When I accepted the refund Colton offered, he suddenly shifted into an attitude that was flat-out hostile. He actually tried to make it sound like the problem was me expecting basic service. Then, when I said I'd be reviewing the experience, he became defensive and told me I wasn't welcome back. The level of unprofessionalism was honestly shocking--especially from someone who is supposed to be managing the store. I walked out with my refund, but also with the clear impression that this location is being run by someone who has absolutely no business overseeing customer service. In my opinion, Colton handled the situation with zero accountability, zero respect, and zero leadership.
