This used to be one of the best locations but over the last few months it's became the worst. Revolving door of employees, none who are there long enough to learn how to properly make a drink. You may be okay if you go in the morning, but after 3pm it's all teenagers who have no idea what customer service is. And whoever does the ordering here needs fired because every other day they are out of just about everything. read more

nice. the girls at the window are always so friendly. but when whoever is preparing the orders gets it wrong, they REALLY get it wrong. read more

Horrible service. They have no idea how to run the place. Always a long wait. Unable to order certain flavors because they don't know what the combination is. read more

It was so bad. Undrinkable. I unfortunately had to just dump out the majority. Tasted like cleaning products? I didn't even want them to remake it. read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Streetsboro, Ohio

The service is terrible...they said "the wait time would be 15-20 mins if you don't like it then leave" and they messed up my order and the food is terrible. And a guy was ordering munchkins before anyone got there and someone took all of them and they sold out. read more

The parking lot and drive thru are riddled with pot holes. The speaker where you give your order doesn't work well, and no one speaks fluent English. The accented English along with the malfunctioning loudspeaker is a terrible combination, and you have to pull up to the window to understand what they're saying. read more

Horrible service all the time. Always waiting 15-30 minutes for orders when there is 7 people on staff, 2 cars in line and no one in the store. Today was the worst experience. Waited 10 minutes just for someone to take my order, another 15 minutes to make it to the window when there was only one car in front of me, and another 10 minutes at the window. When we left not only did they give us the wrong donut order but we had to go inside to get the right one, they questioned if I was a recent customer when i didn't have a receipt, when they have NEVER given me a receipt at the drive thru, then when we finally got the donuts and left, i noticed that the two orders of hash browns were cold and the bagel mini's were literally pulled out of the freezer and placed in a bag and handed to me frozen solid, then i realized i only got one order of them when i ordered and paid for two. Never going here again and wish there was a way to get my $20 back. read more

Went to get a toasted white chocolate latte and asked for extra Carmel. 1) The guy at the speaker had no manners. Didn't really listen to what we were ordering. 2) Told him I wanted extra Carmel and he wanted to argue with me that he did put extra when in fact he did not. 3) Never said "Have a nice day" or anything. He just shut the window and walked away. read more

Coffee was just cream when I didn't ask for all that. And the bagel with cream cheese was just a bagel and a booger of it in the center. Wtf kind of jeet establishment is this? Go back to India read more

I wish I could leave negative stars, worst Dunkin we've ever been to. Order accuracy was 25% and service was bad. Don't waste your money and just go to Starbucks. read more

i don't think my order has been correct once. always sending items back. it's been better lately but still never correct.

Terrible, rude workers, left plastic on my sandwich and when I asked for it to be remade they gave me a cold sandwich. The lobby is dirty and trashy. Things are falling of the walls and it's gross. Me and my friends all had problems with our drinks. Terrible 0/10 read more

ugh this place is thee worst DD I've ever experienced. They burnt the hell out of my egg sandwich (someone assembled that and was like ehh whatever). And I asked for oatmilk in my coffee and got milk. I have a dairy allergy. read more

Used to go here often. Came in on a Saturday afternoon to get a couple coffees and donuts for tomorrow morning. They had only a couple donuts left. 2-3 handfuls of donut holes. Imagine...a donut shop with no donuts!! My wife's coffee was made wrong. She clearly stated how she wanted her coffee: 3 cream, 1 equal. Not even close. They offer UP TO $13/hr to start. Dunkin' need to either lower the wage to equal their poor help or pay A LOT MORE to get better quality help. Other DD's don't have this problem. I think Streetsboro just had dumb workers. read more

Just attempted to order donuts. Cannot buy a donut at this location. They are out. How is that possible? Ordered a ICE Carmel coffee and was missing the added portions of caramel and cream that were requested. My wife attempted to order a Refresher but they were out of the ingredients to make it. The exterior of this particular Dunkin looks like a war zone. Can't imagine what the inside looks like. We wouldn't know because the doors are locked and you cannot go Into order. read more

