Literally if a place says that it's open 24/7 there should be more than one worker. also the whole order was messed up...

Pretty standard location. I don't get why they have such bad ratings on here. I came in and asked for some time to order while I waited on some friends to send me their order. I was politely asked if I was ready. The drinks came out very sweet but I think it's just what was ordered. I got a black coffee and had no issues. Only negative is when I ordered sausage egg and cheese sandwich they charged me for a bacon one with an added dollar to add sausage. Didn't need the extra meat but was only an extra dollar so no biggy. The place was clean and quick. read more

At this particular dunkin the man that works the graveyard shift is very rude. I went there early this morning to get a coffee. When pulled up to the drive thru he came on and told me to leave and come back in 5 minutes. I didn't leave just put my car in park and waited. He came back on and took my order then when i got to the window he snatched my card out of my hand. Just very rude person! read more

Edit: I'm just gonna put this here: After reading the reviews on yelp and google, it has come to my attention the gentleman that I'm about to complain about has been working here for over 10 years and has been doing the same thing at night over and over again. So please feel free to continue reading but basically: DO NOT GO TO SCHERERVILLE DUNKIN BETWEEN 10p-6am. Worst. Place. Ever. Your order might be on time or take over an hour, or order might be watered down or taste burnt and lastly no matter what you will have to wait a second, but it will take over 5-10 mins for the old man to come back and another 20-30 for the order to be wrong. Also if management is aware they don't give a damn cus people are still going and they making money. We all need to stop going. So read on and don't go. Gross. ..... why can't these sites let you give zero stars? Anywho, I don't know how to explain this but can someone be on the shift with the slow old man who cannot read. I don't know if this is the only job he can get due to his disability and I hate to be rude about it but the coffee was watered down creamer with extreme sugar and ice. When told there wasn't an item he never asked what I wanted to replace it with and when I tried to get his attention but he seemed to have maybe an issue hearing as well. So I just really really would like someone to see if he needs help at night or maybe just have this Dunkin not be open at night anymore for orders. Just let the old man do the donuts and what ever else and close at night. And this isn't the first or second time, maybe 4th time I have went between 1am and 5am that he has done this. I also have tried to keep it to a simple iced cream sugar but again it was overpowering with cream and sugary taste and I had to knock on the window a few times to get his attention that he forget the sparkled donut. So i don't know. This place really really sucks after 1130p til about 6 am. Also I'm out about 6 dollars since I didn't get some of my items from him. And I didn't get a receipt so there's that. it's funny how every review is complaining about the same old man working nights yet he's still there bc apparently a bad employee is all they can get to work the night shift smh anyways Everytime I go to this location the only old white man that works the night shift is miserable and it shows! After I order 1 item through the drive thru he immediately says to pull around as if I'm done ordering, so I'm constantly telling him I have more to order, also he's very short with his words constantly saying "can you come back in 5 mins it's gonna be a wait" how about you take my order and have me wait then. Very unprofessional and rude if you're too old to be working a fast paced restaurant and can't handle running the place by yourself you need to consider retiring or getting extra help for the night shift bc you obviously need it. read more

All I can say is, holy crap! They jacked up my entire order and charged me for things that I did not get. When I called to speak with a manager, there was not one on duty. They wouldn't give me the managers name. I just had to call corporate on this one. They messed up my sandwich. I asked for a croissant, gave me a bagel. They didn't put cheese on my sandwich. Which they charged me for. They shorted me a hash brown. Which they charged me for. They made my coffee completely wrong. When I say wrong, I mean totally not what I ordered. Just wow! With a DD every quarter mile, this one will never see our business again. read more

The owner/manager seems to be trying to do what he can, but he has a couple of female employees that think they run the place! They think they are in charge because he doesn't speak English with confidence. One of the females burnt my sandwich and then told me that I had to bring it back!!! With the new COVID-19 rules you don't bring food back! Then she wanted me to send her pictures and I didn't because she would have my private information!!!! All because my eggs were over cooked till they were scaly on one side and greenish on the other and my muffin was just burnt! New hires are definitely needed over there and miss bossy pants needs to hit the bricks!!!!! read more

The guy who works in the morning has a habit of cutting you off as you order and telling you to "wait just a second please" just to come back minutes (literally) later. This morning I was at the window ready to pay, he brought my order up to the window and then walked away to make other peoples orders instead of ringing me out! I timed how long it took for him to come back and it was over FOUR MINUTES with my order at the window in front of me!!! I will not be returning. I went to Dunkin last night at exactly 10:08 pm. Left at 11:15pm.... No one should ever have to wait that long for only 3 drinks!!! And their was no car because every time someone would go in the drive through line this guy would just tell them to come back in 10-15 min. If you come here from 10pm to noon it will take 20 minutes per car in the drive thru. The man working has no idea whats going on at any given moment. Interrupts you every few seconds. Walked away from my card after i handed it to him so he could check his phone. read more

My coffee was made terrible by one employee and I asked them to remake and it still came out terrible. I tried several times hoping they would just get it right but they fail me every time. Delicious doughnuts, but I think the best time to get them is really early in the morning. They are the freshest at that point. If you like the powdered ones filled with chocolate frosting the best time to get them is about 3:30-4am. Their iced coffee is top notch and I prefer it to many other places. The store is pretty clean and the people working there have been fairly friendly. read more

I ordered thru the drive thru. I just started going to dunkin donuts, so I wasn't familiar with their menu or coffees. Wrong order again and the drive thru smells like cat piss, so don't roll your window down!! Ordered flavored coffee, got black. Ordered a value meal, no hash browns. No condiments or stir stick for my coffee. Just POOR POOR service. I wish I could rate it lower that one. Quite possibly the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the area. I have gone here approximately five times and every time I order is incorrect. Today was the last time I will be visiting this particular one. I asked for a simple medium iced coffee with sugar free caramel and skim milk. The girl asked me to repeat my order three different times and she read it back to me all three times incorrectly. So I once again stated what I wanted, and she just said OK. I pulled around and the gentleman at the window handed me my coffee and said iced coffee with milk and I explained to him that I'd want to Carmel and he said it was in it. Well not to my surprise, it did not have any Carmel. But I was not about to go back through the line to have them add Carmel, when I had already told them three times in the first place.
