a 0, I would. One of the employees, Shanra, is the rudest ever. She makes the place feel so unwelcoming. She does not smile, say good morning. She just takes your order. It's not like anybody asked her to work there. On a college campus, people already deal with crappy professors, students don't deserve to be treated by a crappy business near their university. read more

Lmao Dunkin' Donuts is a mess. Straight up everything here tastes awful from the coffee to the non-donut foods and especially, especially the donuts. I think my hatred of donuts arose in part because of Dunkin' (and Krispy Kreme). Donuts in general are nasty but Dunkin' goes above and beyond on this one. Too bad it's their flagship product. read more

They have hooked offer to get 2 donuts for a dollar. Many a times, they don't even have more than 3-4 donuts. What's up with that?

Bisnou, the long-time Nepalese server/manager here is the sh*t. Super friendly. He'll even throw in a freebie here and there, when it's passed the busy hour. Their $ drink specials are great and you're always guaranteed a decent chat with Bisnou if he's around. read more

Everytime I've gone there the food has been very disappointing. The employees just slap the food together with no care of concern for the customers. Also the coffee was horrible the one time I tried it! The manager is difficult to understand and tries to upsell you on everything! I would not recommend this place. read more

There is a lot of noise in the store. Especially when the people working behind the counter are shouting and screaming in their own language. The man behind the counter Kenny is very rude and hardly takes interest in taking the order. I was in the store for about 15 minutes and could not get past his quarrels and squabbles with a female. Could not enjoy even a cup of coffee and the quantities they serve are ridiculous read more
