Ordered donuts on the App. The donuts were fresh and ready to go when I got there! And delicious!

Terrible the food wasn't good my drink was made poorly the place was dirty.Made my stomach hurt not good service.

It seems that all the Dunkin's in C-U got terrible ratings. No surprise if they are all like the one on University in Urbana. A mistake on occasion might be excused, but theirs are the rule, rather than the exception. Wrong items, items missing, poorly packaged items, watery coffee, ingredients missing. All seem to be recurring complaints. I ordered my selection of a half dozen donuts. I did not get one Donut that I ordered. Not one. My guess is that they just threw in what was left. These are not mistakes. These are evidence of one or more of three possibilities: the staff is too stupid to get things right; the staff couldn't care less about what they're doing; or they get their thrills screwing up orders. Call them to complain an get a lot of attitude and no help. They pass the buck to DoorDash. I also fault DoorDash for keeping these shops on their list. Who is supposed to compensate us for the wrong/missing items? Or don't they care, either. Stay away from Dunkin'. And you might rethink using DoorDash. read more

If you have an option between going across town for dunkin or going to this one, MAKE THE DRIVE!! This Dunkin is consistently horrid it's almost impressive. Oftentimes orders are messed up before you get them, and even if you get your order it likely was cooked incorrectly if it's food or your drink won't taste just right. At the very least the store is kept somewhat clean but the food and service just aren't worth your hard earned paycheck. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DRIVE THRU SERVICE!!!!!! Don't work the morning shift if you aren't able to stay in good spirits. I just had the worst experience ever. We go up to the drive through to order and we asked the woman how her day was, and she said good. And then, as we were about to order, she interrupted us and asked for our name. Although we thought this was weird, considering we don't really order through the drive through, we gave her a name and she said, okay, pull around. We said wait, we didn't order yet. And she rudely said, okay, so order. And so we froze for a bit because we are confused on her attitude. And so again she said, what is your order? So we gave her our order. And when we got to the window, we asked if she had an attitude? She claimed she did not but as we were trying to explain ourselves, she decided to continue to interrupt us and argue with us, the paying customers. I still wanted my coffee so my boyfriend hands her my card, for which she rudely snatched it out of his hand. We demanding the card back and snatched it right back out of her hands. I have never had such terrible service in my life and all I can say, is that she is lucky my kids were in the car. I rarely go to the Dunkin and no they will never see my face again!!!!! read more

Giving this a 1 star because IF they get my order correct (medium hot coffee w/cream and caramel), it tastes amazing. Outside of that, Dunkin' is pretty consistent with the following: -extremely poor customer service (except for select employees at select locations) -slow lines -order hardly ever tasting the same from place to place -closing before they are scheduled to close and not turning off their mobile ordering prior to leaving so customers pay for their items but never receive them (this has happened to me 3 times) read more

I can't believe that they don't give the exact beverage as t-mobile offer every Tuesday as thanksgiving for the medium latte ice or hot coffee. This is the second time that I go to this place and they didn't give me what is supposed to be my medium hot latte coffee as it is. Look up the picture okay!! Is miserable read more

The front person I forgot but she was really rude to us she basically didn't any sugar to my coffee she basically made it all ice and she also put like no whoop cream at first and I said whoop cream and then she said oops I forgot and also I was like a little nervous and then she also like really nice to the other customers and then when we got back to the front she was like really rude so I gave it a one star and I personally would never ever go back to that place my grandmother's going to call tomorrow at 7:00 AM to talk to the manager. Place was also not good, and the quality of my drink was not good at all. I would recommend not at all never in your life to go there read more

They took my money and I didn't even get my food they are rude, slow. Poor customer service I hope they close down

This location is disgusting and filthy. I went into the store today to order 2 donuts and and and iced coffee. Stood in line for 5 minutes while I was the only customer no one even acknowledged me. The inside of the store was so disgusting I should have just left. Once someone finally very rudely came to me to ask my order they acted like they had no clue what an iced coffee was. A cold brew? No sir an iced coffee. Then he still rang me up for a cold brew at the point it had been like 15 mins and i was fine a be late so I just left. I have never had an employee be so rude to me it was kind blowing won't be be back. It's sad because the other one in Champaign I go to would NEVER a have these issues. read more

