For being a Baskin Robbins they are constantly out of ice cream. They particularly seem to not ever have pistachio, which after talking to someone in management they do have. Not to mention they close their inside seating more than an hour before they close. read more

The staff, service, and speed was great, the eggs and bacon on both our sandwiches was wonderful. I had a croissant sandwich and my Hubs had a sourdough sandwich and the bread tasted aweful. It's a small townish place with seriously contaminated lake water and stagnant disgusting city water. I could taste the nasty water in all the baked goods. They really should be using all bottled or filtered water. I've never had a taste issue like that at any other dunkin. I will not be back to that location. How can a brand new Dunkin Donuts be so lackluster? The coffee tasted like it was pre-ground Seattle's Best that had sat in a bag for a year. It was bland, had zero flavor and tasted like cheap half n half. Also with our order we had two breakfast sandwiches, which took was felt like an eternity to receive. Both were cooked with cold cheese, which in turn makes the entire breakfast sandwich seem cold/undercooked. Neither of them were eaten. Simple fix.. temp your cheese like every other fast food chain on the planet by taking it out of the fridge in beginning of day to get to room temperature Skip this place and keep on driving! It's like holding your wallet out the window on the highway. I hope the staff find a job they enjoy at some point because you can tell they hate being here. read more

We'll this is why the one star rating. We always go to Carl's Jr. and watch people drive through this location. Thinking it must be great we decided to give it a try. Ordered pralines and cream ice cream cones and 2 old fashioned donuts. We got Reese's peanut butter cup ice cream in a cup (instead of cone while driving duh it's a drive through)and twoplain donuts. We told her that's not what we ordered she said they were out of pralines ice cream and gave us another bag of donuts glazed raised and two cones on the side. Wtf Never go back there again. I ordered the sourdough egg and bacon sandwich this morning. It was horrible. They toasted the bread and then they microwaved the whole sandwich so the bread was rubbery. Went here today when I ordered in the drive thru I asked for a iced chai with pumpkin cold foam and two snackin bacon. I get to the window he says it will be $8.13 he proceeded to give me my two orders of bacon and says have a good day. My boyfriend tells him we're missing the iced chai he says oh we are out. My boyfriend says did you charge me for it and the kid says no I get home go online and check how much the bacon is it's under three dollars. So he charged me for the chai but they were out and told my boyfriend he didn't charge us for it when he did. Well maybe you should of let us know you were out when we ordered it. read more

I cant complain enough. This isn't the covid fault. They are so slow so expect to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a donut and a drink in the morning with 2 cars ahead if you. 7 to 10 if you have 1 car ahead. Went in to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. There are piles of trash and the baseboards are so dusty and dirty it actually looks like someone was urinating on the wall in one section. Go to order and see Akiki the manager (I dont know him saw his tag) and mention that the bathroom needs attention. He said it wasnt his job and he will get someone. So I order a Reeses Layered sundae. He takes my money and I wait. Then I get handed my sundae and it seemed off. Took one bite of it as i was walking out and realized it was not what i ordered. I went back in and he asked what i needed and i told him this was not what i ordered so the girl who made it said "oh we are out of the Reeses icecream so i made it with snickers." I literally looked at her and said "that's not what I ordered if I wanted a snickers sundae I would have ordered it." I said I wanted a refund and he said let's make you a different one and i declined. So then he makes a chocolate layered sundae with peanut sauce and tried to hand it to me. hands-down one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to... they hold their food for way too long. old hard muffin tops that crumble when you try to break them apart, muffins are supposed to be soft and moist not hard and crumbly.. lol all the donuts are so dry all the time, and it's like if they have a bunch of leftover donuts from the day before they barely cook fresh ones that day until they sell all their old ones , also always a really little selection.. not to mention flies flying around literally everywhere lol dirty ice cream windows almost every time I've been in here ( it's half Basken-Robbins) and when you start to look really close behind the counter everything is filthy.. Super poor customer service is the cherry on top here Seems to be ran by very lazy management... IM GOOOOD.. I've been there numerous times since they've opened, and the first time i went they got my order wrong, and it was okay since they had just opened, so i had went a couple weeks after that. Hoping they were trained good enough to do their job, but last weekend I went through the drive through, and they tried to charge me for 2 breakfast sandwiches when i had asked for one, and the manager came out and asked what was wrong, I said you guys just charged me for 2 because their 2 for $5, but nobody told me they were 2 for $5 they just charged me!
