This Dunkin is so cute! I love both the exterior and interior design. It's beautiful inside with plenty of places to sit. The environment is appealing and makes you want to hang out a while here. My experience here was pretty good. When we were trying to order, one of the employees kept trying to talk to the cashier which was very inconsiderate. However, the cashier handled it very well and ignored the other employee and looked straight at us attentively waiting for our order. The other employee then apologized for interrupting the order. The bathroom was alright, cleaner than every other Dunkin I've been to, but could still use a little more attention as there was paper on the floor and toilet seat. As for the food and drinks, the donut was excellent, and the coffee was below average. We ordered the Vanilla Cake Batter Donut, which was amazing! It was fresh, had a good amount of frosting and filling, and was overall a really delicious flavor. At other Dunkin locations I've visited, I've had a hard time finding fresh donuts and a good selection to choose from, but that wasn't an issue here. The coffee on the other hand was burnt. I have had this issue at several Dunkin locations and it seems to be more of a company wide issue. Both my boyfriend and I ordered iced coffees and they were both bitter and burnt tasting. We went to order and ordered a chocolate frosted donut and 6 chocolate munchkins. They only gave us our munchkins and proceeded to ignore us and walk away. Then we asked for our receipt and they gave it and still didn't give us our donut and ignored us. Finally after asking multiple people we got our donut. It was 2.20 for 5 munchkins but then an extra .60 cents for 1. When it should only be about .44 cents. Next we ordered a pink pineapple sparkling refresher They charged for sparkling water and DID not put in sparkling water at all. They weren't friendly nor helpful to their customers and I will not be coming back. read more

I stopped in to pick an order up for someone else. I pulled up to the drive-thru line and waited without movement for 10 minutes. I pulled out of line to go inside the store and saw a woman parked at the location where an order would be placed. The vehicle was stopped with no traffic in front of her leading up to the fulfillment window. I parked my car and proceeded to walk in the store. The snow on the sidewalks was trampled down by foot traffic only, not shoveled at 10:00 a.m. When I went into the store, no patron was in line at the counter. I walked up to the counter and the staff was talking amongst each other. I asked them if they knew if someone was servicing drive-thru traffic. They chuckled and said they were. I placed an order for coffee and a croissant and went waited with a group of five other people near the pickup counter. I saw 6 cups of coffee and three bags of partially filled orders with no identification on who the pickup recipients were. I won't elaborate from here, but the experience got worse. This has to be the worst Dunkin on the planet! I have ordered the same thing there about 11 times and they made an absolute mess out of my order 9 times. All it ordered was Coffee with cream and sugar and they have 9 times handed me coffee that was room temperature and absolutely no sugar! AWFUL! I would them 0 starts but that wasn't an option! I live in Twinsburg but prefer driving to Solon Dunkin or just buying from Starbucks... SAD... read more

I went to the Dunkin Donuts at 2561 East Aurora Road in Twinsburg Ohio, after facing my order through the Duncan amp when I got there my order was only partially completed I had my two drinks my three sandwiches but not my free donut and I ordered three Boston creams so I watched the worker Mason put the last three of the Boston creams off of the display put them in a box and start walking down I thought they were mine which they should have already been with my order and I shouldn't have had to ask about them so just as I asked the manager about my Donuts the manager says oh we're sold out of those and then Mason do we just put those donuts in the Box not even 30 seconds before dropped the Box containing my three Donuts on the floor again the ones that should have already been with my order. Then right in front of me he proceeded to throw the donuts away I said you could have put those in a different box since they didn't fall out of the box only the Box hit the floor they were NOT SMART ENOUGH to make sure that those donuts were by my order in the first place and this whole situation could have been avoided!!! Eventhough they did offer to refund or replace my Donuts that's beside the point. I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you go to the Twinsburg Dunkin' Donuts at 2561 East Aurora Road in Twinsburg Ohio the service is HORRIBLE!! I don't normally leave reviews for fast food chains but I wanted to make an exception for this location. I feel the service they provided me today was above and beyond. This location is short staffed so they don't let customers come inside in the morning (side note: you guys should probably put a big sign on the door so customers are aware, less stressful) but anywho caught a gentleman whom I believe was the manager going back inside because I had pulled out of line because I thought I could run in and get my mobile order. At first he was trying to have me hop back in line but he could see the sadness on my face lol and had another employee run it out to me, thank you sir because you totally could've said bump my sad face and made me get back in that long line lol. I don't know why I continue to try patronize this location. The young kids that work here are rude. They like to have a smart mouth on the drive thru speaker but when you come inside they shiver and hide behind the coffee makers. The "assistant manager" was a prime example today, all bark on the speaker and a chihuahua behind the counter. Ok.... Please learn how to place nice with your customers. Dunkin' Donuts by Lorain Community College on Abbe Rd is the worst for drive thru take out service! Cold or missing food, rude manager, unorganized staff! (Tripping over each other trying to get the order out). If they would be more concerned with the quality and temperature of the food I would certainly wait longer if necessary. The WORST Dunkin' I have been to in my life. Consistently!! They told me to pull forward (rudely) twice while in the middle of my order. I ordered a chi tea- a glass of milk came out. Went through the driveway to order coffee and a donut. While saying the coffee I wanted, I was cut off by the guy on the speaker, "is that that it?" I replied "no, I'd also like a chocolate frosted donut with sprin --" I was cut off again, "you can pull up". So I asked if he got my whole order and he rudely replied "yeah". I pulled up and got my order (the girl at the window is always very nice) but of course I didn't get the donut with sprinkles because he cut me off. It's just funny because the negative reviews are true. I wish I could say I've had more the 3 good experiences here. But it's teenagers running the windows with rude mouths. I get cut off all the time like "is that it?" The kids they hire to work the store don't care about what they're doing or serving. They serve cold, hard, stale, pre-toasted bagels that have been lying around the toast tray. The walk-in service experience is iffy and otherwise not worth it. I'm tired of being served food that should have otherwise been in the trash and then paying an upscale rate for it. read more

Great service and solid donuts. Iced coffee is also a must try. This Dunkin' is head and shoulders over the Solon location.

My new go to option other than Starbucks. Don't get me wrong still like the iced tea and pastry selection from Starbucks but for sandwiches, coffee selections and of course donuts, without all the traffic congestion and hassle, you just can't beat this Dunkin' Donuts location. I've given this Dunkin several tries, but today has to be the last time I'm giving them my service. Time and time again I order the same iced coffee, and it either comes out as over powered by cream, or it comes out as a hot latte...but today I got my coffee perfect, but half my food was missing. I don't understand why a franchise would close down the ovens/grills/coffee machines on a regular basis before the actual closing time. This makes no since. If you are going to be open till a certain time don't start cleaning your equipment until you shut the doors and close. Today two different Dunkin Donuts closed their oven for cleaning 2 hours before closing time. Seriously all I wanted was a wake up wrap!!!