This is the worst damn Dunkin' Donuts ever. My father and I go to the drive through and after waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Finally someone told us to pull around. He took our order, then the second guy working got super shitty with us and refused to give us our drinks even after we clearly saw they were made. read more

I'm not happy about the blatant false advertisement that is displayed about this Dunkin Donuts. I saw several "Open 24 hour" signs so I proceeded to use the drive thru. While I was making my decision, the attendant was irritated and told me that they close in 2 minutes. I asked for some chocolate donuts. Then he proceeded to rush me by listing a whole bunch of donuts as fast as he could. I couldn't even understand what he said so I told him that I just wanted a normal chocolate donut. In the end, I didn't get a normal chocolate donut. And the princess was not saved. Bad end. read more

Literally never go here. This place needs to be shut down. Drive thru took about 30 minutes with no one moving in line because the employee working refused to take orders. The person at the window was incredibly rude, did not say one word and snatched my card from my hand. I specified THREE TIMES that I did not want sugar in my coffee, and they still added sugar. I am so annoyed. I go to Dublin nearly every week but I'm not going anymore because of this location and the fact that they are ignoring all the one star reviews read more

Two hardworking exasperated employees working their butts off for a drive thru line of ten cars. Store itself closed. Ridiculous.

Ordered 3 drinks - a hot coffee black and 2 iced lattes. No other customers were there when I got there; a line of about 10 people formed behind me and they ALL got their drinks before I even got my second one. More and more customers came in as I waited for the rest of my drinks and those customers ALSO got their drinks before me. I waited about 25 minutes to receive all 3 drinks. Absolutely will not be returning to this location. Extremely dissatisfied. read more

I am a graveyard shift worker at 1 of 2 booming businesses with full staff 24 hrs, so HUGE market 4 specialty caffeinated beverages and Starbucks closes hours b4 graveyard shift. I checked online. The Urbana location close to my employer lists open to 10 pm. Drove up, door locked, employee leaning on the counter in full view texting on phone. Drive up lit up, drove around, only to be told "we're closed". I pointed out that (1) the bright open orange sign was lit up, drive up lit up, website AND door said "10 pm". It was 9:45 pm. I asked "why?" "Nobody's here". "Who am I speaking with?" He repeated eloquently "we're closed". I said "what time do you close?" "10 pm". I pointed out that the little hand doesn't point to 12 and the big hand point to 10 for, at this point, 15 minutes and that HE was there to make me a drink. He repeated helpfully "nobody's here". I left and went to McD's, who gave me a free iced coffee made to my specifications. Here's the thing, I've been a retail manager. There's cleaning up to do after close. Not a single chair was up ended, meaning that this employee of the month clearly intended to literally phone his job performance in until official quitting time and THEN milk them for another 1/2 hour or so for "cleaning after store hours", when, chances are, he had taken it upon himself to close at 9 pm, 9:30 at the latest, and lean on the counter watching at least one person try to open the door he locked at least 20 minutes early. I called today to speak to the store manager, who was unavailable to take my call. I don't recommend this business to anyone but my oldest sister, who hacks her children's, sister's, and mother's fake book and/or banking accounts among many other things-she definitely deserves the Dunkin Donut experience. Nobody else. read more

Such awful customer service here. Highly disappointing. The older gentleman who I think is the manager is really rude every time I go in. I smile and say hello, and he doesn't respond. He acts as if he's doing us a favor taking our order. I'm sure several of the individual employees are ok, but the management is highly unprofessional and it shows in their attitude and in the lack of upkeep of their store. read more

I pulled off the interstate 5 miles to come to this Dunkin' Donuts because it said on the website that it was open till midnight I get here at 10 o'clock and they are closed. What a joke read more

