However, parking is extremely limited and difficult to find in this old fourth ward neighborhood unless you utilize paid parking. There are no outlets, but plenty of greenery around. Sometimes they have sales or partnerships where plants are 20% off or if you buy a plant, you get a free beer at Strut. Lots of greenery. You get the sense that they actually enjoy what they do, and it makes a difference. The Good Times Latte is one of my favorite coffee drinks anywhere. I can't get enough of it. If Perc sold their syrups by the bottle, I'd probably take them home and put them in everything. The drink is already fantastic, but that little touch of habanero sugar takes it to another level. The staff was very friendly and patient while we all made our coffee order. This location is so quaint yet tons of space to sit and enjoy some coffee, food or a pastry.
