I have been to this location twice this week & on both occasions they have been painfully slow. If I hadn't already placed my order on the mobile app I would get out of line. When you pull up to the speaker no one says anything to you until the other car at the window pulls off. I have been to other locations & with lines & they seem to be a bit more efficient. It has a calm environment that attracts several people on their laptops for remote work and personal matters. Has 99% of the reviews on here show this is the absolute slowest Starbucks and at least the Atlanta Metro area. I just left and I spent 35 minutes waiting for a drink in the drive-through and everyone is right once you're in the line there's really no way to get out of it, especially if there are people behind you and cars are parked on either side so they have you trapped and it's as if they don't care. And then when you finally get to the window, no one says sorry for your weight. No one seemed to have any empathy that you've just sat at half an hour in their line and then the guy had the audacity to yell. You're welcome at me as I drove off. This was my first time visiting this location. I decided to do some studying before a birthday dinner so I swung by. When it comes to my Starbucks order I keep it really simple. I ordered a large pike roast but they didn't have any brewed so the barista told me that my coffee would be on the house! :-) The inside is clean and straight to the point with the available seating. First of all you all have to hire people to accommodate the traffic. I was in the drive through for 20 mins. Long enough to just park and get out and spend another 20 Ins in the store. You have 4 people in this store moving as slow as possible. This location is a mockery of the wonderful service that you can get in other Areas. Sad part is these people look just like me. The C36 starbucks is absolute trash. The girls who work there have no sense of urgency, they started making my drink ab 10 minutes after i ordered and I WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO WAS WAITING. They then made it wrong twice, it was the most simple order you could ask for it had one add on. They then tried gave me attitude. she da dumped a whole bag of sugar into it after making it for the second time. it was so ridiculous tbh i been travelling all day j give me the right drink that i paid $8 for. Waited 1 hour and a half for coffee. Parking design does not allow you to be able to turn around. Ridiculous design at this location. Once you finally get up to the counter/ window, no drinks are ready as they make your drinks/order once you are at the window. What's the purpose of the online App? This location is awful in another way as well. The drive up window is actually falling apart. We took photos. Also the equipment inside (sink-water) was overflowing and they were standing in the water, (safety hazard and food service violation). You could see it from the drive up window. We took photos. I have tried to give this place a chance but the lines move incredibly slow every time I go. They don't let you know they're out of items until after you've ordered it. The breakfast sandwiches come out partially cold, the drink orders get mixed up. The only positive about this location is that the workers are polite, but after receiving the wrong order, or cold food so many times... I don't even care about politeness. They need help here, maybe retraining employees, new hires or help in management. This is always an unsatisfactory experience for me. I won't be going back. read more

It's official! I am that Starbucks person who visit twice or more in a week. I've checked my account and realize Starbucks gets all my dough but, this location in particular gets most of my bread ! I enjoy the convenience of the location in addition to the friendly staff . The managers are amazing and they learn the names of their frequent customer I.e (me). I mean they are even aware of my favorite purchases . Campcreek indeed is crowded but with time you get adjusted and you learn how to avoid the crowds or at least I have ! I learned my lesson the first time I came here not to come inside because I waited forever and noticed drive thru orders were being pumped out faster. Well today I came and it's no better in the drive thru. I arrived at 2:20 and the line was long so I placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. Its 3:10 and I'm sitting at the window sill waiting to receive my order. I'm not sure if they need more staff or what the issues are but the wait time at this location is crazy! Received my Venti ice chai with pumpkin cold foam at 3:12. The taste was good after stirring it a bit because the first few sips were warm. We were here 2 hours before they closed & the unpleasant employee fixated on her phone should have taken the day off. Since the display case was empty we asked for some items in the holding case & were told no. Since there were no snacks in the basket, we opted just for drinks. After three different selections that they were out of, we left. Before we left, one of the customers who seemed to be a regular tried to do a neighborly thing for us. He asked the same employee who was on her phone to please call over to Target's Starbucks across the street to see if they had better inventory available. This location is always jumping. I very rarely get a parking spot but the adjoining shopping center affords other parking. There a people usually meeting so getting a table is also hit or miss but the "bar" is usually available. Also lots of tables outside. They staff is focused and pleasant. I don't usually wait too long even if crowded. There's always good music playing, giving good coffeehouse vibes. I recommend, just come with patience for parking and the morning crowd. read more

Really disappointed with the service here. I make it a point to order through the mobile app so that I can usually just go in and pick it up without waiting. It's a holiday, so I figured there would be a wait, which there was, but I was running an errand near by while they prepared it. Once I was notified my order was ready for pick up I headed that way. The parking is atrocious, but I don't fault the employees for this. What I did find uncool was my ready order had someone else's cold foam all over the lid and cup. I have a dairy allergy. Starbucks has been one of the only places I trust to truly provide me a dairy free drink. They were very busy, but I was able to show the manager on duty and she asked one of her baristas to remake it. I sat and watched this barista make 7 other drinks before getting to my remake. When she finally did get to it she went to pour soy milk and it appeared there was not enough to make the full venti I ordered. Instead of asking if I wanted another alternative, she proceeds to add in ice. The mobile order specified no ice. I let her know that I ordered without ice and the manager over hears and tells the barista to pour the drink in the cup without the ice. She gets ready to pour my drink but I had to stop her again. She didn't add in the lavender powder I paid nearly a dollar extra for. The manager overhears once again and asks me if there's a problem. I tell her there isn't, I just ordered lavender powder and there wasn't any in there. The barista, still not acknowledging me adds it in, shakes the drink, then pours the whole thing into a cup, ice and all. But the kicker is that my drink is a fifth short to the fill line. Probably why she kept the ice in so that it doesn't look like she shorted me on milk. Not once did the barista speak or look to me and she didn't even follow the clearly, simply stated instructions on the order. Matcha with soy and lavender powder, no ice. I understand how hectic food service can be in a holiday. I'm in restaurant management myself. But there was no order or cohesion at this location at all. The drinks were sloppily made, directions not being followed, the place is a mess that could use a serious wipe down. Just not a good time. Not the worse thing that can happen. But overall, just an annoyance that could have been avoided if the staff could learn how to work when there's a rush. read more

Starbucks gets too much of my money, and I'm slowly trying to cutback. I thought I'd save money once I stopped drinking coffee and their delicious Caramel Macchiatos, but then I discovered their Chai Tea Lattes, Iced Matcha Tea Lattes with almond milk, their Matcha Tea Lemonade, and Medicine Ball, which are now my go to drinks depending on my mood. My friend recently introduced me to this new drink that is a consumer invented concoction because it's not on the regular or secret menu, and I find myself having to instruct the baristas on how to make it. It's an...wait for it...iced oat milk chai tea latte with matcha tea foam. AMAZING. BEST OF BOTH WORLDS FOR MY CHAI TEA AND MATCHA TEA LOVERS. It's easily my new SB drink, and the Camp Creek location is the only location that has made it perfectly so far. When I first ordered it, there were no issues or signs of confusion. I tried to order it at multiple locations in Buckhead and was told the matcha foam can only be made with milk such as nonfat, 2% or whole milk, not oat milk as it does not properly foam. False, because though non-dairy alternatives may not foam as much as dairy options, the baristas at Camp Creek understood the assignment and were able to execute my non-dairy drink without any problems.
