I normally order one of two things here. The crumb cake or the iced lemon loaf cake. To me, these are excellent. I will order the Mocha Frappuccino from time to time. Today, I was helping him study for an important test. So we needed quick fuel. I had to hustle back home within a few hours so this had to be a quick stop. I forgot Starbucks has one sandwich I do like. Ham and cheese on a baguette. I asked the guy to have it heated. It was a great sandwich. Filling and delicious. I took a picture at the end of it so don't let that fool you. ;) He ordered a bagel and cream cheese. I didn't want to try it. I am picky with my bagels and only want to eat them from a real deli. Anyway, I did not try the OJ either but he devoured it so I guess it was good. I did try the cheese Danish. This has a weird consistency. The cheese is sort of bland and I did not like the crusty part. Overall, Starbucks has lots that does not appeal to me. But what I do eat from here, is amazing. As with many coffee chains, they can be hit or miss. I've gone to places where a drink I had one day tastes completely different the next. However, since making this location my regular spot I haven't seemed to have that issue of inconsistency. Pairing that with it being incredibly close to my house makes for one happy customer. If I could give a 4.5 stars I would because it's definitely closer to a 5. However, there are times (not even during peak hours) where the drive-thru takes a while. With that said, the workers generally have good attitudes & do their best at keeping it moving. It's good that they were able to get a drive-thru once they moved their location a few years ago, but people sure love their Starbucks & the lines show. Going inside will usually help cut the wait time down significantly so that's always a good option too. The sandwiches they offer are always good. For breakfast, you can't go wrong with the bacon, Gouda & egg sandwich. The roll it's served on has a nice crispy outer crust but is very soft on the inside. For lunch, I usually go with the tomato & mozzarella on focaccia or the ham & Swiss on baguette. Both of these sandwiches keep me filled for a good portion of the day which is exactly what you want. They're prepared daily so the ingredients always taste fresh. Most people who drink coffee have tried Starbucks at least once in their life so I don't have to ramble on about how good it is. I know there will always be the ongoing debate between die-hard DD & Starbucks fans as to which is better but for me it all depends on what I'm feeling. In my opinion, the overall taste & quality goes to Starbucks but it's a bit pricier. I always come to this location not again after a comment that was made. I was ordering through the drive through and two workers were outside taking out the trash. One of the employees had dropped the trash and the other who was standing outside with her began to laugh, and I saw the incident and he pointed to me I was uncomfortable so I had smiled. We began to order and it was her who spoke to us on the console she said along the lines of "remember next time you want to laugh at me, and said I'll make your drinks"-- this is no way to speak to a reoccurring customer ESPECIALLY in a food industry, joke or no joke, this is utterly and completely unacceptable and disgusting. I'm extremely disappointed in this location and the employers here. One of the best Starbucks locations! Every single employee I've interacted with here is always pleasant, friendly and smiling. I love how convenient this location is. I typically order via the mobile app and I've never had an issue with it not being ready when I get there. I once made the mistake of ordering ice instead of hot for a coffee and they smiled said no worries and made me a new one. Sometimes the drive thru line can be long but they keep it moving and the wait is never too long. The inside of the store is pretty big and spacious as it use to be a bank. When I was there, just about all of the tables were filled with many people enjoying their drinks while working on their laptops. It really is refreshing and not too sweet. You can never go wrong with their bacon, egg and Gouda sandwich or their coffee crumb cake and lemon loaf. I was so impressed with this Starbucks. It was super bright and open. It is so spacious and unlike any Starbucks I've been to. This is the largest Starbucks I have seen. I really liked the framed photos of employees and also customers. It put a heartwarming touch to the store. They had a lot of desserts in the display case. I've noticed that other Starbucks displays are sometimes half filled. I was glad to see a robust selection of desserts here. I ordered a venti Pikes Place coffee and a slice of lemon iced cake. In comparison to the old location in the same plaza (the opposite corner), this one is much BIGGER and has ample seating! Great for studying as opposed to the old one. Plus, there's a drive thru! Let me say that the move from one end of the plaza strip to this end made such a huge difference! This storm is so much more spacious and the Ambiance is beautiful! They even now have a drive-thru window in case you're too lazy to go in to get your coffee or Whatever item you so desire. I always come to this location Mondays-Fridays and all my visits have been pleasant except for yesterday, 04/01/24. Ordered my usual and when I drove up to the window, no kind of greeting was given. I kindly asked the employee, Felisha, if more water can be added to my drink. She quickly turned and asked another employee to add more water. While that was being done she just hands my food order and I say "Thank you", then I saw her employee hand her my drink and she just places it on the counter instead of just handing it to me. When she decided to hand it to me, she just stuck her hand out while still looking at her screen. I asked her if I can get a straw and the same thing, she just reaches for the straw and hands it to me while still stuck on the screen. No "sure! here you go!" like all other employees do in the times I've gone, and no "Thank you or You're welcome! Have a great day!". I don't know what she may be going through that morning or what, but if you're going to have a nasty attitude working the drive thru window, she should just stay in the lines of making drinks with no customer interactions. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks for some time now, it has turned into my go to study spot. For the most part it's very quite in here they play the music low so it's helpful. The staff is extremely nice and helpful definitely have fantastic customer service over here. My one issue is that some of the friends of the staff or they may even be staff here on their days off visiting. They can get loud and cause unnecessary commotion but it's not frequent. This location still deserves 5 stars that's for sure. Great staff that's for sure! read more

Probably one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to, and I go to a lot of them LOL! Anyways the staff here is always ridiculously friendly and they know exactly what they're doing. I have never had to order something else that I didn't want because whenever I order they always have in stock which is amazing. I usually get a pink drink or Violet drink and it is perfectly sweetened and indulging. I also get a cake pop, the birthday cake one, and it is super sweet play good sweet! This store is insanely large and there is ample notice eating everywhere around. They have half boots, couches, and a couple areas that resemble high tops.