For the first time in at least 2 years I decided to stop by and have a coffee and Dunkin Donut. I placed a mobile order. I pull up to the driver to thru window and they tell me theyre out of donuts! 5:58pm (they're open until 9:30pm) and they're out of donuts! Didn't even have 1 lousy don't hole! The world has gone completely berserk! read more

Neither my wife or my coffees are what they're supposed to be, in fact they're not anything but complete garbage, jail house coffee is better quality. 20 people behind the counter? What a Disaster read more

Ordered Frozen Chocolate and Egg,Cheese,Bacon Croissant, received Carmel Frozen Coffee and a raw croissant. I swear I think they just took it from their fridge and stuck it in a bag. This location has gone down hill big time. read more

It was very dirty to start. There were about 6-7 people working at the time and it took about 2 minutes for someone to finally notice we needed to order. Finally we got someone, but he didn't even know how to work the register. He tried asking for help but his fellow co workers were so disinterested in helping him. Let me say that he was very nice and he was trying the best he could. It was just the fact he had not been trained properly to work in that situation. We kept hearing around us how much the workers didn't want to be there. My dad asked for coffee with cream two times while ordering. When we got the coffee, it had no cream. We had to ask for cream two more times before we got it. She kept saying she had to modify the order before she could add cream in, but then just walked away. Overall, just bad bad bad training and workers who were not really willing to help each other. read more

I'd not even give this store 1 star. Part of my online order was not available and instead of telling me when I picked it up, they simply let me leave, drive home to find it not in the bag. When I called, the girl who answered the phone and claimed to be the manager was so incredibly rude I cannot believe anyone would put her in charge. I was told no refund would be issued unless I drive back to the store. Your establishment had no problem taking my money via online payment, why would you not be able to issue the refund the same way, rather than me needing to take more time out of my day to drive back to your store and back home (20min). read more

Wish I could put no stars. Hands down the worst Dunkin I've ever been too. I always get a cold brew with caramel. This place puts what tastes like half a pump of caramel instead of the normal 4 pumps that are supposed to go into a large. My boyfriend gets a large Ice coffee with regular cream and sugar and they gave us a drink that was all white. Like I'm talking it looks and tastes like they handed us a cup of pure cream. We have tried this Dunkin' a few times now to see if the first time was a fluke. Nope. They just don't follow the normal Dunkin standards at this location. 10/10 recommend driving extra to get a decent coffee. read more

A very disappointing visit. I won't go into a long story, but I will say that I have never been treated so rudely. I wouldn't go back there if they were giving away doughnuts. read more

The ladies serving were GREAT but I noticed that the Ice cream coolers were overwhelmed with frost, like they have not been defrosted in 5 years, and ice cream was also frosted. The area behind the counters ware trashed with food and various spilled fluids. YIKES read more

Nearly raw bacon in breakfast sandwich dropped grease down my shirt, over my hand, and made the sandwich inedible. Never again will I go here. Hashbrowns have always tasted funny, today I realized they taste like natural gas or propane. Oven heated but a gas taste. Disgusting sandwich ruined start of my day. read more

Literally suck at making drinks lol they have no idea what they are doing (coming from another Dunkin employee)

Everyone gets busy, I know this. But this crew really lost a customer today. I placed my order for a coffee, donut, and a wake up a wrap. I paid, and then I received my drink and my donut. Then I waited. The lady at the window looked at me with a classic "what are you waiting for?" look on her face. I asked for my wrap and it was obvious no one was making it. Some one said "Park Him" so I was asked to pull up and wait for "someone to bring it out to me". I did this. Six minutes later, I went back into the store to ask about my food. I was told that there were 17 sandwiches ahead of me. I became upset and after at least half of the staff gave me crap about being pushy and the like, I was told that "They could refuse service to anyone they wanted." The fact that they took my order and then took my payment before reneging on filling my order didn't seem to matter to them. I left and they kept my money. read more

Long blonde hair in my sandwich and no cream cheese on my bagel. There is never a dull moment at this place. Smh

