Why oh why do you have a metal pole around the bend of the drive-though ?!? It's not even that tall making it easy to miss. Lucky me that's what happened to me with my brand new car of course. It was 6 something in the morning and i pull up at the drive though. I've never seen such a sharp turn to pull around once you order that you're pretty much forced to reverse a little and straighten out so that you'd be straight in the line. Granted it's early and so dark out and I'd never been here before. As I reversed and then straightened out all I hear is thud. My poor brand new car all scraped up on the side. Such crap. Why would you have this here if not to damage cars?! I can't be the first person this has happened to. Don't even want to critique the service or the coffee they made wrong because this location ruined my car. read more

Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts they cant make the food taste any better and i wont fault them for that but the EMPLOYEES are by far the friendliest people i have ever met. They are genuinely the type of people you want to start your day off talking to. If you need a quick coffee and donut for breakfast don't hesitate to come here. Just don't get the sourdough sandwich. Today is 9/26 just left one job on my way to another so i stopped through the drive thru to get a coldbrew iced coffee the time was approximately 6:05 pm and the woman working the drive thru was one of the most miserable people I've every met. Besides rudely taking my order, when i pulled up i paid with my phone app she literally said not one word to me, not a smile. Nothing. I had to say THANK YOU! And she still said nothing. Dunkin, train your employees to at least say hello when greeting customers. And my coffee was not cold brew it was a regular iced coffee. I'll use other locations after today or take my business to Starbucks. read more

The store interior recently underwent renovation and is nicely decorated. Granted the walls are pink and there are giant cups of coffee on the wall; it could be worse. The store is relatively clean, but the sugar/straw stand looks like it was invaded by a horde of Mongols (Genghis needs his coffee too, apparently). The staff works very quickly to get you your order, and are somewhat competent; however, they are rude and not courteous to their customers. The coffee is on par with other Dunkin chains, and the donuts are just as good. Drive thru is convenient, when it is not mobbed. Average wait time in drive thru (during rush hour) is about 5-7 minutes. Average time (not rush hour) 2-4 minutes. Not a bad place to go to especially if you need a caffeine fix. read more

I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee! I would even venture to say that I'm addicted. When I travel someplace and they don't have a Dunkin' Donuts that I can wake up to in the morning it's a huge problem. The only exception I've ever found so far is this Dunkin' Donuts. When I walked in there not only were there dead flies in the donut trays but they were also underneath the trays in the bottom pushed into the corner. While I was morning the death of our unwelcome guests waiting patiently for my coffee, I couldn't decide if I wanted to cancel my order or politely pay and walk out with the coffee I wasn't going to drink. I chose for the latter and threw my entire cup of coffee out the window on route 46 shortly after leaving in disgust. read more

The two gentlemen standing behind the counter were both in the way way of the donuts so it was very hard for me to see the choices. Worst Dunkin' ever. Outdated and gross. Walked in and ordered a small iced coffee and a muffin. Took one bite of the muffin and it was stale. I spit I back in the bag and told the manager "it was stale" he told me they were fresh made this morning. L-I-A-R! He took the muffin BACK OUT OF THE BAG I SPIT IN AND PUT IT BACK WITH THE OTHERS!! Mohammed the manager is rude and obnoxious . I ordered a pumpkin Macchiatto and he didn't put any pumpkin in it, when I came back inside to tell him that I couldn't taste any pumpkin and if he can please add more , he gave me an attitude and said I don't know why you can't taste it , walked away with my cup, comes back and pretty much slams it On the counter with the lid cracked and broken with it falling off . I asked for a new lid and he grabs a lid and throws it on the counter. I then asked him how much pumpkin did he fix it with and he looks at me and turned around and angrily walked away . wouldnt even answer me, like I'm bothering him. Ordered a medium iced coffee with milk. Added my 2 sweet & lows and went to the car. The first sip tasted like iced tea or a very weak coffee, no flavor. Went back and told them. They seemed perplexed. I finally agreed to a new iced coffee with milk. I tried it immediately and it tasted the same as the original, very weak, bland and flavorless. I told the manager and he responded that no one else has complained so it must be me. Not worth arguing about $3.19 so I took it and left. Will try to make it drinkable when I get home. Not going back. Too many other locations in the area that treat customers like they should be treated. read more

Of all the Dunkin' Donuts that I have stopped by this location must be the worst. Greeting a customer with a friendly hello and being helpful is not something you find at this location. I ordered a small Latte, don't know what else they had decided to put in it as it had no flavor. I also had asked for a cup of hot water and a donut. The donut tasted left over and they charged me .50 cents for the hot water with out even telling me there would be a charge for it. I asked the person serving me what the extra charge was for and he said of course it's for the water. read more

I avoid this dunking donuts whenever possible. It is dirty and unkept. The workers are rude and you have to ask them to repeat themselves 5 times since they cannot be understood. Never use the drive thru since it is a good bet that your order will be wrong. Even their coffee is watered down and does not meet the standards of any other dunkin store. There is a Dunkin at the next exit, Minnisink Rd, one in the Exxon a few miles up and several on route 23. Trust me - all are better than this dirty, unkept store with rude foreigners who you can not understand, and coffee and food I would not eat. read more

CAREFUL! If you're using a D&D rewards card, the overnight staff do NOT give you your bonus 'free drink' printed receipt when you earn it. They will tear it off, giving you the regular receipt and pretending nothing's happened, (as if it was never there). Rewards are also emailed to your cellphone, which is why you may not realize. But if and when you try to redeem your free drink with the e-receipt, you'll be told it's no longer valid - that it has already been used/scanned. This is because they've kept the paper receipt and already scanned it on a later customer, surely pocketing that customer's payment. This has happened to me MULTIPLE times. I have complained, called them out on it and made sure they DO give me the receipt. Still, they're relentless and will try to pull the same scheme EVERY time. I'm done with them. read more

absolutely horrendous!! the worst experience I've had not just at a DD..but any coffee place at all. i ordered a chai tea and im waiting by the pick up window just like at every other DD ive been to. The employee Sirat makes the tea and takes it back to where you order from when i was literally standing next to the machine he just used to make the tea. I told him I didn't hear him say it was ready and while walking away employee Sirat starts yelling that he called it out several times. I turned around and told him he could've easily taken it to the pickup window where I was just standing. as I'm walking out I hear him continue to talk b.s. but while I'm driving away I see him banging on the window and pointing his middle fingers at me. I put the car in park and got out of the car and at this point Sirat ran back behind the counter. when I asked to speak to the manager on duty (Mohammed) he nonchalantly brushes me off and tells me that he is going to reprimand him while the employee Sirat continued to insult me and disrespect me even in front of my wife and daughter! I seriously doubt some type of reprimand will actually happen because the manager didn't want to even come out to address the situation in the first place. the only reason he had to come out was because I had to raise my voice for him to come out and talk to me. this is some b.s.! I'm a manager at my own job and if I or one of our employees would've acted this way toward a customer we would've gotten fired. this store and it's management team are the worst!! read more
