To be fair, the cashier did not ask about any customizations (other than M or L) as I'm familiar with them regularly doing at bubble tea cafes. Oh, do yourself a favor and order extra boba. They said the milk teas automatically come with it, so I didn't bother to ask for more. But I could have probably counted on my hand the amount of tapioca pearls that were in that drink.
