Service was really slow and the guy taking our order acted like we were literally the worst people on the planet. He forgot 2 of our drinks and one of our donuts, so on 3 separate occasions we had to tell him "also the donut...", despite the fact that we would say every time what we were missing. We didn't get a receipt either, and they took like 3 minutes of silence to get to the drive thru. I understand not having the best time, but it was frustrating that it took so long to get stuff and he never really apologized or anything about the wait time and how we needed to ask multiple times. I've visited this Dunkin Donuts several times over the past couple of months and don't have a negative thing to say. I'm always helped promptly and efficiently when I'm here. I find the dining room area to be clean and well-maintained. There are always plenty of staff working. Especially on Saturday mornings. I think I've seen at least 6 people behind the counter on Saturday's. Drive-thru and walk-in visits have booth been great. Not the best location for me personally, but I'll go a little out of my way if it means I receive good customer service each time. Be careful in the parking lot. There's not a clear way to exit the lot if you're parking and going inside the store to do business. The drive-thru is signed "entrance/exit," but when you go to a exit as a not drive-thru customer, be sure to yield to those coming out of the drive-thru lane (because those drivers are never overly cautious). read more

As my husband, son, and I were pulling into the Dunkin' Donuts store on Neil Street in Champaign, IL, a young man parked on the DD property looked me straight in the eyes, followed his head upon the path we were driving, and put both his hands to each of his eyes, pulled them tight, and made "slanty eyes" at me (I am half-white/half-Asian). I saw a girl in the passenger seat of the same vehicle laugh at these racist antics, also while looking at me. After we parked, I approached the driver who had made the racist gesture, and confronted him on his actions, but he denied any wrongdoing. The driver then told me that he's not a racist, and that he has a friend that's Mexican. I told him that I'm not Mexican. He then angrily threatened me that if I posted the video I was taking with my phone on social media, that he had my license plate number and would report me to the police (for non-violently confronting him about his racially hostile gesture).  During this time, one of the Dunkin Donuts employees, K, approached the car handing the two teenagers in the car, drinks and food. K proceeded to say, "Not cool." I initially assumed he was backing us up, but he went on to start laughing at us, mocking us, and then said, "Dude, really? You're so immature," to us. My family and I then went into the store while K and his buddies continued to loudly yell at us that we were "so immature." At the counter inside the store, we left our information employee, M, who said there was no manager present, and denied knowing K's last name. He asked what had transpired, and I walked him through the event, emphasizing that the male teenager had angrily threatened me, saying that he had my plate information and was going to get the police involved. He asked for the videos, which shared with him to his phone, and then asked me to write my name and phone number down for his manager to contact me. At this point K entered the store for the first time since the incident. I saw he and M whisper to each other behind the counter (I'm assuming about me contacting his manager and headquarters). As we were leaving at the exit doors, K yelled at us across the store in front of all the customers, "Dude, go ahead! I really don't care! I don't care, Man!" To which my husband responded, "That's too bad. You really should." We contacted headquarters who put my complaint formally through to the general manager, who responded finally responded via email that his "goal was to provide you with the best quality value product in fast, accurate and friendly manner." I responded to him that our continued patronage will depend on if we can "trust their employees to maintain a safe and courteous environment, and to relay inappropriate and threatening incidences to the manager as soon as they occur," which he ignored. I went through the drive through at this location at about 10am, as I'm ordering the woman on the speaker was laughing and talking with someone nearby and being very unprofessional and rude. I pull forward to the window to pay, hand her my card and when she hands it back to me it was broken into three pieces. There was nothing wrong with the card beforehand, no cracks or anything, but in the few moments she had it, it somehow got broken. She didn't apologize or offer any sort of compensation for destroying my card and it seems like she may have done it on purpose. I'll never go back to this location again. read more