I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin' to my worst enemy. I worked here for two months before quitting, and it has ruined my whole outlook on one of my favorite childhood desserts. Here are some of my concerns with this horrendous restaurant (if you can even call it that). Early in my employment, as I was being shown how to make a breakfast sandwich, my trainer flipped the cooked sausage patty from the cardboard to the sandwich to reveal a dead bee. I assume the sanitary thing to do would be to throw the whole package of patties out and cook new ones. But no, my trainer picked off the bee, finished prepping the sandwich, and served it to the customer. Gross, right? Everybody knows of the iconic doughnut selection presented behind the counter. Well, as doors and windows are opened and closed countless times throughout the day, it's inevitable that bugs are let in. And where do these bugs go? Straight for the exposed doughnuts. Later on in the afternoon, if you look closely enough, you can see little black buys flying around the top rack of doughnuts. I honestly couldn't tell you what they are, but they look almost exactly like gnats. Perhaps they are. You can expect to see those every single day. Other times you may find your typical house flies, and once there was even a bee flying around! Could you imagine if one of these bugs ended up inside a doughnut? The thought gives me shivers... If you want fresh coffee don't expect to always get it after 11 or so. The pots say to brew a new pot of coffee every 18 minutes, and they're so busy in the mornings that this really isn't an issue. But as the demand for iced coffee rises as the day grows old, hot coffee gets neglected. I always did my best to keep track of the coffee and to make sure it stayed under the 18 minutes, but my coworkers would always shoo me off and tell me it wasn't a big deal. I always felt like the only employee that cared about the customer's final products. The customer expects and DESERVES fresh coffee, am I right? I worked at McDonald's before I worked at Dunkin'. They did a hell of a better job of keeping coffee fresh than AN ACTUAL COFFEE SHOP. (sigh) I must add that Dunkin' barely passed health inspection when I worked there. Aren't you surprised? read more

DON"T COME HERE AT NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to send this message to corperate and I will be talking to the manager about this idiot. It is 11/24/2015 at 7:50 pm, I am making a complaint about your employee at the dunkin donuts on central and university in Urbana, IL. He's Hispanic and won't tell me his name. everyday that I come in here he is rude and has horrible customer service. He plays his music very loud to the point it interfere with the music the store plays. I've asked him to turn his music down and he doesn't. When I asked him the first time to turn it down he said "Why? i don't need to", tonight he said I don't buy anything for him to turn it down. He has told me to shut my mouth and because I don't buy your products everyday he doesn't have to listen to me and that I shouldn't be in the store. I have video of him arguing with me and throwing his hands at me and he also said he would call the cops on me for no reason. All night they are loud and obnoxious and rude to customers and myself. This is probably my third time complaining about your employees and the lack of customer skills they have. I live across the street from this location and I come every morning to buy coffee but because I don't buy coffee during this mexican mans shift he thinks he can disrespect me. read more

I'm writing this review for Lazaro. I recently moved here from NYC where I frequented DD every day and met my friend , who also was retired. The employees were very nice and always welcomed us. I moved here last year and again was fortunate to have DD in my neighborhood. (Urbana, near Carle Clinic) Lazaro is always smiling, asks about our friends and family and makes us feel important. Sadly, my friend passed away. I designed a poster for the celebration of his life using him holding a cup of DD coffee. Lazaro now has made my move a pleasant one. Tina read more

The service was horrible. I had to repeat my order several times while in the drive through one after the other with little or no reply before asking for it again. The last time that I repeated it, no one said anything. After waiting a few moments for someone to come back on the intercom, I ended up driving to the window. There I had to again tell them my order of a large iced coffee with blueberry syrup, cream, and sugar, and a medium iced coffee with pumpkin syrup and cream. We also ordered a couple of donuts. It was at that point I realized that they knew very little English. They finally motioned another girl over who typed in my order. Once they handed me the coffees and the bag of food, I saw that they put the wrong donut in there and only gave us one. Ugh.. What gives! I was the only customer in the drive through. After pulling away, my fiancé tasted his drink and needed sugar because it hadn't been added like requested. I parked, ran inside to get sugar, and I was mad at myself for ordering any food from the place - it was filthy. The floors were muddy and grimy, there was no one inside during what is usually a rush at my Dunkin back home, and there was no one in sight. *Sigh* read more
