There has been another revamp with the staff and I love it. Whoever the new morning crew is, I am in love with them. My coffee is hot without being burnt and my selections are made to flavor perfection. I am soooooooooooo happy with this staff. Also, the ambiance inside is lighter. There's not that heave gloom of anger anymore. I am so happy. Whatever they did I hope they keep it up. I was tired of receiving a burnt brew or room temperature coffee. I am frustrated by the service I received at this Union City location. I pulled up to the drive-thru to order six doughnuts. When I didn't see any doughnuts listed on the menu, I asked if they were available. The young man at the window responded, and I quote, "Yes, we carry doughnuts. It's Dunkin' Donuts. Dunkin', doughnuts!" in a sarcastic and rude tone. My first instinct was to drive away and find another business to spend my hard-earned money at, but I decided I wanted the doughnuts more than I wanted to inconvenience myself due to his attitude. I explained that I asked because the doughnut varieties weren't listed on the menu, and I had no idea what was available. He confirmed that they're not listed on the menu, and I began a lengthy process of trying to figure out what they had. In the end, I ordered fewer doughnuts than I originally planned just to end the experience. I've lived in the neighborhood for seven years, but this was my first time visiting this location, and it will definitely be my last. I usually never write reviews but today after waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes when i got to the window they didn't have my order. The girl at the window rung me up again and when she said the total it sounded off. When i got my receipt i realized she rung me up for three sandwiches instead of the two i asked for and one was supposed to have no cheese but that wasn't on the receipt either. Then she told me to pull up to the second window where i was waiting for 7 minutes until i parked and went inside. When i went into the store the man at the register was not listening to me and he took the receipt and brought back three sandwiches (all there were something different from what i ordered) and i told him they were wrong and i only ordered two and that i needed a refund. After explaining it five times he finally brought back one correct sandwich and gave me a refund. Then the begal was burnt, hard, and crunchy. The cheese on the other sandwhich was wrong as well. Located on Jonesboro Road, about 3/4 miles off of I-85, exit 64 sits this location of Dunkin'. This particular location sits in a shopping center, which about 95% of things that are located in this area do and sits on the end of a (3) business plaza. This makes access fairly easy with multiple entry/exit points. The drive through starts at the back of the building and quickly wraps around the small building. Ordering was easy and quick. Pulled up, was asked what I was interested in and placed the order. The gentleman taking my order was pleasant and friendly from start to finish, including at the window. My go-to at DD is the Iced Mocha Latte, medium. Currently, they are running a $2 promotion, so you know I am up in every DD drive through in a 20 mile radius! Overall, this Dunkin' was exactly what was expected. When passing by the Union City exit, which I do a few times a month, I will gladly fight the Jonesboro Road traffic to get my mocha latte fix! read more

I've ordered a small cappuccino and they charged me for a medium. Ordered a small cup of sherbert and was charged for a medium. Watch them!! In this neighborhood, if they keep that up...they'll be out of business. Find another way to increase your profits! Food wise, I really don't get doughnuts from them. This Dunkin sucks ass! The girl at the window wouldn't let me finish my order. Everytime I would say what I want she would continue to interrupt me and say "that's it?". It was extremely annoying and rude! Then when I get to the window she forgets to add my 2 snackin bacons and 1 of my ice coffees. Like if she was listening, instead of trying to rush me to get to the next customer behind me it could've went a lot smoother and faster and everything will be correct. This is probably the best service I have ever received at a Dunkin Donuts! My family and I arrived at their drive thru 15 minutes until closing. We didn't know exactly what type of donuts we wanted and because it was close to closing time, I decided to ask the pleasant young lady who took our order what donuts they had left. To my surprise she willingly read off a entire list of donuts she had left. She even offered us an assorted box that she'd just fixed. We ended up getting a dozen donuts, medium hazelnut hot coffee (I used my DD Perk's reward and got this for the FREE!), and a frozen caramel coffee. The donuts were fresh, the coffee drinks were fixed perfectly! She gave exceptionally customer service and was very patient so close to closing time! read more