If I could give this place a zero, I would! The lowest I can go was a one! Let me just tell you how dumb these workers here are! So one day I go to the drive-through and order two hot fudge sundaes! Now you know if I'm going to a drive thru the order is to go, correct? The girl gives me my sundaes, and I asked for a carrier! She said they don't have any. I then asked for a bag and she said sure. What she failed to realize & tel me was that the cups of the two Sundaes have holes on top of them. She should've told me so I would've been more careful! I go home and open my bag and there's ice cream all in my bag. I paid $9 freaking dollars for two overpriced Sundaes! I wrote to corporate and all they told me he was sorry! Really? I spent nine dollars on Sundays they were all in my bag and not in my cup, and all they told me was sorry! Do not go to this Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins. There's a reason they only have one stars! Their customer service & overpriced food or a joke! I just thank God that Dairy Queen is opening up on State Route 14 in Streetsboro! Dairy Queen has better ice cream and better customer service for sure! read more

Last few days I ordered an extra large coffee with cream and sugar, but when I received and tasted the coffee, it seemed as if it had almost no cream or sugar. So, today I order the extra large with 5 each cream and sugar, which is what every other DD adds to an extra large.... Low and behold, still tastes like there's barely any cream or sugar. What the heck is wrong with this location?? read more

I used to LOVE this place, from the great service, kind employees and great food. Now, the place is dirty, the employees are undertrained if trained at all, and the food is mid at best. There were many employees, though it seemed two were actually doing their job. The others were complaining, standing around, or clocking out. The worker who took our order was clearly new, which is fine in itself but when initially asked to take our order instead of standing around, he responded with, "uhh i would but umm...ok ill try" and lazily attended to us. He didnt know what he was doing, which showed lack of training, but when he asked other employees for help, no one assisted him and he was clearly uncomfortable. He tried his best ,though, and was nice to us, but he really should have had proper training and someone to assist him when he needed it. Overall, i think ill be finding a better place to spend my money, but if new, better management were to be presented at this establishment, i would gladly come back to this little donut shop i used to love dearly read more

I absolutely dispise this Dunkin the older lady is so rude it's insane our food is always burnt to a crisp and our coffee is terrible

Coffee is never hot. Breakfast sandwich's are cold. Can't retain workers. Good bye DDs. You're the model for closing the doors and going home! One day closed, one day open, one day can't go in, one day drive thru closed, one day no online ordering. It changes ever day' read more

Today's the last day that I give this place another chance. I really don't think at 5:30/6 o'clock am, When no one's in line in front of me or behind me, that asking for "light on the butter" on my bagel is too much to ask.... but this is what I always want get so I'm done. #Passiveaggressivemuch read more

Dunkin in Streetsboro is my new dunkin. While Aurora had three people working, and would not serve any food, the location in Streetsboro had six people working, seven when I first walked in, had the store open so you could only order food but sit in there and the drive-through was full. And they were serving food and their full menu. Streetsboro you're doing it right thank you very much. Aurora you need to figure it out, obviously you're doing something wrong. read more

Convenient location. Nice service. I generally enjoy Dunkin Donuts for breakfast, but this place has a full Baskin Robbins as well. It can get crowded at times. read more

I don't go here often because they are normally very slow. Today I asked for a simple iced coffee with pumpkin in it. The girl working was new which is fine... but if someone is training them they should be getting trained the right way. The girl literally put ice in the cup and hot coffee on top of it... I will not be going back. read more

I hate this location. It's the closest in the area so we keep attempting to give it a try but everytime we order something. No matter what time of day they are sold out, they never fresh donuts on hand. If you try after a later time they'll attempt to give your their old donuts for a "deal". read more

Dunkin Donuts is exceptionally low priced compared to other donut and coffee shops. Their drink selection is phenomenal and their food is always delicious. Staff is courteous and friendly. Well done. read more

Breakfast at DD, at lunch time. Good sandwiches for a doughnut shop, better coffee than a lot of places, and a nice selection of doughnuts. If the day were a bit warmer I might step over to the Baskin & Robbins counter for ice cream. Overall a good start for the day. read more
