However, halfway through drinking my coffee, I open my lid to kind of stir it around a little bit more to realize that there is short black hair in it. This is a fine Dunkin' to accomplish your donut or beverage needs, I guess. I personally dislike their drive-thru as it is too short and not very vehicle friendly. One time the drive-thru cashier asked the vehicle in front of me to move ahead as their order was not quite ready, and the car pulled up but barely, making it nearly impossible for me to get out of the drive-thru when my order was paid for and I had my purchases. When I asked the cashier how I was supposed to get out, he literally responded with something along the lines of: "I don't know what you expect me to do?" Ummm, how about ASK the idiot to pull up further to accommodate your other customers since this was your bright idea in the first place??? Just typing that at out compelled me to drop from 3 stars to 2. And that guy still works the drive-thru window since I saw him just a couple of weeks ago. Get it together Dunkin' drive-thru. If I could give them a zero I would. Went there on 06/24/2023 and ordered what I normally get. A butter pecan latte and a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. Of course the sandwich was burnt for the second weekend in a row and I returned to the restaurant for a remake and the second sandwich was just as worst!! The latte was half filled without the whip cream topping and crunch. These employees really need to work on customer service and friendliness!! You walk into the establishment and the employees act like you owe them something!! Very negative environment. Hell, I felt like I did something wrong. This was the final straw, I definitely will not be returning and the sad part is this is the second location that has done this. Got mocked by the entire crew because my service animal didn't "look" like a service animal. While they let me stay after I told them he was a service animal, I left after just a few minutes due to the nonstop mockery. They weren't speaking "to me" but very loudly amongst themselves in front of me so I could hear it all. "SHE SAID THATS A SERVICE ANIMAL!" ha ha.. and more comments about how people lie. Yes, I know some people lie, but that's not an excuse to mock people you don't even know merely based on assumptions. I am still shocked that this happened because my disability isn't as obvious and my dog didn't fit the service dog stereotype, being a smaller breed. Never have I experienced this level of bullying. Staff here is very nice. Facility clean, great to sit in, relax, do work in. Moderately busy. Only thing I have a concern with is they don't fill the cups up like other locations and they tend to NOT give you your receipt. Typical Dunkin. Great coffee, average food. The SEC croissant was average and the doughnuts were average as well.

You can't expect toooo highly of a Dunkin'. Personally I have better experience around 7-9 am. Other than that, it's terrible around/after 6 pm. I've had my order constantly being messed up around that time. I would understand if there were a rush, but each time there hasn't been and I was the only one in line. The workers seem like they don't want to be there, but I don't want my order messed up either. Positive note: morning staff is nicer and they ALWAYS remember the milk and flavoring in my coffee unlike other staff. read more

okay updated review. Went back again and saw multiple roaches crawling on food. Gross 30 days later I went back and tried again since the owner called me back and seemed to be a good chap. This location is still broken. Ordered at window they got my order all screwed up. When I asked the guy at window how it was that someone repeated my order back to me exactly yet he did not know what it was he offered that "Sir, I did not take your order". Really, who cares go ask the person who did that repeated it back to me correcty. Don't feel safe eating here as incompetence and rudeness seem to rule the day. Owner called me back and was very helpful and offered a refund. Either way I will try again in 30 days and see if the issues have been solved. If so I will add another star. There is a reason this place is two stars. The current set of employees and manager needs to be replaced. 1/12 visit - no everything bagel at 6:45 am money dropped out window the employee made me wait while he came outside to pick up my 15cents. Then told me I would need to drive forward to wait to get my regular menu item order. 1/14 visit again asked to drive forward to wait for my regular menu item. Refused and attempted to explain to heavy lady that I needed to be at work on time just like her and she told me to move along there were customers waiting behind me. Called manager Al (he would not give last name) and he was helpful but offered nothing for my troubles. Called owner. Place should be out of business in 6 months. read more

Good experience at the drive-thru. At first I thought the clerk was ignoring me, but then I realized she was looking at my dog in the backseat. She asked about his breed and we ended up having a brief, pleasant conversation about our pets. It's rare to have any kind of human interaction at drive-thrus, so it was nice. Other than that, it's Dunkin, you know? Pretty consistent. The parking lot is small, and the drive-thru is cramped due to sharing a parking lot with Guthrie's Chicken.
