Restaurant review Well after living her for 2 years, I now have to say that this place does keep there donuts stocked. I had to drive to two different DD before finding one that had the special limited time valentine's day donuts. They tasted great, service was friendly. There is one special I am trying to figure out if it is every day. I bought 2 donuts and a small coffee one time and they scanned a coupon making the coffee free. Messed up my coffee, cold foam was barely there, forgot about my bagel sandwich twice.

I've been through this drive thru a few times in the last month, they don't hand you a receipt. What's up with that? People like to double check they were charged right. Don't get food in the morning or if there's a line, I'm thinking they pull it out early to keep the line moving? My hash browns were mushy af. Placed and order on the app.... After waiting almost 10 minutes, someone finally comes and checks on me. When I told him my name, he looked at the screen and realized no one made the order. I usually love coming here they're usually very helpful and organized but today nobody seemed to want to. Everyone rushed around and shoved stuff out the window at us saying they couldn't edit my order because the coffee was already made so I managed to end up with double everything and had to pay for it because their app wasn't working correctly... so now I have no choice but to waste some of this stuff I just feel the communication could have been better and they could have been a little more cooperative this morning. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. We went through the drive through to order a black coffee and a macchiato. We had a free drink and expressed clearly while ordering that we wanted it to be applied to the macchiato, but after scanning the free drink code, he told us the price was $4.50ish. That's not how much a black coffee costs. He refused to apply it to the macchiato and only charge us for the black coffee. He was flammatory, rude, and insulting. We ended up leaving with no coffees and out of our free drink. This place needs new staff. I've never experienced anything like it. read more

i used to love coming here. it was ran by mainly family members and everyone was so nice and friendly. lately it's gonna way down hill. they got all new workers who are always in a rush it seems that you seem like you're troubling them. no one asks anymore if you need anything, they all just stare at you like you're an idiot. and honestly the coffee isn't as good as it used to be. i don't think these new people got proper training or costumer service skills. read more

I went in there and it was dirty, the personel looked dirty, the floors, there were flies, and I still went ahead and ordered... big mistake... while eating... I saw what it looked like a white thin hair, removed it thought nothing ... then I saw another cooked in... I open my croissant and it has bundles of whatever that was, my husband checked his and it was the same, I had a hard time not vomiting right there, looking back I should have, those dirty people deserved my vomit in the middle of their dunkin donuts, left and tried to forget my horrendous experience! they are lucky I was not in a confrontative mood, I'm very angry about this experience, the worst part is that it was a very busy drive through and I wonder if people look at what they are eating or just chug.... When I first started coming to this location, it wasn't bad at all! The coffee was made well and tasted great, now every time I've gone it's been awful. Probably within the last two months it's just turned around. My regular order is two iced mochas with extra mocha. Same thing every time with a different result every time. Sometimes they only give us one and it will be extremely watered down and taste like cold black coffee with a splash of flavor and a tub of ice. We go there weekly. We have great service and never have any mix ups. Of course we don't fly through the parking lot 90 mph, with our phone to our head, to the drive-thru. We actually get out and WALK inside and get our order. Keeps it from getting mixed up. Of course you would have to stay off your phone for a minute or two. read more

I'm not the type of person to leave terrible reviews. I don't want to damage someone's business, but this has got to be the worst dunkin' I've ever been to. I ordered a latte with almond milk. I even said it twice when ordering because I wasn't sure if the man would hear. He was talking to other people while taking my older. When I got to the window I watched the man make t with regular milk. I said hey I am lactose intolerant, I can't have dairy, I requested almond milk, could you please make the drink with almond milk. The man told me he was now out the money of the drink so it's too late he can't remake it and that I should have said something while ordering. I DEFINITELY said something while ordering and I told him that and he said told me I didn't say anything and he won't remake it. At this point my boyfriend and I drive off. I'm now out of the money for the drink AND they only gave us one donut after ordering two. I also requested three different types of donuts and they didn't have any of them. read more

This is a horrible DD. The only way you get your order right is if you go inside and walk them through exactly what you want. I made the mistake of going through drive-thru and I ordered a large coffee, six donuts (2 chocolate, 2 sprinkled and 2 strawberry) and an orange juice. I pulled up and they gave me two chocolate milks, OJ and six donuts (2 chocolate -- completely melted, 2 sprinkled and 2 honey glazed). And no, they didn't mix my order up with someone else's because I was the only one in the drive-thru. I told them I didn't want the chocolate milk and the ditzy woman took them back, and charged my card. She gave it back to me and said, "You can go now". I said that she still charged me for the chocolate milks.... and I still didn't have my coffee. She looked at me as if I was speaking Russian. Another guy came over and handed me cash for the difference.... I didn't realize my donuts were wrong until we got home.... and my two year old started crying because she wanted a pink donut. The drinks here are not bad, but its hard to communicate with the people as they hardly speak english. Today we went there and ordered a small coolata and a medium iced coffee. The person who was taking our order could hardly under stand us when we said "Small" and gave us a large iced coffee instead of the medium we ordered.
