I don't even know where to begin with how unbelievably bad this visit was. My daughter ordered a simple cinnamon pull--something that any halfway competent café can warm up in a couple of minutes. Instead, she was left standing inside for 25 minutes while the staff acted like anyone not in the drive-through simply didn't exist. When I walked in to find out what was happening, the manager, Colton, gave me one of the most dismissive, uninterested responses I've ever heard from anyone in a customer-facing job. His tone and attitude made it clear he had no intention of addressing the issue. Another employee jumped in and changed their story about the wait time more than once, which only made the situation feel even more disorganized and careless. And it somehow got worse. When I accepted the refund Colton offered, he suddenly shifted into an attitude that was flat-out hostile. He actually tried to make it sound like the problem was me expecting basic service. Then, when I said I'd be reviewing the experience, he became defensive and told me I wasn't welcome back. The level of unprofessionalism was honestly shocking--especially from someone who is supposed to be managing the store. I walked out with my refund, but also with the clear impression that this location is being run by someone who has absolutely no business overseeing customer service. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to . First of all in my opinion if a customer takes the time to walk in the door you should wait on them . This Starbucks is consistently incapable of fulfilling your order in less than 20min, usually longer, even if it's a simple cold brew. Trying to order here on the way to work is useless if you need to get to work on time. This Starbucks seems to be for on-line ordering only. There is no signage for where to go to place an in- person order. None of the seven employees were smiling. I am really surprised that this place has a bad reviews. I often go to this location for studying. I have interacted with most of the staff. I have always had a great experience, very friendly and fast service. Once they forgot to do my order, the staff apologized, corrected the issue and handed me a gift card for a drink. I know this some people might think this place is not perfect but overall I do think it is so much better than many other stores. read more

I order online here before my shift at work each morning, or rather I did before I found out that this location just isn't it. Every time I order a coffee to my specifications it is never correct. The last straw was one Sunday I had ordered some egg bites and an iced latte 10 minutes before I got there. I came in, it was not busy there, my food came up first. I watched as someone began to make my drink, put it down to do something else, and then it sat there half made for another 5 minutes before someone decided to finish making it. it is a very nicely designed location but frequently has very slow service time. It is not a staffing issue; there are plenty of people. Just seems that they move at a snails pace regardless of which manager is on duty. For example, today i had 6 people in front of me. 1 cashier, 2 baristas, a back staffer and the manager was also labeling cups. time to get a sandwich from entry to departure was... yes 10 minutes. And to top it off, for the second time they were out of my first and second breakfast choice. I suppose it's super hard to predict heightened business around the holidays. The staff is nice and I know they work really hard especially through the morning rush, but there have been times where I would order online and waiting over a half hour to grab my drinks/food, and when I arrive they are still not ready even though the app tells me a wait time of around 5-10 minutes. I get a mix of different types of drinks, but when they are made, they never taste good. Usually too much or too little of the milk in coffees or the refresher drink syrup base. The drinks are overall inconsistent. The food however is as good as fast food can get. It's always warm and tasty and I've never had issues with it before. I frequently come to this Starbucks And talk to the baristas. They've been so kind to me, it's honestly the customers that's the problem. It is the baristas fault for having a broken machine or when they run out of food or any supplies they've needed.a lot of the time people will take drinks without reading them and the baristas have to make the drink again, also what I've noticed from other people is they give attitude to the baristas even though the baristas are kind and say "sorry can I remake that for you". Then there's the expectation that 10 drinks can be made in a minute. I want other people to be in there shoes before they say anything mean to them. I'm not complaining about the service. This review is for there cleanliness. It's always dirty. The bathrooms never have toilet paper. The area where you pick up your coffee is always dirty. The area where you put sugar is always disgustingly dirty. Then they come wipe it with a wet towel and leave it wet this method makes it look gross. They need to step it up. Iv been to plenty of other Starbucks and they are super clean and neat. They always have boxes of inventory in the way where costumers come through. We don't need to see that stuff. This location feels like it is run and operated by a bunch of under supervised, over caffeinated teenagers. My orders are almost never right and employees have tried to prank me while ordering at the drive through. This past weekend while placing my usual order at the drive through, the employee asked what kind of bread I wanted for my sub because "I was at Subway".
