Weird setup...there's a walkway up to a door, but it's locked and not where customers go. No sign to tell us that, though. Signs for the donuts didn't reflect what they actually had available, which made it hard to figure out what to get. The girl waiting on us rattled through them, but then I couldn't remember everything she said. Seems like they're easily movable / removable, so staff should be able to make it clear what's still available. We sat outside at a table to eat...no trash can to throw away our stuff afterwards. Lots of little things add up...wouldn't recommend.

It was so cute ~ the tray included a fresh donut..this one small gesture helped to create such an amazing morning for our family. There's a sign outside that mentions 'iced coffee' which is the real reason we pulled into the parking (adjacent to building), but once we stepped inside, we knew we would be grabbing a few other items. The bakery cases were lined with fresh bagels, rolls, donuts, the cutest Crab (and other fun design) cookies, and more. They offer fresh brekky sandwiches, so we couldn't pass up a pork roll moment (IYKYK). They sell merch, and we purchased a keepsake of a framed painting from a local artist that now has a spot in our kitchen. Love supporting local artists through small businesses! They have seating outside if you want to have those bagels/pork roll sammies/treats in-the-moment. Def recommend if staying down the shore!

We went down to Bay Head for a tasting, tried different combinations and worked through the design with the team. I especially appreciated that they were willing to have an opinion. We came in with ideas, including a couple combinations we thought sounded great, and they were comfortable telling us where something might not work as well in practice as it did in our heads. The finished cake was gorgeous. Three tiers, this beautiful draped treatment on the outside, chocolate cake with cannoli filling and buttercream. It had plenty of visual drama without tasting overly sweet. People actually talked to us about the cake afterward. We ended up cutting it with Andúril from The Lord of the Rings.
