Great customer service, cheerful and friendly baristas . Got just what I ordered for - a warm cinnamon roll and mocha with one pump. I've had better cinnamon rolls but this was decent. There was just enough common area seating at the time I came in so it was overall a good experience

I needed a pick me up while waiting for a flight and decided to get my standard plain latte. It seems that many travelers had the same idea because the line was quite long. I patiently waited and was eventually able to order my beverage at the bustling coffee kiosk. The girls who were cashiering, taking orders, and preparing drinks were multitasking and upbeat all while providing good customer service. I received my drink as ordered, grabbed a few napkins from a nearby stand and was soon on my way. There was seating around the kiosk in a common area.

First timer here . Was waiting for a flight and had a choice between Starbucks and roast coffee . Made a mistake choosing roast coffee . Spent about 18$ for a latte/ capachino and a bagel . . Ordering was easy through automated system. Service was also good . Was quick ... pricey though . Spent about 7$ for a latter with extra shot ! There were some seats in front of the shop but pretty crowded ! Latte wasn't good at all .. looks like they serve Pete's coffee ! . I ordered it with extra shot but I doubt if they added that . Coffee tasted like milk and there was no coffee essence . Same with cappuccino... did t taste like coffee at all ! Bagel was so so dry ! It gets stuck on the throat . Looking at the google review of 4.7 I chose this but it isn't worth the rating in Google ! 2 stars

Not the best Americano coffee nor the worst I've had. Didn't have to wait long .wish they offered a small size Americano

Gate B junction .. Peet's Coffee served here. Awesome coffee and great options for breakfast or carry out. Line seemed longer but it moved too quickly and for sure, faster than Starbucks. Banana muffin was a fabulous combo with Vanilla Latte (with protein) - 20 gm of protein in the coffee .. nice !

Though my last experience at Roast was a deterrent, I was on the Terminal today and I needed coffee. As my love for coffee and the early morning flight got the best of me, I found myself in line for a cup of Peet's Coffee. The location was very clean. As they were just opening everything was spotless and the brew smelled amazing. Arriving at the register, I was greeted by Teana H. and all I can say is WOW!!!!! This interaction was 1000 times better than my last visit. Teana was very pleasant. She greeted me with a smile, took my order, confirmed my milk, took my name, thanked me, provided my receipt and asked me to stand to the side and wait for my name to be called. Though our interaction was all of maybe 90 seconds, the level of service provided was stellar. Teana is a great representation of a staffer providing a customer focused experience. Once my Vanilla Latte was ready my name was called and I was on my way. My latte was fresh, the flavors were robust, and the fix I wanted was achieved. Huge shout out to Peet's Coffee for this fresh cup, and to Teana H. for the great service. Both are appreciated, especially at 6am.

A coffee that is not so great. Sold as a cappuccino... don't go here

Ordered a 2 shot cap. Got a cup of coffee with milk. The only reason this place exists is to scam the 1-time unsuspecting customer repeatedly. A cap is really pretty easy to make - they have the equipment. This is just lazy AF One problem is that the baristas are working in a very dark space - the customer area is pretty nice actually. Too bad the service and product sucks

Roast Coffeehouse is located in Terminal B. They are a food-court option serving light fare such as sandwiches, salads, smoothies, & specialty coffees, like Peet's! THE BLACK TIE: Layered sweetened condensed milk, Cold Brew iced coffee, chicory infused simple syrup, and a float of half and half (4/5). I've been dying to get good coffee for the past 4 days. I finally got a drink I'm familiar with that also curbs my Vietnamese Ice Coffee fix. LOL. The service was nice, friendly, and quick.

This wasn't too bad. It was nice to see another coffee offering instead of Starbucks. I mean I like Starbucks but nice to try something new. Line was long but it moved well. I had no idea what I wanted but the girl helping me was really patient. She was really nice and didn't push me or get irritated. We settled on the Sugar Free Vanilla Latte with Oat milk and light ice. My coffee drinks was good. A bit weak in the coffee taste, I like a more stronger coffee / roasted taste - and I'm used to that. The service here was excellent. They were busy yet very attentive and helpful and patient too.

For being in a very busy airport at a holiday, I got through the line fairly quickly. The employee who took my order was nice. I waited about 5 minutes for my drink, an iced caramel macchiato. It was very strong!

Like takes forever and the coffee is mediocre. I've had no other choice but to get coffee here in several occasions because there is no Starbucks in this terminal! Ugh

    Menu and general look

While it's typical airport pricing, the bagel was delicious. They serve breakfast food all throughout the day, which is great.

    Cinnamon Roll and Apple Turnover

I don't have anything good to say about this location. Low quality food with the airport price. The apple turnover had a bitter taste, while the cinnamon roll hardly had any taste at all. The food you see here was close to $20, so you expect the quality to be good. The matcha tea had so much milk that it was all you could taste (they should ask whether you want milk in your tea). I don't recommend buying any food here. Maybe a beverage if you need a refreshment before your layover, but nothing solid.

Atlanta Airport is really busy- so maybe the staff is trying, but my coffee was lukewarm, and the food is mediocre at best.

This was a Monday morning around 9:30 am. The ONLY food they had available were bagels with cream cheese! She said they ran out over the weekend!!!! Unless you count a few bags of chips in a bowl ! I had read the menu before I went and had planned to grab several different types of pastries to take. I didn't even really want a bagel , but had no choice. And it took almost 15 minutes to get my bagel. How slow is your toaster??? And even the coffee wasn't that great . And the two creamers she gave me were curdled when I poured them in the coffee! She said it was probably bc the coffee was too hot! Ridiculous! I know old cream when it doesn't stir down into the coffee but still sits on the surface after you've stirred And for a bagel with plain cream cheese in just a container , and a plain hot coffee, this was over $9 !!! Nice ambience, nice waitperson; but overall extremely disappointing experience. Only advice I could give is call ahead if you want to be sure what pastries, if any they have!