Wednesday afternoon, between 12-1pm, I was in route home after visiting my mom. Hadn't been out for a while under our obvious circumstances (COVID 19) and against my better judgement, I decided to grab a quick little snack from Baskin Robbins in Union City (4760 Jonesboro Rd, Union City, GA 30291). It sits across the street from QuickTrip, besides Long John Silver. I've ordered the same thing for years and their customer service is usually tight. Kids sugar cone w/ vanilla ice cream. Simple. Got to the drive thru window, a young woman was holding my order. No mask. No gloves. I noticed my order was wrong. It was placed on a cake cone vs. a sugar cone. No biggie, but my mind was already made up to cancel the order based on its presentation. I politely told the cashier holding the icecream that my order wasn't right. Before receiving a chance to cancel, the cashier turns around & tells another employee (who was walking from the back) that my order was incorrect. I guess this employee was the one who made the cone, not the cashier. The employee walks toward the cashier, she looks at me, and starts coughing WHILE SMIRKING. No mask, no gloves, and gets a sugar cone. I was astounded at her tacky unprofessionalism. I asked the cashier, "Did she just cough trying to be funny? And ya'll don't have on gloves or a mask?! Cancel my order." The cashier stares at me, continues to hold the incorrect order in the window. The coughing employee walks up to the window area, plops the sugar cone upside down on my (incorrect) order. No masks or gloves as well. Again, trying to be funny. Still smirking, laughing, and goes off toward the back. I had already decided NOT purchase anything after noticing they weren't wearing protective gear. But my disgust and disdain for their lack of morality and professionalism seriously left me speechless. I was livid and yelled at them both: "You think that sh*# is funny? I'm calling corporate!" Neither offered an apology, not that I expected it. Just stood there in silence. If they did this to me, in my face, there's no telling what's happening behind the scenes. I've voiced my concerns with corporate twice, still waiting to hear back & no one from the store is picking up. They are putting lives in danger. read more

Sometimes you get curdled milk in your coffee. It's not acceptable to put your bad drink out and just refill the cup. Maybe if you washed the cup first. This once was a great place. Quick, accurate, everything you'd want from a drive through. They've really slipped in the past few months. Tonight, my wife and I tried to get some ice cream. It was 830, well before closing time, with a line wrapped around the building. We waited for about 20 mins before we finally made it to the order box. As I prepared to order, the guy came over the box and said that they were closed. When I pointed out that we already waited a long time the voice responded saying that it was too busy and that he "just can't". I just left here 30mins ago and let me say that this by far is the worst service ever. My 3 year old, and 9 year wanted ice cream after ballet class. So we decided to Come here. Boy was that a big mistake. Walked in both guys working there are sitting at the tables. Hmm...ok guess there isn't any traffic so you guys can just sit on your behinds and do nothing. Well one of the guys decided to service us. did he not wash his hands? I didn't see it nor did he have on gloves. Well I told myself maybe he did and I just didn't notice. Fast forward. We ordered 3 ice creams. I'm thinking we are going to eat inside because it's cold, raining, and I do not want a mess in my car. Looked at the table all of the tables were dirty and 2 had hair on them. Remind you another worker is still sitting there doing nothing. So I asked if he could clean the table. Both had an attitude about it. As if it was the end of the world. And the pretty boy sitting there took his good ol time cleaning the table. I stood there all of 5 to 7mins holding three cones while he walked to the back very slowly and back to the front very slowly to wash 4 damn tables. And then he complained about me asking for them to wash the table when a customer came in that seem to be his friend. I decided to leave and just risk my car getting dirty after feeling disrespected over politely asking someone to do their job. When I say bad customer service at its best. The sad part about this is that these young men have no respect for their jobs, themselves, or women. If you do not like your job then quit. Stopped in to get some coffee and donuts. The area is a little sketchy with the closed down mall and what not but the restaurant was extremely clean and convenient to the interstate. The staff was super friendly and even gave me coupons for the next trip. It is combined with Baskin Robbins so if the kids wanted some ice cream too it would be a nice spot. Free wifi (you'll have to get the password from the staff). Would definitely come back! read more

I love the hot caramel swirl macchiato here. Fast service and coffee extra hot just the way I like it. I'm glad that they now offer macchiatos here for a cheaper price then Starbucks. They also offer a lot more options then just coffee. read more