This has to be the worst place I've been to. The whole store is dirty and rude employees. Today I picked up a birthday cake and they (the store) got the order wrong and they blamed the mistake on me and my family. Extremely rude. They even told me to hurry up and leave the store. I had a conversation with an employee and things started to heat up. The employee told me to leave and she told me to "never come back again" (Woman at the Dunkin). I asked for a Iced vanilla chai, and I received it hot. I asked for four double chocolate donuts. I looked into the bag after pulling off and realized they were regular chocolate rings. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Something is always bad in this place. As someone who's worked in fast food before (including Dunkin) I understand the pressure that can be put on workers... and how frustrating the job can be- but for the amount of times of bad service here, it's unacceptable. My order is always wrong, I ask for one thing, get another thing instead, the workers are constantly rude (and it's not like I go in with an attitude) no matter how nice you may be to them. I talk loudly and ask them if they can hear me at the drive through intercom because I know the headsets be on games sometimes, but I still have to repeat my order a good 10 times... and afterwards it doesn't even come out right. When I pull up to the window and say hello and all, they just couldn't care less. I've tried ordering online with them and they always say they don't have donuts or decaf coffee... and it happens at literally anytime of the day. It's one thing to not have decaf one time but it's another thing when every single time you order they don't have it... bad service here, don't bother with this place. read more

I go to Dunkin' Donuts more than I probably should, but I enjoy the friendly faces when I go. The egg and cheese bagel sandwich I order is very basic, which is how I like it, and while I doubt that I'm getting a carmel latte with skim milk half the time I order it, I still go back again and again. The major downside, besides the carmel lattes sometimes not being what they claim to be, is that there is an annoying guy who sometimes works the register. When he does, he says things like "love connection" and "that will be $500." I walked into the establishment with my son.It was empty. We looked around until someone finally greeted us, which took about five minutes. The cashier, P. Krishna, acted as if we were inconveniencing him somehow as he took our order. I had to repeat my order at a minimum of three times, and yet, when I ordered a Oreo Cookies and Cream Sundae. He made me something else, and when I asked him about it, he told me it was what I ordered, at which time I responded that I did not order what he had given me and I wanted what I ordered. Instead of fixing the order, he argued with me. I told him, that I want what is on the display board not what he made. He then grabbed another sundae that was made correctly to order, and when I grabbed it and told him that there was nothing wrong with this sundae, he became more annoyed and displayed it. I asked him if he did not want my money. He looked at me idiotically and refused to answer. He then asked me if I wanted my order or not, and I asked him once more, "do you want my money ". He responded by getting my money out of the register, so obviously, they are well off enough to decide when and if they want to make money. I received my refund of $17.25 for three items and asked for a receipt and left. It was not like they had much to choose from, and they further threw away money when they threw out my order, but that doesn't bother me. What bothers me is their racist, disinterested, and indifferent way that they treat their customers, which sometimes boils down to pure rudeness and disrespect. I refuse to spend my money to be disrespected and treated like a second class citizen. They will never again have to worry about me darkening their doorstep ever again, and if you are wise, you too will avoid their establishment. I love the Dunkin on Green and Neil. I stop by for coffee on twice a week before an evening class. There is one lady that I always see and she is super friendly! She's gotten to recognize me from my frequent trips and she takes great care of me! Can't say that I have had any of the food, but coffee from their drive thru is always delicious and quick. read more

The service was great and the treats were too! We came in at about 9:50 PM (10 minutes before closing) and the staff was very happy to help us! They served us quickly and with a smile. I went to this location around 4:30pm and they didn't have any popular menu items. I asked for a chocolate long john...didn't have it. Also asked for an assortment of munchkins and they only had cinnamon and powdered. Very disappointing. I ordered 2 drinks, a cinnamon sugar pumpkin iced signature latte, and a caramel iced coffee. when I received my drinks the pumpkin coffee was just a regular pumpkin iced coffee. The person behind the counter scanned my code and said 87. I said what was the 87 for he repeated 87. So asked again it says free medium latte. well, i'v visit this place lots of time. sometime (especially at night) when i got their donuts or munchkins, they are really hard... i dont know how long they've been sitting there (could even be yesterday's left over!) sometimes they are just okay, nothing too special (iv had really good donuts in dunkin donuts, so soft and warm and filled with oh so sweet jelly or cream ~ ) so my expectations are high, but most time i end up with disappointed. also, sometime i got their hot chocolate, and the cup is always only 2/3 filled?! well, i understand you dont want to fill the cup too full so it may be spilled, but only 2/3 filled? really? it's not im gonna pure milk or cream into the cup (not to mention they dont even have this option --- unlike Starbucks) so, please fill up my cup please! i promise i will be super careful not to spill my drink! read more

Quick service, but at a cost. We got home with our half dozen and there were fruit flies in it. We threw the box away and called them. The manager told us that we needed to return the box to get a refund so I picked the box out of the trash, threw it in a bag, and made my way over there.
