REALLY over how often I order from Dunkin' via Uber or Doordash and don't receive what I order. I'm literally done with ever ordering from Dunkin' again. The one closest to me is awful and has gone downhill even further so I tried this location which is just up the road from me. For the third time they've left out part of the order AND cannot seem to understand how to place a frosted donut in a bag NOT UPSIDE DOWN to keep the frosting from being squished and smeared all over the inside of the bag. That literally defeats the purpose of a FROSTED donut since now there's no frosting on the donut, but rather on the bag instead. This morning's Uber eats order from here is my last ever because as of this morning, this is my third order from there where they left out the whole reason MOST people order from Dunkin. The coffee. I ordered a frozen coffee, medium, 3 cream, 3 caramel. Guess what wasn't in the bag when I got the delivery? And before whoever runs this location jumps in and BLAMES the Uber Eats driver (since this was what the other store did on my public review of their location), the bag was SEALED. They did not take the coffee. They also did not DUMP the donut in the bag upside down. Your people did. It was inside the sealed bag, on top of the other food, between the carboard drink carrier (which did not have my drink in it), so there is no way the driver did it. Maybe there's so many customers that you all don't care, but you all need to do better because you know dang well if you were in your customer's shoes, you would NOT be happy with not receiving what you ordered and/or receiving something that was improperly handled. DO BETTER. What has happened to proper customer service? Has that died because there's so many people in the world now that you still make your money and don't care? Dunkin' is now on my DO NOT BUY FROM list now. There are plenty of other places that offer coffee and donuts. Maybe they will appreciate the business and do better by their customers. read more

They only have 1-2 people working in this very busy Dunkin Donuts near Doris Market in Sunrise. If you are waiting for them to take your order, it can take up to 10 minutes for them to take your order. When you finally get to the window, it can literally take another 10 mins to get your food. The cars are backed up and honking as its taking so long and people are angry. The staff is nice, but clearly overwhelmed and run it like a 1 person business. The food is not good. Donuts are fine. But the Wakeup wraps are either cold, with the cheese not melted, or partially cooked. I have had it 4 times and it has never been cooked correctly, Needless to say, the store has major management issues. even though its convenient, i cant recommend this location in any way. read more

Horrible service. Had a bad experience a few weeks ago where my bagel was so hot that my cream cheese was melted. So I made sure to check this time and this is what I got. Asked them to add a little more cream cheese and they said what's wrong with it. When I told them and showed them they just handed me a knife to spread it. Worse thing about it is I'm pregnant with a big belly in front of me and they treated me this way. I was all for giving second chances but I will NEVER go back. Some people say coffee isn't the greatest thing in the world. I think otherwise, especially from Dunkin' Donuts. I need my black coffee to keep me alert, and ready for the day. Just one cup with no cream or sugar. People simple and straight forward, and I must say this location always does what I need when I come here at times on the weekends with my brother before we do errands together. We came here recently, and it was a zoo. Lines are always super long outside for the drive thru, but we always know we can count on the customer service inside. So we went inside, and within seconds we were able to place our drink orders. The cashier was super friendly, was making jokes, and just an overall sweet person. Within a couple minutes we were literally out the door with our coffees in hand. We didn't have to wait at the drive thru, worry about it being a mission, or anything! Ok, I bought into the chain hype. The two for two egg and cheese (Soft Taco) breakfast thing. Bought two orders. One for my son one for me. They were awful! Ordered a mobile order ordered 2 coffee's 2 donuts. When I got there only one coffee was ready. Was standing there for 5 plus minutes no one asked what I was waiting for although several employees looked right at me. Finally got someone to complete my order and when I got back to the car my wife tried her vanilla latte and and there was no vanilla in it. I went back in asked them to remake it since it was the first one made and by this time was sitting for 20 plus minutes. They gave me an attitude about remaking it but finally did. Staff has been pleasant to me thus far. Pretty clean. They have a typical burb drive-thru, but the inside isn't wholly unamenable to sitting with a laptop & getting some stuff done while you caffeinate up. Free wifi, which seems pretty stable with 1 visit for a couple hours use. The music is good, as they have classic rock/70-80's radio on (likely satellite, as there's no annoying DJ's interrupting it) while you sit and work. You'd be surprised how a place can go from solid to aversive if made to listen to current awful top 40 junk for hours. The lack of recycling still bothers me, but it seems that's commonplace in FL, so I can't ding DD much on that. read more

They rushed us in the drive through and when we got to the window they gave us our coffee without milk and blamed us for not telling them to add milk when the question was not asked. This DD is a pain to get in/out of due to the popularity of the grocery stores and restaurants in the plaza, but it's still a good Dunkin. I can't comment on this location's efficiency during the morning rush since I only come here on weekends or when I'm not working. During these off-peak times, I've always received friendly and quick service, and the coffee and donuts have still always been fresh. I can't stand stale coffee, or donuts that are slightly crispy because they've been sitting around. So far, I've always had a good experience at this DD and recommend it for DD regulars like me. read more

Unless you are extremely desperate, I would avoid this Dunkin Donuts at all costs. Even if you are suffering from the most dire caffeine withdrawals of your life, I'd still recommend going to the McDonald's in the same plaza for a cup. This location hasn't been open very long (a few months, tops), and it seems like they hired all young people who potentially have never even drank a cup of coffee in their life, for how poorly they make it. This location is really close to my house, so I was praying that I could find some redeeming quality. After experiencing the horror of their coffee, I decided to try a coolata on my next visit, since I figured they couldn't possibly mess that up -- I was wrong. As I tend to visit quite a few different Dunkin' Donuts I just had to leave a note about this particular location. This Dunkin' Donuts stands out amongst all the other ones that I have visited for several big reasons number one you can't find a friendlier staff from the minute you walk in until you pay your bill and get your food and coffee their smiles great attitude and happiness no matter what time of the morning whether it's super early or super late. Went to this Dunkin in the plaza next door this afternoon with my husband, Steven. Was given the wrong donut , one drink was the wrong size, and one was wrong altogether. I went to the counter with the receipt, understandably annoyed, and a manager came over. He immediately started yelling at me, and then started insulting both Steven and me. Said I was disrespecting his staff. I never got the chance to talk. We finally got our money back and were basically kicked out. After being treated so badly, we would never go back there anyway.
