So we all know what we're getting product wise from Starbucks. So I will focus my review on this location in particularly as compared to others i've been to. Pros: Service was quick as to be expected. The employees were friendly and helpful. My tea (I had Earl Grey) wasn't any better or worse than usual. They have a drive-thru which I didn't use. Cons: They had no honey available for my tea. No regular sugar available for my friend's coffee. A handful of tables were dirty. So all in all. Pretty much what you'd expect pro-wise from a Starbucks visit; however, definitely surprised that they were missing such common condiments and wasn't pleased that I had to clean my own table. Would I go back...of course. Would I go back if I weren't super close by and feenin for something there and/or meeting a friend....noooooope. Lately, the customer service at this location has been terrible. Last night I ordered a grande latte. When I arrived at the window, the cashier was passing me a tall. I reminded him that I ordered a grande. He said "no, you ordered a tall". I said - no I ordered a grande. We did this back and forth twice more before he finally turned around to have the drink remade. He poured my tall into a grande cup. This frustrated me because I knew my grande latte would not be made correctly. I drove off and called the store back, and spoke to a shift leader. (She explained this location currently does not have a store manager.) She told me to return tomorrow for a complementary remake. When I came in this morning, the cashier gave me a hard time with the remake. I asked if someone else could assist me and she just had the worst attitude. Even when another employee stepped in to help, she couldn't hear my order because the young lady continued to talk at me (fussing). She finally removed herself by going to the back. The young lady that stepped up to assist, further reiterated that they don't have management at this store to help navigate these issues. I will avoid this location as much as I can. read more

Had a bad experience recently. Ordered online to avoid the line and when my bf arrived they never found my order. He ended up placing my order in person and paying for it again. I decided to go to the Starbucks today to get a refund or have my drink meet again and I had to wait 20 minutes before found out the drink order was never placed. I did a mobile order and I checked in when I got inside. The place was busy. The app said my order would be ready within 10 mins however that did not happen. I then started seeing many people coming after me and leaving with their orders. I asked again because it's now over 15 minutes of they even received to order and they said yes they just got the ticket. I've never been to this Starbucks when it hasn't been busy, but the wait has never been long. Employees have always been nice, but what impressed me the most was their general manager (can't remember their name and can't find the receipt). About 3 months ago, I made a large mobile order that I immediately canceled. I was told that I'd need to go to the store to get a refund. I live over an hour away. Life got in the way and before I knew it, is had been an embarrassingly long time to ask for a refund. The next time I was in Fairburn, I stopped by and explained my situation. Expecting a laugh, I was told that it would be no problem and my refund was automatically added back to my Starbucks account. Thank you, thank you to the GM. Very unprofessional location! Store hours (that are posted on the door says they open at 0600) I arrive at 6:40 and all the lights are on! I was feening for a Iced Caramel Machiatto so I decided to hit the drive thru at this location on a rainy Sunday. The line didn't deter me because I was able to order rather quickly. That's where it went all downhill. We waited what seemed like an eternity just to pay for the drink. After that it was another long wait to get to the window. We waited so long I thought they were selling chicken dinners at Starbucks. I mean really what could a person have ordered to take so very long? Another waste of a Starbucks, I had enough with the camp creek location so I decided to try the fairburn one out. They were out of breakfast sandwiches. I waited in the drive thru for 30 min & that was at 330pm so I can only imagine in the morning. Ordered my drink the brown sugar shaken espresso & it was wrong. Ive been drinking this drink everyday for a month straight. There has only been two Starbucks that I've found that make it the correct way & consistently. I called them Bc the lobby was closed & asked them to remake it Bc I know it was wrong, it literally tasted like iced coffee. No cinnamon flavor brown sugar flavor nothing. They wanted me to go back through the drive Thru I told them no I just waited 30 min. She offered to remake it, she brought it out & it was the same exact thing. At this point I need to find another drink since every Starbucks makes it however the hell they want to make it.
