Food was okay, not as good as other ramen in Atlanta I have had. The restaurant is cute with enough seating for about 30 people and a wide open space with nice decor. 1 star because the service is absolutely awful. They have a self serve kiosk we used to order and had the wrong order placed, went to the counter to try and correct it and the woman working behind the poke bar had a huge attitude and wouldn't correct the order even though the cashier was amenable. Not only was she rolling her eyes as I asked for help but then she rudely started yelling at the kitchen staff about the order. I haven't ever had such a bad service experience somewhere. If you are going to eat here I would recommend not using the kiosk as the orders are all transmitted incorrectly. Would never come back here or recommend it Why would I spend my money on a business that doesn't care at all about their customers. read more

I wanted a warm, lightly sweet drink for a walk I was doing nearby. Warm bubble tea is the sh*t! This place is convenient to me in location, so I decided to take a shot. On the other side, I'm not sure it was worth it especially with all of the absolutely incredible bubble tea spots around ATL. First red flag: they couldn't make the drink I originally wanted hot or with less sugar. I'm assuming this is due to their process, which most likely involves a whole lot of powders and pre-mixed things that aren't made in-house. There were a lot of mix-ups with the ordering process for just one drink, which I'd likely attribute to training. I begrudgingly went with the Taro milk tea. In all of the confusion with the first drink, I forgot to order it with less sugar and quite literally almost fell out from the sugar rush. To be fair, the cashier did not ask about any customizations (other than M or L) as I'm familiar with them regularly doing at bubble tea cafes. I had already left by the time I realized it, and I definitely won't make that mistake again. The taro was definitely pure powder... an unnatural, red-purple color. Unbearably sweet! Ugh. Oh, do yourself a favor and order extra boba. They said the milk teas automatically come with it, so I didn't bother to ask for more. But I could have probably counted on my hand the amount of tapioca pearls that were in that drink. I swear I'm not a person obsessed with huge portions, but it was just disgraceful and completely undermined the fact it was bubble tea! My drink was in a hot cup which isn't transparent, so I didn't know there was barely any in there until I unexpectedly ate them all on the fifth sip (of a LARGE drink, by the way). Probably won't return unless I'm desperate for a tapioca pearl fix and don't feel like driving farther. Bubble Tea is in the name people! You'd think it'd be better quality. Cute interior though. It was so delicious and unlike traditional sushi, which leaves you hungry in two hours. You get more than enough food to keep you full! I love that you can customize your choices. Today I ordered the lemon strawberry, Lemon Series with passionfruit boba. It had a green tea base and was incredibly delicious. It tasted like fresh strawberry lemonade. Stumbled upon Osmanthus tea here and honestly had no clue what I was ordering, but wow - paired with brown sugar whipped topping, it was like discovering a flavor I didn't know I was missing. Stopped by this chain for a drink! I like how big and diverse the menu is. They have the option of kiosk or cashier ordering. You also get a free topping with your drink. I got a small taro with less sugar and light ice. It was made fairly fast. Even with the less sugar option, I think it was way too sweet. Also, the reward scan wasn't working on the kiosk so not sure how reliable their rewards program is. The inside is very well decorated and has lots of merch. There's plenty of parking spaces at this plaza. -update 10/10/24 I came back here for a honeydew milk tea with lychee jelly. For some reason, the lid I guess wasn't sealed right because my boba spilled without me ever putting the straw there it. Luckily when I called, they were apologetic and emphatic and told me to bring the spilled cup with my receipt so they could remake it. I was just looking for a comfortable space to do some work and study on a Saturday. I was not familiar with the area I was in, so I Googled and found this place. I counted about 4 electrical outlets. So you will need to make sure you can find a table near one of the outlets if you need to plug in a laptop. I was lucky to get a spot at the bar. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, as we asked one of the employees about the various tea products that they see, and he answered all of our questions without hesitation. I ordered a large coconut milk tea with boba, less ice and less sugar. R ordered a large taichi milk tea with boba and less ice. While we waited, we looked at the merchandise strategically placed as great looking background for the customers. Lots of cutesy plush animals, and one of the walls was covered with so many colors of post it notes that customers had written and adhered to the wall. Our boba teas were made and served at the counter. My coconut milk tea was refreshing; however, the coconut flavor was faint, and I prefer the coconut flavor to come through boldly. However, all of their items are kind of mid lol (although I have not tried their ramen). Poke: I liked the taste but there was a huge lack of rice and protein. I felt like I was eating mostly edamame, which is good because I like beans but my friends with normal-sized appetites were still hungry after. Can't believe this place isn't a straight 5. I owe this place a long-awaited review. Seriously one of the best Asian WFH places in Atlanta that's not on Buhi. This is a one-stop-shop for BOBA, RAMEN, POKE, SUSHIRITO, and even desserts and gifts. And on top of that, it has free wifi and nice, cute seating. Taichi simply has it all, and they're always switching things up and making improvements into the business. Every few months I'll come by and they'll be serving the carryout in cute reusable bags, using new boba lids, new compostable poke bowls, serving the ramen in these new "peach" themed bowls, and adding to the ever-growing collection of boba plushies and other giftable items. The vision and execution for this place is unbelievable. There really is a lot of love in this operation, you can sense this is somebody's BABY. I have eaten here since their early days. I registered for their rewards program and it has been great. I love this place and it's one of my spots that I like to go to for some extended computer work time, because you can literally eat lunch, get boba, and then just eat dinner here too. That's how they get you, but you also don't mind because the food is also delicious. The poke bar looks fresh and I've always gotten big, filled-up poke bowls with FRESH ingredients. The ramen isn't the "best" per se, but it's definitely quite good and it hits the spot when you need it. I know I can count on a good experience whenever I come here. The hubs and I shared the Taichi burrito with tuna atop brown rice w/ sesame and red cabbage. He over stuffed it with lots of ingredients below, but it was overall pretty tasty and uniquely wrapped in seaweed in lieu of a tortilla. --- Mix-ins: Picked radish, avocado, red onion, edamame, corn, and mushroom. Flavors: Eel sauce, mango sauce, and chili hot sauce were separated and placed on the side. Man were they generous with the sauces. Toppings: Sushi egg, mango, green onion, seaweed salad. Crunch: Fried wonton noodle. --- Also, the Taichi green under milk tea was pretty tasty. And the hubs got excited that it came with tapioca pearls. Lol. Our friend who had a tea of some sorts said the quality was on par with his picky taste buds. Came in here for a work and snack session with my sister. We both ordered bubble teas- she got the honeydew and I initially got the brown sugar Zang with almond milk. I changed it to the Thai tea with almond milk because the brown sugar drink didn't suit me. It didn't have the tes flavor that I was looking for! I stopped into this spot after shopping at Lidl in the same shopping center. The place is fairly small but cute. Apparently you can order a meal, teas, and even dessert. I decided to try a matcha milk tea. I was told that it was a powder that did include sugar. I was also advised that the milk was non dairy they wax used in this drink. The drink came up quickly. The drink is served sealed and you should grab a straw to break the seal. I tried the drink, and it's not my cup of tea. I did not like the texture and also feel it was too sweet.
